• Allah has revealed His Books to various #Prophets for the Guidance of
their Nations. As Muslims we Must Believe in all these Holy Books.
[]
• When we speak of Allah’s books, we are really talking about His #revelations.
• These revelations were sent by Allah to his #Messengers as guidance for #Mankind & as Muslims, we are obliged to believe in them all.
[]
[ The 4 Main Books that were revealed are : Book Name & Prophet ]
[]
1. Tawraat ( #Torah)
revealed to #Moses : Musa (as)
.
2. Zabur ( #Psalms)
revealed to #David : Dawood (as)
.
3. Injeel ( #Gospel)
revealed to #Jesus : Isa (as)
.
4. Qur'an ( #Quran)
revealed to #Muhammad ﷺ
[]
• There were smaller Books called #Sahifas (Scrolls).
• That were also revealed to many Prophets such as Prophet Abraham (as).
• Sadly, most of Allah’s revelations have been lost, tampered with, or altered.
[]
• Only one of Allah’s books is still in its original form.
• Only one book is still in its original language &
• Only can be traced back, word for word, chapter for chapter,
to the prophet it was revealed to.
[]
• This book is, of course, the Noble Qur'an.
• But no matter how many #Prophets, #Revelations, & #Books Allah sent,
we know the Message was always the same :
[]
"There is nothing worthy of worship except Allah."
[]
• The Qur'an is the final Book of Allah.
• It was revealed through Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
[]
• It’s primary message is Islamic Monotheism.
• Al Qur'an is the only 1 of Allah’s books that is still available in the #original #text.
[]
• Allah has #promised in the Qur'an that His message will be #preserved forever, &
1439 years later, that is still true.
• The tradition of memorizing the Qur'an still holds true.
[]
• You can visit any Muslim country (& many non-Muslim ones also) &
meet any number of "Hafiz ul-Quran" (Keepers of the Qur'an).
• These are people who have memorized the Entire Qur'an.
[]
• The #Quran that we use today,
is exactly the same as the 1 used over a thousand years ago &
since the Qur'an is in Arabic, we always have 1, #standardized #version.
[]
• The Qur'an is the #Final #Book of Allah, &
its core message envelopes the message of all of Allah’s Books :
"Strict #Monotheism."

Prophets Message. • The single most important message of #all Prophets to their people was to worship Allah alone! & to follow His teachings. • The single most important message of #all Prophets to their people
was to worship Allah alone! & to follow His teachings.
[]
• All of them, #Noah, #Abraham, #Isaac, #Ishmael, #Moses, #Aaron, #David, #Solomon, #Jesus, #Muhammad ﷺ & others... (Peace be upon them All),
in addition to those we do not know -
invited people to worship God & shun false gods.
[]
#Moses (as) declared :
"Hear, O Israel The Lord our God is 1 Lord."
(Deuteronomy 6:4)
[]
This was repeated 1500 years later by #Jesus (as),
when He said :
"The 1st of all the commandments is, ‘Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is 1 Lord.’"
(Mark 12:29)
[]
Finally, the call of #Muhammad ﷺ some 600 years later
reverberated across the hills of Mecca :
"And your God is 1 God : there is no god but He..."
(Al Quran 2 : Verse 163)
[]
Allah swt says :
"And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, There is no deity except Me, so worship Me."
(Al Quran 21 : Verse 25)

[ The main reasons for sending Prophets to Humanity ]
[]
• Clarifying to humanity the purpose of creation, worshipping God & obeying
His commands, as well as clarifying that this life is a test for each individual,
a test of which its results will decide the type of life one will lead after death;
a life of Eternal Misery or Eternal Bliss.
[]
• There is no other definite way to find the true purpose of creation.
• Showing humanity the right path that will lead them to Paradise &
to salvation from Hellfire.
[]
• Establishing proof against humanity by sending prophets, so people will not have an excuse when they will be questioned on the Day of Judgment.
[]
• Uncovering the unseen ‘world’ which exists beyond the normal senses &
the physical universe, such as the knowledge of God, existence of angels, &
the reality of the Day of Judgment.
[]
• Providing human beings practical examples to lead Moral, Righteous,
Purpose-driven lives free of doubts & confusion.
[]
• The best examples of righteousness for humans to imitate are
those of God’s Prophets.
[]
• Purifying the soul from Materialism, Sin, & Heedlessness.
• Following God's commands for our own benefit in this Life & in the Hereafter.

[ Memorize Juz’ Amma ]
[]
• In the most common situation,
you often hear the Imam reciting the Surahs (Chapters) from Juz' Amma
during the fard Salah (Obligatory Prayer) in congregation.
[]
• They sound very familiar & you hear them over & over again
that it starts to stick in your mind.
[]
• Soon, you would have memorized the Surah (Chapter) effortlessly &
begin to recite them in your Daily Prayers.
[]
• The BIG QUESTION is,
do you really understand & appreciate what is being recited?
[]
• You recite the shortest possible Surah in your Prayers, completely on auto-pilot,
not having a clue what any of them actually mean.
[]
• Well what else do you expect,
when you recite that which you don’t understand?
[]
Allah swt says :
“So woe to those who pray but are heedless of their prayer -”
(Al Qur'an 107 : Verse 4-5)
[]
• So what exactly then should we be doing with Juz 'Amma
apart from just memorizing it?
[]
• Well, we should stop, #read properly,  #understand &  #reflect.
• Allow its beauty & peace permeate our lives & make us once again
the Quranic generation. "In Sha Allah"
[]
[ Benefits Of Understanding Juz' Amma ]
[]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said :
“Whenever some people gather in one of Allah’s houses (mosques)
to recite the book of Allah & study it among themselves -
then calmness (tranquility) descends upon them, the angels surround them,
mercy covers them, & Allah mentions them to those who are with Him."
[]
• Develop an intense connection with Allah through understanding &
internalising the words in the Qur'an.
[]
• Tremendously improve your quality of Prayers with
better concentration (Khushu').
[]
• Understand the context of revelation of each Surah (Chapter).

but could never penetrate the heart itself.

[ About Juz Amma ]
[]
• The main division of the Qur’an is into Surah (Chapter) & Ayat (Verse).
• The Qur'an is additionally divided into 30 equal sections, called juz' (plural : ajiza).
[]
• The 30th Juz’ of the Qur'an includes the last 37 Chapters of the Holy Book.
• From the 1st verse of the 78th Chapter (An-Naba : The Announcement) &
• Continuing to the end of the Qur'an, or Verse 6 of the 114th chapter
(An-Naas : Mankind).
[]
• This entire Juz' has a special name & a special place in Islamic practice.
• This Juz' is often called Juz' Amma,
a name which reflects the 1st word of the 1st verse of this section
"amma yatasaaloona" (Al Qur'an 78 : Verse 1).
[]
• It is usually the 1st part of the Qur'an that children &
New Muslims learn to read, although it comes at the end of the Qur'an.
[]
• This is because the Chapters are shorter & easier to learn/read/grasp, &
the Messages Revealed in this Section are most Fundamental to a Muslim's Faith.
[]
• Juz' - 30 contains a large number of Complete Chapters,
ranging in length from 3 - 46 Verses each.
[]
• Most of these short Surahs were revealed at the beginning of the Makkan period,
when the Muslim community was timid & small in number.
[]
• Over time, they faced rejection &
intimidation from the pagan population & leadership of Makkah.
[]
[ The Main Theme of Juz’ - 30 ]
[]
• The Qur'anic Verses remind the believers of Allah's mercy &
the promise that in the end, good will prevail over evil.
[]
• They describe the Power of Allah to Create the Universe & Everything in it.
[]
• The Qur'an is described as a revelation of spiritual guidance, &
the coming Judgment Day as a time when believers will be rewarded.
[]
• Believers are advised to be patiently perseverant,
remaining strong in what they believe.
[]
• These Chapters also contain plenty of firm reminders of Allah's wrath
upon those who reject Faith & those who deny the existence of God.
[]
• For example, in 77th Chapter (Al-Mursalaat : The Emissaries)
there is a verse which is repeated 10 times : "Woe, that Day, to the deniers."

• When #Muslims promise to do something, they must add "Insha'allah" or

[]
• This strengthens #faith in Allah's #Qadr, & prevents self-importance &
it's arrogant ills.
[]
• When things go wrong, you shouldn't say,
"if only I hadn't done it that way!" "If only..."
• Allow Satan to incite evil; & we need to keep him at bay.
[]
• For choices in life, Muslims consult Allah by an "Istakhara" prayer, &
trust His outcome in full reliance.
[]
• So, after striving for a thing that didn't work out.
• It wasn't meant to be; & we accept it without defiance.
[]
• There is no such thing as good or bad luck.
• Allah is the One Who Decrees safety or harm.
[]
• One cannot avoid Allah's Will,
so it's pointless to rely on #Horoscopes, superstition or #charms.
[]
• Lying fortune-tellers can't truly predict the #future.
• Even the weathermen guess!
• Only Allah knows all things Unseen; every falling leaf or seed buried in darkness.
[]
• If everyone joined in to harm or help you, it's not assured that they could.
• Events only unfold by Allah's Will & Power; both the bad & the good.
[]
• Muslims are forbidden to commit suicide & argue about Allah's Decree.
• One cannot escape from Allah's Plans, neither force them to happen nor flee.
[]
• There is a special Night in the last 10 days of Ramadan, called "Laylatul-Qadr" or
"The Night of Decree" where Allah sends down via #angels,
the Yearly Decrees for #Creation of whatever will happen & will be.
[]
• The #True #Believer has the ability to take bad news calmly, &
not curse Allah or commit any vice.
[]
• Having the patience of #Job or Ayoub (as)
will be one of the characteristics given to those in #Paradise.
[]
• Strong #belief in Qadr leads one to be instantly patient when a calamity strikes.
• Everything comes from Allah, & He can take it back too; whenever He likes.
[]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said :
"Nothing reples Devine Decree except Du'a (supplications) &
nothing increases ones' life-span except Good Deeds."

[]
• Focusing on 4 major aspects :
1. Allah's #Knowledge
2. Allah's #Recording
3. Allah's #Will
4. Allah's #Creation for #Perfection of #Islam.
[]
• Allah Created the #Universe with needs of everything
that would ever exist precisely Measured out.
[]
• He (swt) Planned for All things until the Last Day;
& that's what Devine Decree or Al-Qadr is basically about.
[]
• We make our own choices in life but can't predict their outcome;
Whereas Allah omnisciently knows.
[]
• So we should always strive to do right because
we are not like feathers that the wind erratically blows!
[]
• In reality,
Allah knew the destinies of all of His Creation even before it came to exist.
[]
• He Wrote all that would occur over time; 50,000 years
before He even Created it!
[]
• The 1st thing Allah Created was the "Pen" &
made it Write down that all would ever occur.
[]
• Recording it in a Preserved Book ( the "Lawhul-mahfooz")
where Allah's Pre-Decrees never err.
[]
• Nothing can happen unless Allah Permits & Wills its;
He is our Creator & Master.
[]
• Everything has its own fixed time to appear,
So it doesn't arrive any slower or faster.
[]
• Allah Created all of us;
knowing our intentions, actions, provisions & length of life.
[]
• Then gave us the gift of true Free-will to choose
between options of ease or strive.
[]
• Allah gathered our Souls before we were born in Pre-History &
made us Testify that He was our Lord to pass Life's Test.
[]
• We must worship Allah without 'shirk' or polytheism;
our Covenant mustn't be ignored.

• He pointed skywards saying, "O Allah, Bear #Witness!"
After asking all if he had conveyed Allah's Message clearly.
[]
• Then #Allah revealed, "This day, have I perfected your #Religion for you..."
as the #final #Verse of the Qur'an.
[]
• It went on to say, "And completed My #favour upon you, &
have chosen for you as your #Religion : #Islam."
[]
• He advised us all, "Verily, if you follow the #Quran &
my #Sunnah (or Methodology) you will never be led astray!"
[]
• Even when #Jesus (or #Isa) returns, he will honour this pledge, &
for the dissenters, that will be an awful day.
[]
• The Prophet rapidly became ill after that with fever & pain,
but continued advising, & Prayers he tried to lead.
[]
• Angel #Gabriel made him recite the Qur'an twice that #Ramadan, &
he discharge his duties doing many a good deed.
[]
• The Prophet (pbuh) stayed in A'isha's apartment before his #demise, &
said "O Allah, forgive me & have Mercy upon Me!"
[]
• The last words he uttered were, "Join me to the most exalted #Companionship on #high!" In dignity, He (pbuh) died aged 63.
[]
• The whole #world needs to know about the Prophet without prejudice,
learn about him & emulate his #Monotheistic way.
[]
• For when all are silenced before God, except Muhammad (pbuh) on the Last Day, you would #wish that on your behalf he would #pray.

• As #pilgrims visiting Makkah began learning all about Allah's way,
the pagans become more jealous & meaner.
[]
• They conspired to murder the Prophet and he told the Muslims to leave Makkah and make #Migration or Hijrah to #Madinah.
[]
• The Prophet & Abu Bakr escaped & rested in Thawr Cave,
where Allah miraculously hid them in plain sight.
[]
• Meanwhile the pagans gathered to slay the Prophet but found Ali (ra)
lying in his place & slinked off into the night.
[]
• &Madina welcomed the #Muslims, & the #Prophet paired the newly arrived
to resident familys, as fosters taken.
[]
• A mosque was built for them to pray in, & seeing the thriving
Islamic #Community left the spiteful #pagans shaken.
[]
• Envious pagans joined #hypocrites Muslims & jews, &
formed an army trying to end Allah's Religion or Deen.
[]
• But it backfired badly when just 300 Muslims defeated over a thousand
of them at Badr, helped by #Angels Unseen.
[]
• After more battles & severe tests, as at Mount Uhud,
where the Prophet (pbuh) was nearly killed & suffered harm.
[]
• Allah gave the Muslims victory, & as they removed tyranny & evil;
whole tribes embraced the beauty of Islam.
[]
• Meanwhile the pagan #Makkans broke their truce with the Muslims,
so to Makkah, the Prophet finally went back.
[]
• He destroyed all 360 idols that polluted the Kabah, &
#Islam became dominant in peace; not by war or attack.

• After 10 years of calling to the worship of Allah, with grief his uncle died, followed by Khadijah, his loving wife.
[]
• In Ta'if, the pagans stoned him until his sandals dripped with blood,
but he patiently endured the hard tests of life.
[]
• Miraculously, #Angel #Gabriel sped him to Jerusalem, &
on the pony-sized Buraq, to Heaven he was taken alive!
[]
• He led all the Prophets in prayer, & spoke to Allah beyond veils of light,
Who gave him the daily Prayers : all 5.
[]
• Pagans ridiculed his journey, but his close friend Abu Bakr didn't doubt him, telling them #Muhammad (pbuh) never lied.
[]
• He blessed the Prophet's marriage to his #daughter A'isha,
who wisely retained marital etiquette, up until he died.
[]
• The Prophet married A'isha after her menses, with Allah &
her parents permission, & nobody objected at all.
[]
• People wed at puberty then as life spans were short.
• Even , #Mary delivered #Jesus aged 13, so it is evil to name-call.
[]
• Although Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) performs many miracles,
like multiplying #food for the #hungry & causing the rain to fall or cease.
[]
• His real miracle was delivering the actual Speech of God;
the Glorious Qur'an, over 23 years as a book in one piece.
[]
• The pagans asked the Prophet (pbuh) to perform an amazing miracle once &
for all, to turned them into Believers too.
[]
• But even though they had asked for it, they said it was magic, &
turned away even after He split the Moon in two!
[]
• When Muhammad (pbuh) son #Abraham, born from #Maria the #coptic died,
a total eclipse occurred & the sky turned dark.
[]
• Some said it was due to God being Sad, but the Prophet stopped them,
saying #birth & #deaths; #eclipses do not mark.
[]
• He used to sew his own clothes, allow his grandsons to slide down his back while in Prayer, & slept on the floor.
[]
• His smile was beautiful, he was good to non-Muslim neighbours &
never amassed wealth, but gave it all to the poor.

• He went home shaking in a cold sweat, & his wife Khadijah (ra)
covered him in a blanket as he was in shock & scared.
[]
• She immediately comforted him, & Believed him saying Allah would help him
as he was truthful, pious & cared.
[]
• Khadijah (ra) took him to her learned #Christian cousin Waraqa Bin Nawfal
who used to write the Bible in Hebrew.
[]
• He confirmed that Angel Gabriel was relaying God's Message,
& would support him as the hostility grew.
[]
• Sadly blind Waraqa died a few days later, & the Prophet's true dreams &
Revelation came to a complete stop.
[]
• But Angel Gabriel appeared confirming his Prophethood &
prevented him from throwing himself off a mountain top.
[]
• Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) saw #Angel #Gabriel in his true form, &
began calling to Allah's Oneness or Tawheed, & warned against evil & pride.
[]
• With a huge expectation on his shoulders as the last of Allah's Prophets;
he was sent to guide people world wide.
[]
• For 3 years the number of Muslims gradually grew,
but they met in small groups, preaching in subdued fashion.
[]
• Persecuted family, the poor & slaves were the 1st to convert,
until the Message was spread in heraldic passion.
[]
• Once the #Prophet preached to the pagans from a hill top.
• Rebuking; they said making their gods into 1 was insane.
[]
• Perturbed, they tried to entice him with wealth & kingship,
but he turned them down, knowing #Islam would reign.
[]
• As Muslims grew in number; so did pagan hostilities.
• From taunts, to throwing filth, it escalated to murderous harm.
[]
• The Prophet sent a hundred to #Ethiopia, where the #Christian #King
welcomed them, & willingly converted to Islam!
[]
• King Negus was approached by pagan envoys who tried to convince him
to arrest the Muslims, as dangerous & bad.
[]
• But when he heard Qur'anic Verses praising #Jesus & #Mary (pbutb),
he let them go, & cried with true faith #Imaan ; joyfully glad.
[]
• People loved being around the Prophet (pbuh), he always helped #orphans &
the #poor, being kind to both & young & old.
[]
• He received Revelation directly from #Allah, & even enemies embrace #Islam
who were once hardened & bold.

• God promised that he would raise up Prophets from Abraham's 2 sons;
& from Isaac the Biblical Prophets came.

• But which Prophet came from Ishmael's line other than Muhammad?
Yet many insult him, which is an awful shame.
[]
• People have abandoned religion, uninformed that God sent Messengers like Muhammad to guide them to his plan.
[]
• As Islamophobia is trendy in the Media- now more than ever,
we need to find out about the Final Prophet sent to Humanity...
[]
• Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was born in Makkah in ancient Arabia
from Prophet Ishmael's clan.
[]
• He became Orphaned at 8; So his uncle Abu Taalib raised him
until he grew into a man.
[]
• As a youth, he grew up as a humble shepherd.
• But later on became a trader selling goods far & wide.
[]
• A rich business women called Khadijah (ra) was so impressed by his honesty.
• She requested to become his bride.
[]
• Even before his Prophethood, pagans called him "The Trusted" or "Al Ameen"
& knew he was nobel & chaste.
[]
• Respecting his Quraishi Bloodline, he solved their disputes,
like restoring the Black Stone back into its place.
[]
• Pagans used to take care of Pilgrims who visited Makkah,
but worshipped with polytheism in their heart.
[]
• The once Holy kabah that Abraham had build, was now defiled by idols,
like statues of Uzza & Laat.
[]
• The pagans had evil customs; they buried baby girls alive,
were drunken fornicators & cruel to slaves.
[]
• Muhammad (pbuh) hated this evil, & would seek secluded areas far away,
to meditate in peace & pray in caves.
[]
• When Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was aged 40.
• Angel Gabriel startled him at Mount Noor's Hira cave, & ordered him to 'Read!'
[]
• He said he was unlettered, but Gabriel squeezed him to repeat
what he heard of the Qur'an recital upon his lead.
[]
• He recited, "Read! In the Name of your Lord.
• Who has created everything.
[]
• He has Created Man from a congealed clot.
• Read! And your Lord is the most Generous.
[]
• Who has taught by the Pen.
• He has taught Man that which he knew not!"

• Despite theological disagreements & political disputes,
Muhammad (pbuh) remained respectful of both faiths.
[]
• A few years before he (pbuh) died, when his leadership of the Arabs was generally accepted, a delegation of 69 Christians with scholars &
judges among them arrived in Medina from the southern capitol of Najran.
[]
• In a kind of interfaith council rare in those days,
Muslims & Christians, joined by Medina's Jewish rabbis,
sat together discussing & arguing the meaning of their beliefs.
[]
• This occurred at a time when, not far to the north, Christians & Persians
had been engaged for decades in massively destructive religious wars.
[]
• According to Muslim chroniclers, when the council in Medina ended,
the Najran Christians mounted their camels & rode peacefully back home.
[]
• Muhammad (pbuh) once came upon a group of Muslims arguing about
which religion had primacy over all others.
[]
• This was the occasion for one of the Qur'an's most often quoted revelations :
[]
"If God had so willed, He would have made all of you one community,
but he has not done so, in order that he may test you according to what he has given you; so compete in goodness. To God shall you all return, and He will tell you the truth about what you have been disputing."
[]
Allah swt says :
"And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth,
confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture & as a criterion over it.
So judge between them by what Allah has revealed &
do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth.
To each of you We prescribed a law & a method.
Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion],
but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you;
so race to [all that is] good.
To Allah is your return all together, &
He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ."
(Al Qur'an 5 : Verse 48)

• On occasion, the Qur'an also criticizes Christians & Jews,
mainly with regard to their views concerning prophets.
[]
• Christians are criticized for calling Jesus (as) divine.
• In the Muslim view, though born of the Virgin Mary & revered as a major prophet, Jesus was a man of flesh & blood.
[]
• The Jews, on the other hand, are criticized for rejecting certain prophets,
as well as others whose warnings the Children of Israel ignored.
[]
• They are also taken to task for their rejection of Jesus (as)
&, of course, Muhammad (pbuh).
[]
• Muhammad's own comments follow the Qur'an in making clear that
Islam was not to be considered a new religion, but rather as a continuation of
the original religion of Abraham (as). As expressed in the Qur'an :
[]
Allah swt says :
"They say (to the Muslims) :
Be Jews or Christians [so] you will be guided.
Say, Rather, [we follow] the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth, &
he was not of the polytheists."
[]
"Say, [O believers], We have believed in Allah & what has been revealed to us &
what has been revealed to Abraham & Ishmael & Isaac & Jacob &
the Descendants & what was given to Moses & Jesus &
what was given to the prophets from their Lord.
We make no distinction between any of them, &
we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."
(Al Qur'an 2 : Verse 135-136)

specifically mentioned as having God's favor :

Allah swt says :
"Indeed, those who believed & those who were Jews or Christians or
Sabeans [before Prophet Muhammad] - those [among them] who believed in Allah
& the Last Day & did righteousness - will have their reward with their Lord, &
no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve."

those [before Him] who were Jews or Sabeans or Christians -
those [among them] who believed in Allah & the Last Day & did righteousness -
no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve."
(Al Qur'an 5 : Verse 69)
[]
• The reference to the mysterious community of the Sabians has been
a topic of some debate in Islamic history.
[]
• No one has definitively concluded who they were.
• Some scholars maintain that they are a small, forgotten community.
• Others assert that that they are Zoroastrians.
[]
• Still others offer a much broader interpretation, saying that the Sabians are the believers of any divinely revealed faith besides the Muslims, Jews, & Christians.
[]
• Muhammad's relationship with Christians & Jews, was not,
however, always warm.
[]
• Nor is every Qur'anic reference to them positive.
• Political & tribal issues put Muhammad (pbuh) & some Jewish tribes in conflict,
& this led to bloodshed more than once.

that all of these prophets share the same essential message.
[]
• Some are mentioned by name in the Qur'an,
many of whom are figures found in the Hebrew Scriptures, including :
Adam, Job, David, Elijah, Jonah, Jacob, Joseph, Lot & Moses, among others.
[]
• The New Testament figures including Jesus, Mary, John the Baptist, &
John the Baptist's father, Zechariah, are often mentioned too.
[]
• One of the Qur'an's chapters is titled Mary (Al Qur'an 19 - Surah Maryam).
• Finally, certain pre-Islamic Arabian prophets appear too.
[]
• Thus, although there are many shared themes & stories,
there are many other aspects that are unique to the Qur'an.
[]
• Muhammad (pbuh) viewed his mission as a continuation of
the religious careers of these earlier people.
[]
• From the beginning,
he (pbuh) closely identified his message with the Jewish & Christian traditions.
• In difficult times, he (pbuh) often drew strength from their example.
[]
• During the period of fierce persecution against the Muslims,
for example, he would remind his beleaguered followers of the patience &
forbearance shown by Moses & the Jews when they were persecuted in Egypt.
[]
• And, according to Muslim tradition,
it was the Qur'anic references to Mary & the birth of Jesus
that convinced the Christian king of nearby Axum (present day Ethiopia)
to grant asylum to Muslim refugees fleeing Meccan persecution.
[]
• Muslim sources cite other individual Christians & Jews
who played important roles in Muhammad's life, including his wife's cousin,
Waraqa, a Christian ascetic who 1st observed that Muhammad's
experiences of revelation resembled Moses' encounters with the Divine.
[]
• This parallel reassured Muhammad (pbuh) at a time
when he (pbuh) feared he might be possessed.

•Some wrongly blame Angels 'Harut & Marut' for teaching Magic in Babylon-
yet it was evil Devil fakes.
[]
•To this day, based on "Aasaf" Jewish kabbalic texts,
Jinn-inspired Magic is used by evil men for gain.
[]
•But Allah has made Black Magic Forbidden- being Satan's deception
which only leads to Hell & pain.
[]
•Some even sacrifice animals for their sake,
yet Shirk or Polytheism is the biggest Sin leading to Hell.
[]
•But sadly,
even Muslims commit Shirk by their fear of Jinn;
relying on Amulets, charms & spells.
[]
•Once an IFREET Jinn disturbed Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) Prayer with fire;
was caught- & to a pillar pinned.
[]
•But the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) kindly released him,
recalling how Solomon (as) relinquished Human control over Jinn.
[]
•Interestingly, as the shaytaan was being choked
by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)- it's cold saliva was felt by his hand!
[]
•So they are not just fiery plasma-
proving that Devils will suffer pain in the Fire of Hell as Allah Planned.

•As a proof that Jinns don't know the future,
Solomon (as) oversaw Jinns digging metal resting on his cane.
[]
•Not until he slumped dead (as worms ate through his cane),
did the Jinn stop work- unafraid of his Reign.

•Only Allah knows the future,
whereas fortune-tellers guess it by using evil lying Jinn.
So, believing in Seances, Astrology, Horoscopes & Tarot cards is a really Big Sin.

but Devils turn the depraved & shameless insane.

•Malevolent Demons sometimes enter & possess humans; unlawfully, out of revenge or hate. They are Exorcised by the Qur'an which they hate listening to.
[]
•For example :
Ayat-Al-Kursi (Al Qur'an 2 : Verse 255)
is really great.
[]
•Satan also hates & runs away quickly when he hears
the 'Call to Prayer' or 'Adhan'.
[]
•Devils also detest Surah Baqarah & flee from the last two chapters of the Qur'an.
•Muslims use their right hands to eat with, & their left hands when visiting the 'loo'.
[]
•Satan eats bones & dung with his left hand
& hobbles around wearing only one shoe!
[]
•When we enter our homes or eat, we say "Bismillah" :
blessing our actions in Allah's Name.
[]
•This prevents evil Jinns from partaking in our food &
houses, thus; causing their shame.
[]
•Married couples should also seek refuge against Devils
when having sex & for their offspring.
[]
•For unlike Angels who are extremely shy,
Demons are shameless & open depravity they bring.
•In some cases, Jinn possess or hover near Humans whom they fancy;
sexually exploit & harm.
[]
•They may be Exorcised & removed,
for such Jinn-Human relationships are Forbidden in Islam.
[]
•Evil Shayateen physically affect humans causing twitches spasms &
even prolonged (menstrual) bleeding.
[]
•The Prophet (pbuh) recommended us to bear their harms patiently or
recite the Qur'an as a healing.
[]
•Prophet Solomon (as) controlled slave Jinns to build his kingdom
& had Jinns in his army troops.
[]
•On hearing the Qur'an,
some converted to Islam after Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) guided their groups.
[]
•Solomon's Jinns were Punished by fire if they disobeyed,
& they dived in seas & dug for metal ore.
[]
•His Jinn workers constructed 'Bait-Ul-Maqdis',
made weapons & huge brass pots to feed the poor.
[]
•An IFREET Jinn materialized Queen Bilquis's Throne in a blink,
others made the floor look like a lake!
[]
• You should put your Faith in Allah Alone & He swt will protect you for He swt is
the Lord of all the Worlds, Seen & Unseen.

•Islam is the Final Religion or Deen that Allah Perfected;
& sent Muhammad (pbuh) even to the Jinn.
[]
•When a group of them honed in on the Qur'an,
they embraced it- unlike Satan who carried on in sin.
[]
•We shouldn't underestimate the Enmity of the most evil Jinn,
whose hatred upon Humans is directed.
[]
•Formerly Azazeel;
for refusing to bow to Adam (as),
Allah cursed him as Satan or Iblees - the Rejected.
[]
•Satan : the Jinn, used to 'hang-out' with Heaven's Angels
before his disbelief & deceit.
[]
•Satan isn't a 'Fallen-Angels',
but sinful pride turned him into a horned Demon- ugly & effete.
[]
•His reprieve of life until the Last Day puffs him up with pride
& we should know our Enemy's harm.
[]
•Satan has vowed to corrupt Man;
by lewdness, self-harm, mutilation & turn people against Islam.
[]
•Satan's throne exists on the sea,
from where he sends out his devil troops to cause strife.
[]
•Demons whisper evil lies causing Shirk, Wars &
separation between a man & his wife.
[]
•Satan hates the children of Adam,
& spitefully pricks all newborn babies making them cry.
[]
•Satan always calls to Shirk, & even tries deceiving us
by Near Death Experiences before we die.
[]
•Shayateen fly into space trying to listen to Angels receiving Allah's Decrees.
•But Angels hurl fiery meteor missiles at them; stopping their spying with ease.
[]
•A Qareen Jinn accompanies every person in life,
whispering evil thoughts to turn us bad.
[]
•But we are also surrounded by Angels, & knowing that comforts us &
makes us feel glad.
[]
•Even Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) had a Qareen;
but it only spoke good as his Jinn was subdued.
[]
•Believers are warned to reject Devilish whispers that call to Shirk,
Sin & all things lewd.
[]
•The Jinn that stays with us & knows our life intimately,
might live on after we die.
[]
•Soul's of the dead don't come back as 'Ghosts',
but 'Mystics' exploit the Qareen's lies.
[]
•"Ghosts" are not the lost souls of the dead,
but Jinn impersonators imitating those who passed away.
[]

until Resurrection on the Last Day.

•They see us, yet they're hidden from view.
[]
•There's even a Chapter in the Qur'an entitled "The Jinn"; so their existence is
only denied by a deviant few.
[]
•Allah created Jinns from a smokeless fire; as sentient beings invisible
to the human eye.
[]
•Intelligent & with free will like us; Jinns live on Earth in tribes, eat, marry & die.
•Jinns even have Sects amongst them.
[]
•They have Believers amongst them too.
•But it is the Devils amongst them that cause panic & fear.
[]
•Jinns are technologically advanced & lived on Earth 2,000 years
before Mankind : but caused harm.
[]
•Angels pushed them to desolate areas,
so now they co-exist in a cloaked Parallel life in relative calm.
[]
•Some Jinns can shape-shift into animals, while some crawl on their bellies or fly.
•Others can appear as humanoids, shadowy dogs, cats or snakes that slither by.
[]
•Numerous Legends exist of humanoids creatures who transform into
animal forms - in horror & alarm.
[]
•The Prophet (pbuh) said if you see a Gheelan (Ghoul) shape-shift before you banish them by calling the Adhan.
[]
•Devils cause nightmares & sleep-paralysis;
appearing as night-terrors, hags or ghostly glows.
[]
•Jinns explain supernatural mysteries like sprites & ghouls, aliens & many U.F.O.'s.
•Jinns hang about in graveyard, dumps, deserted ruins & desolate open spaces.
[]
•Others haunts include filthy toilets & they lurk in-between sunny & shady places.
•Wish-granting Jinns in fairy-tales like Aladdin's Genie & Narnia's
Witch are just yarns.
[]
•But children should stay in after dusk to avoid Jinns that wander about &
their harms. He (pbuh) also said to seek refuge in Allah
when a dog barks or a donkey brays - for a Jinn they've seen.

roosters crow on seeing Angels; it's all in the Unseen.

& put out lamps as a rule.
[]
•For Satan cannot overcome a thing blessed by Allah;
so it's easy to humiliate these Ghouls.

• Indeed, some Jinns are even Believers too.

Importance of Cleanliness in Islam.
[ Cleanliness in Islam ]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said :
“The key to the prayer is cleanliness, its beginning is takbir (saying Allahu Akbar)
& its ending is Salam (salutation).”
[]
• Islam has always encouraged the believer to be in a state of cleanliness
both physically & spiritually.
[]
• As mentioned above, one of the most important aspects of prayers is that a person should be clean before performing them five times a day.
[]
• There are many instructions in connection with health, hygiene, & nutrition
& about the cleanliness of air & environment in Islam.
[]
[ Some of them are listed below ]
• Wash your mouth & hands before & after a meal.
• Keep food & water covered.
[]
• Offer Salah with clean body & clothes.
• Use fragrance or perfume.
[]
• Comb your hair & use oil on the hair.
• Take bath & perform ablution for offering prayers.
[]
• Go to bed early & rise early in the morning.
• Go for a walk in the morning.
[]
• Keep your house & streets clean or we can say keep our environment clean.
• Keep your clothes & body clean.
[]
• Do Miswak regularly.
• Cleanliness is the pathway to health & strength.
[]
• Islam wants a healthy & strong Muslim society which is capable of understanding & applying Allah’s message & carrying it away to the whole world.
[]
Allah swt says :
“You are the best community that hath been raised up for mankind,
enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, & believing in Allah."
(Al Qur'an 3 : Verse 110)
[]
• In short, Cleanliness is a part of faith (Imaan) or we can say it is half the faith.
• We often clean our homes, brush our teeth daily, take bath, wash our clothes, wash dishes, use perfume.
[]
• Do we realize that we are getting rewarded by Allah (swt) for it?
No, because generally we never think of doing these acts for an account of reward from Allah Almighty, we don’t do them for the pleasure of Allah as we are obeying his commands.
[]
• May Allah give us the strength to obey His commands &
get Rewards & blessings from Him!

[ Cleanliness in Islam ]
• Islam has given so much importance to cleanliness
as it is considered to be a part of faith.
[]
• Cleanliness & purification are one of the great exemptions of Islam. Islam places great stress on cleanliness, whether it’s in physical or spiritual terms.
[]
• The attention to hygiene is the condition which was unfamiliar
with any other religion before Islam.
[]
• While people generally consider cleanliness or purification a desirable aspect,
but Islam insists on it, making hygiene an essential part of faith.
[]
• Cleanliness is an essential part of Deen life.
• We can say the meaning & spirit behind the concept of cleanliness is above the slight concept of the traditional cleanliness.
[]
Allah swt says :
“Allah does not intend to inconvenience you, but He intends to purify you
& perfect His favor to you, so that you may give thanks."
(Al Qur'an 5 : Verse 6)
[]
• Cleanliness & purification are of 2 types :
1. #Inner purification &
2. #Outer purification.
[]
[ Inner Purification ]
• Inner purification can be achieved by encouraging the 5 pillars of Islam :
1. Faith
2. Prayer
3. Charity
4. Fasting
5. Hajj : Pilgrimage
[]
• Having clean & pure thinking, avoiding sins, making a lot of dhikrs
& most importantly making sure the heart is pure of spiritual affliction
such as anger, hatred, relying on other people than Allah, pride, arrogance, etc.
[]
[ Outer Purification ]
• Outer purification can be obtained by proper bodily purification,
Example :
Making Wudu (Ablution),
Taking Ghusl (Bath),
Cleaning Teeth,
Using Fragrance,
Keeping House & Clothes Clean etc...
[]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said :
“Cleanliness is half the Faith (Imaan).”
[]
• So we can conclude that Cleanliness & purity are part of our faith
which we have to take seriously in our lives.
[]
• The Holy Prophet (pbuh) practiced cleanliness himself
& ordered his companions to follow too.
[]
• He (pbuh) kept his body & clothes clean, took bath on regular basis,
liked the use of fragrance, liked to do Miswaak.
[]
• He (pbuh) disliked the use of smelly things like garlic & other disgusting smell.
• He (pbuh) appreciated neat & attractive appearance.

[ Explained in brief ]
• Everyone will assemble with the ones they loved,
so each Prophet will be surrounded by ones who followed his way.
[]
• Those who worshipped idols will be drawn to their representative Symbols
& be dragged to Hell straight away.
[]
• Crowds will successively ask Allah's true Prophets to intercede
to Allah on their behalf; but each one will defer.
[]
• From Adam to Noah to Abraham to Moses to Jesus (AS) until eventually,
they all turn to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to refer.
[]
• Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) will intercede on
the Last Day after Prostrating with a specially saved supplication or Du'a.
[]
• He (pbuh) will seek forgiveness for all worthy Believers,
& Allah will Graciously grant his intercession or shifa'a.
[]
• Lastly, is a sweet drink from the Prophet's (pbuh) Fountain Basin or "Howdh",
after which a person will never thirst again!
[]
• But Angels will prevent those who mutated Islam by innovation or "Biddah",
whom the Prophet (pbuh) will disclaim.
[]
• Angels will drag away those deservedly destined for Allah's Punishment in Hell in humiliation with miserable fates.
[]
• Everyone will be eager to see their homes in Jannah,
but Muhammad (pbuh) will be the first to enter Heaven's Gate.
[]
• Allah will remove from Hell, Believers who were Punished for their sins
but retained Faith of a Mustard seed's worth.
[]
• Regenerated in its River Bank, they'll enter Heaven,
the last one of whom will get a reward ten times that of Earth!
[]
• When everyone's place in Heaven or Hell is assigned,
a sheep representing Death will be slaughtered for all to see.
[]
• Winners in Heaven will be ecstatic,
whereas losers in Hell will be dismayed knowing they'll never die for eternity.
[]
• Many believe there's nothing beyond death, but what's the point of chancing it
& suffering an Eternal Disgrace?
[]
• Wouldn't it be better to work towards an endless life of Bliss in Heavens;
where you'd look directly at Allah's Face.

Allah swt said :
"I do not hesitate to do anything as I hesitate to take the soul of the believer,
for he hates death, & I hate to disappoint him."

scared to be exposed in error.

How we used to lives, utilized our youth & Knowledge,
how we earned & what we spent.

whether good & bad.

for it wakes up our Imaan or Faith and prevents us from sin.
[]
• Even a joyful party stops abruptly at the news of death,
for death cuts short our ambitions even before they begin.
[]
• Every soul will taste death; the checkpoint of the Hereafter,
The destroyer of desires that we all detest.
[]
• Allah knows that we hate it,
and hesitates at seizing the soul of His faithful servant who is at His behest.
[]
• Wealth, family & power left behind can't benefit the dead;
only things classified as "Sadaqah Jaariya" ("On-going-Charity").
[]

[]
In the Holy Qur'an,
God speaks about the stages of man's embryonic development,
1,400 years before modern day scientists 'discovered' important
information on creation of man & his development :
[]
Allah swt says :
"And certainly did We create man (Adam) from an extract of clay."
[]
"Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging."
[]
"Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, &
We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], &
We made [from] the lump, bones, &
We covered the bones with flesh;
then We developed him into another creation.
So blessed is Allah, the best of creators."
(Al Qur'an 23 : Verse 12-14)
[]
[ Entering of the soul in the human body ]
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh),
who is the most truthful (of human beings) &
his being truthful (is a fact) told us :
[]
"The constituents of one of you is gathered in his mother’s womb for 40 days,
then it becomes a clot of blood within another period of 40 days.
Then it becomes a lump of flesh, & 40 days later,
Allah sends His angel to it to breathe into it the soul.
The angel comes with instructions concerning 4 things,
so the angel writes down :
1. his livelihood,
2. his death,
3. his deeds &
4. whether he will doomed (in Hell) or blessed (in Paradise).
[]
Allah swt says :
"Then indeed, after that you are to die."
"Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected."

[ The partnership between Body & Soul ]
[]
• As I see it, we do so for 2 purposes :
2. The 2nd purpose of our worship is to reform the relationship
between the person & others.
[]
• By developing a person’s character & cultivating within him certain values,
a person’s worship results in his safeguarding the rights of others
on every possible level of interaction.
[]
• This includes the relationship between husband & wife,
parent & child, & likewise between neighbours & between
the governed & the one who governs them.
[]
• Even the rights of animals & the environment are safeguarded in this way.
• Islam brings with it values governing a Muslim’s conduct
towards everything that surrounds him.
[]
• All the acts of worship that were prescribed to humanity in
the previous manifestations of the religion & in Islam are part of
a single program designed to fulfill these 2 purposes :
1. to build the individual &
2. to develop his relationship with others.
[]
• What meaning does fasting have for a person who merely eschews food & drink & other pleasures that are lawful under normal circumstances, only to engage in forbidden acts like speaking falsehood & mistreating others?
[]
• How much worse is it to engage in unlawful things in the month of Ramadan, &
possibly even during the day while fasting?
[]
• How is it for such a person who lives a dual life, his worship completely divorced from his everyday life, having no effect on his dealings with others?
[]
• We have a right to ask ourselves in earnest :
• When will our worship change from being merely an outwardly act into a reality that is rich in meaning & that carries with it a deep & noble purpose?
[]
• When will our worship start to affect our personalities, building us into people
of integrity who fulfill their duties, recognize their own shortcomings, &
work to improve themselves before rushing to judge others?
[]
• Only then will our worship take on its full Meaning.
• And Peace be upon You!

"What is the matter with him?"
They said :
"He had taken an oath to walk."
The Prophet (pbuh) said :
"God is in no need of this man’s punishing of himself."
Then he ordered the man to ride.
[]
• Was fasting, then, prescribed for us to attain blessings & rewards?
• Without doubt,
God bestows immense rewards upon His servants for their fasts.
[]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said :
"Whoever fasts in faith seeking reward, all of his previous sins will be forgiven."
[]
• However, the rewards & blessings that we receive for our fasts, our prayers, &
our charity are God’s reward to us to encourage us to do these good deeds.
[]
• The question remains :
Why do we fast?
Why do we get such a great reward for doing so?
Why do we pray & embark upon the pilgrimage?
[]
• As I see it, we do so for 2 purposes :
1. The 1st is to develop our faith &
build our moral character on a basis of piety & certainty.
[]
Allah says about fasting :
"O you who believe!
Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you,
that perhaps you may guard against evil."
(Al Qur'an 2 : Verse 183)
[]
• About prayer, Allah swt says :
"Indeed prayer restrains from shameful & unjust deeds."
(Al Qur'an 29 : Verse 45)
[]
• About the Hajj (Pilgrimage), Allah swt says :
"And let there be no obscenity, wickedness, or wrangling in the Hajj."
(Al Qur'an 2 : Verse 197)
[]
Allah swt says about paying Zakah (Annual Charity) :
"Take alms of their wealth, wherewith you may cleanse them & purify them."
(Al Qur'an 9 : Verse 103)
[]
• This meaning can be seen in all acts of worship.
• They all seek to build a person’s character & perfect his moral conduct,
his beliefs, & his faith.
[]
• Our worship aims to cleanse & renew our hearts, making them free from
base qualities like deception, avarice, rancour, & unbridled lust.

[ The partnership between Body & Soul ]
• The spiritual aspects of prayer are our devotion, humility, & submission to God
in full sincerity & devotion.
[]
• It entails our recognition of God’s greatness & divinity that inspires us
with a sense of reverence & awe.
[]
• Is there any relationship between our concern for the physical aspects of
prayer & our concern for the spiritual?
[]
• Indeed, there is!
When we carry out the outward aspects of prayer, we are,
without doubt, obeying our Lord & fulfilling His command
by upholding one of the pillars of our faith.
[]
• At the same time, we realize that there is an infinite wisdom behind
these acts of worship; at times, we comprehend that wisdom!
[]
• The same can be said for fasting.
• Why do we fast?
• Surely God does not need our fasts.
[]
Allah swt says :
"O humanity!
You are in need of God & He is free of all wants, worthy of praise."
(Al Qur'an 35 : Verse 15)
[]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said :
"Whoever does not leave off false speech & evil deeds,
then God has no need of his leaving off his food & drink."
[]
• We know that God has no need for us to abstain from eating & drinking.
[]
• The Prophet (pbuh) said, conveying to us the words of his Lord :
"O my servants!
If the 1st of you & the last of you, the human of you & the jinn of you came together as the heart of the most pious man among you,
it would not increase my dominion in the least.
O my servants!
If the 1st of you & the last of you, the human of you & the jinn of you came
together as the heart of the most sinful man among you,
it would not diminish my dominion in the least."
[]
• Surely fasting was not prescribed to punish us &
make us suffer from hunger & thirst, for God says :
[]
Allah swt says :
"What can God gain by your punishment if you are thankful & you believe, &
God is grateful & all-knowing."
(Al Qur'an 4 : Verse 147)

[ The partnership between Body & Soul ]
• The worship in Islam involves both body & soul
& develops a person to become a better human being.
[]
• The dualism between the body & soul is very clearly evident in the physical world.
• The body is subservient & the soul is in charge; however both are indispensable.
• It is just that the soul is the master while the body is the obedient servant.
[]
• People have a habit of letting themselves become fully absorbed in fulfilling
their physical needs to the utter disregard of their spiritual ones,
which are rarely so much as contemplated.
[]
• We need only look at the vast number of institutions that exist to deal
with the material aspects of our lives compared to the paucity of those
that focus on the needs of the soul – the mosque being one of those.
[]
• The body has its rights & its demands upon us.
• However what worth does the body have without the soul?
[]
• It is a mere corpse, no matter how powerfully or beautifully it is constructed.
• If the soul departs from it, it becomes a wasted husk.
• Its beauty can only be realized in partnership with the soul.
[]
• If we look to apply this concept within an Islamic context, we immediately notice that all our acts of worship (including prayer, fasting, Zakah, & Hajj)
require the participation of both the body & soul.
[]
• However, the regrettable thing that overwhelmed the People of the Scripture -
the followers of Moses & Jesus (peace be upon them both) -
as well as many of the followers of Muhammad (pbuh) -
is that of being overly concerned with outward
appearances at the expense of substance.
[]
• There is more concern about physical appearance than there is with the soul.
• Concern for the outward aspects of worship is something good
(though at times it can get out of hand), but such concern should
not result in the inner meaning of our worship being forgotten.
[]
• The physical aspects of our prayers are our :
standing,
bowing,
sitting, &
prostrating.
[]
• These are the aspects of prayer that most Muslims learn & commit to memory.
• These are the matters that they generally ask about, sometimes in great detail.

[ 6 Steps to Get You Closer to Allah swt in brief ]
[]
6. Stay Connected to the Qur’an.
• Reading or memorizing the Qur’an alone is not enough.
• Understand it & act upon it.
[]
• Try your best to act the way we were asked to in the Qur’an.
• Strive for the best.
[]
• Reflect on its meanings; it will give you answers to your daily life’s complications.
• When you read the Qur’an & understand it more you will be more likely to
reach the level of ihsan. You will want to do everything right.
[]
• In the form of a man, Gabriel/Jibreel (as) once entered a gathering where
the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sitting.
[]
• One of the questions the angel asked was to elaborate on the term “ihsan” :
[]
Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said :
“That you worship Allah as if you see Him,
for if you don’t see Him then truly He sees you.”
[]
[ Wrapping It All Up ]
[]
• Be productive, seek knowledge & take action.
• The more you love Allah swt, the more you will do to get closer to Him.
• The more you get closer to Him, the more He will get closer to you.
[]
• The more you will want to learn about the sunnah & the Qur’an & want to get even closer to Him, the closer you will become to reaching the level of ihsan.
[]
• When you reach that level you will feel Allah’s love &
you will be satisfied with everything He gives you.
[]
• You will be productive
because you won’t want to waste time without pleasing Allah swt.
[]
• You will be confident in anything that you do in your life,
because you will have full trust in Allah swt.
[]
• May Allah swt guide us to the path that takes us closer to Him.
#Amen
[]
"In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful."
"[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds -"
"The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful,"
"Sovereign of the Day of Recompense."
"It is You we worship & You we ask for help."
"Guide us to the straight path -"
"The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor,
not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray."

[ In brief ]
• God’s signs in nature are emphasized in a Chapter 16 called “The Bee” :
[]
Allah swt says :
“It is He who sends down water from the sky.
From it you drink & from it come the shrubs among which you graze your herds.
And by it He makes crops grow for you & olives & dates &
grapes & fruit of every kind.
Therein is certainly a sign in that for people who reflect.
He has made the night & the day subservient to you, & the sun, the moon &
the stars, all subject to His command.
Therein are certainly signs in that for people who use their intellect.
And also, the things of varying colors He has created for you in the earth.
There is certainly a sign in that for people who pay heed.
It is He who made the sea subservient to you so that you can eat fresh flesh
from it & bring out from it ornaments to wear.
And you see the ships cleaving through it so that you can seek His bounty, &
so that perhaps you may show thanks.
He cast firmly embedded mountains on the earth so it would not move under you, & rivers, pathways, & landmarks so that perhaps you might be guided.
And they are guided by the stars.
Is He Who creates like him who does not create?
O will you not pay heed?”
(Al Qur'an 16 : Verse 10-17)
[]
• In the Qur'an,
God invites men of understanding to think about
the issues which other people overlook or just dismiss using
such barren terms as “evolution”, “coincidence”, or “a miracle of nature”.
[]
• In the creation of the heavens & the earth, & the alternation of night & day,
there are Signs for people of intelligence :
those who remember God standing, sitting & lying on their sides, &
reflect on the creation of the heavens & the earth :
[]
Our Lord,
You did not create this for nothing.
Glory be to You!
So guard us from the punishment of the Fire.”
(Al Qur'an 3 : Verse 191)
[]
• As we see in these verses, people of understanding see the signs of God &
try to comprehend His eternal knowledge, power & art by remembering &
reflecting on them, for God’s knowledge is limitless, &
His act of creating flawless.
[]
For men of understanding,
Everything around them is a Sign of this creation.

[ In brief ]
• Concerning this point again, the Qur'an guides man.
• In the Qur'an, God guides us as to what we should reflect on & investigate.
[]
• With the methods of reflection given in the Qur'an,
he who has faith in God will better perceive God’s perfection,
eternal wisdom, knowledge & power in His creation.
[]
• When a believing person starts to think in the way shown in the Qur'an,
he soon realizes that the whole universe is a sign of God’s power &
art, & that, “nature is a work of art, not the artist itself."
[]
• Every work of art exhibits the exceptional skills of the one who has made it &
conveys his messages.
[]
• In the Qur'an, people are summoned to contemplate numerous events &
objects that clearly testify to the existence & uniqueness of God & His attributes.
[]
• In the Qur'an, all these beings that bear witness are designated as “signs”, meaning “tested evidence, absolute knowledge & expression of truth."
[]
• Therefore, the signs of God comprise all the beings in the universe in that
they disclose & communicate the being & attributes of God.
[]
• Those who can observe & remember will see that the entire universe
is entirely composed of the signs of God.
[]
• This, indeed, is the responsibility of mankind : to be able to see the signs of God.
[]
• Thus, such a person will come to know the Creator who created him &
all other things, draw closer to Him, discover the meaning of his existence &
his life & so prosper.
[]
• Each thing :
the breath a human takes;
political & social developments;
the cosmic harmony in the universe;
the atom,
which is one of the smallest pieces of matter, is each a sign of God, &
they all operate under His control & knowledge, abiding by His laws.
[]
• Recognizing & knowing the signs of God calls for personal effort.
• One will recognize & know the signs of God in accordance with
his own wisdom & conscience.
[]
• Undoubtedly, some guidelines may also help.
• As the 1st step, one can investigate certain points stressed in the Qur'an in order to acquire the mentality that perceives the whole universe as an articulation of the things created by God.

[ Description ]
• The Quran guides humanity to be able to see the signs &
proofs of His existence through reflection.
[]
[ In brief ]
Allah swt says :
“Say: ‘Praise be to God.
He will show you His Signs & you will recognize them.
Your Lord is not heedless of anything you do.’ "
(Al Qur'an 27 : Verse 93)
[]
Allah swt says :
“This is a communication to be transmitted to mankind so that they can be warned by it & so that they will know that He is One God &
so that people of intelligence will pay heed.”
(Al Qur'an 14 : Verse 52)
[]
• In many other verses,
God emphasizes that one of the most crucial purposes of the Quran’s
revelation is to invite people to ponder.
[]
• In the Qur'an,
God invites people to reject blindly accepting the beliefs &
values society imposes on them & to ponder by pushing aside all
the prejudices, taboos and constraints on their minds.
[]
• Man must think on how he came into being, what the purpose of his life is,
why he will die & what awaits him after death.
[]
• He must question how he, himself, &
the whole universe came into existence & how they continue to exist.
[]
• While doing this, he must relieve himself of all constraints & prejudices.
• By thinking while isolating his conscience from all :
social,
ideological &
psychological obligations,
the person should eventually perceive that the entire universe,
including himself, is created by a superior power.
[]
• Even when he examines his own body or any other thing in nature,
he will see an impressive harmony, plan & wisdom at work within its design.

• The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) emphasised on developing a good character by engaging a constant practice of prayer, meditation, remembrance of God & other activities, as these actions change the heart & thereby bring one closer to God.
[]
• Verily in the body there is a piece of flesh.
• If it is sound, the body is all sound.
• If it is corrupt, the body is all corrupt.
• Verily, it is the heart.
[]
• God consciousness is an essential element in Islamic spiritual practice,
without it, the Muslim’s behaviour & attitude are corrupted.
[]
The benefits of God consciousness as derived from the Qur’an are as follows :
[]
Guidance :
because of His words,
“guidance for the muttaqeen (the people of God consciousness)”
[]
Help :
because of His words,
“Truly, Allah is with the people who have taqwa (God consciousness)”
[]
Closeness with God :
because of His words,
”Allah is the close friend of the muttaqeen (the people of God consciousness)”
[]
Love :
because of His words,
“Truly Allah loves the muttaqeen (the people of God consciousness)”
[]
A way out from unhappiness, & provision from where one does not expect :
because of His words,
“Whoever has taqwa of Allah He will make a way out for him &
provide him from where he does not expect”
[]
Facilitation of affairs :
because of His words,
“Whoever has taqwa of Allah He will make ease for him in his affair”
[]
Full covering over of wrong actions & magnification of rewards :
because of His words,
“Whoever has taqwa of God He will cover over his wrong actions &
magnify a reward for him”
[]
• Islam has a unique view on spirituality as it encompasses all aspects of the Muslim’s life.
[]
• All actions that are referred to God are spiritual, & these actions include the supplications we utter before we go to bed to the type of bank account we hold.
[]
• God has prescribed certain actions that develop positive characters as well as bringing the Muslim closer to God thereby attain God consciousness.
[]
• This state achieves many things including God’s love,
closeness & divine assistance.

[ Concept of Spirituality in Islam ]
• Islam doesn’t view ‘spirituality’ separately from everyday activities.
[]
• In Islam everything is ‘spiritual’
because all actions must be in accordance with God’s pleasure.
[]
• This view comes from the Islamic creed & the Muslim’s understanding of
Tawheed (The Oneness of God).
[]
"There is no deity worthy of worship except God."
This conviction creates a world view, a perspective & a unique behaviour.
[]
• It essential means that all actions –
from having a shower to picking up litter from the floor –
should be referred to the Creator.
[]
• This establishes a constant awareness, mindfulness & consciousness of God
in everything that the Muslim says or does.
[]
• The understanding of spirituality in Islam is unlike the secular understanding.
• It is the constant reference to God & ensuring that everything he or she does is in accordance with God’s pleasure.
[]
• This consciousness is not static, it is dynamic.
• The level of God consciousness is dependent upon how close the Muslim is
with His Lord.
[]
• This personal relationship is established & strengthened by following a unique programme of activities that have been prescribed by God Himself.
[]
• This ‘spiritual’ programme is also an effective means to change
the negative traits & habits of the Muslim.
[]
• Some of these activities include :
1. Remembrance of God,
2. Prayer,
3. Giving Charity,
4. Fasting,
5. Reflecting on Creation,
6. Meditation,
7. Reading the Qur'an,
8. Reflecting upon the Qur’an,
9. Memorising the Qur’an &
10. Daily Supplications.
[]
• It is in the nature of an examination for him/her; every aspect &
sphere of life is, as it were, a question paper :
1. The home,
2. The family,
3. The neighborhood,
4. The society,
5. The market-place,
6. The office,
7. The factory,
8. The school,
9. The law courts,
10. The police station,
11. The parliament, &
12. The peace conference.
[]
• Success & development are only possible if mankind devotes his whole life to
this examination & attempts to answer all the question papers he can.
• If he leaves most of the answer-book blank, he is bound to fail the examination.

[ The Beauty of Allah's Creation ]
• Man's own self, status & mission are no exception to this rule, in that man is capable very much of rendering them repulsive, dull, worthless & pathetic, too.
[]
• The order & beauty of the earth, of the vast spaces surrounding it, &
of the marvelous bodies that follow regular laws of motion in those enormous spaces in the visible world, they are our tangible & all-encompassing reality.
[]
• However, we were not to stop just at marveling at its corporeal manifestations & the aura they generate.
[]
• By discovering & mulling over the signs readily available in all things around us -
big or small -
which inevitably point to Allah's Oneness, Presence, Authority & Clemency,
we were, furthermore, to try to form from these some a priori intuition of
the Supreme Beauty & of the vastly greater invisible world.
[]
• Signs for Those Who Use Their Intelligence.
[]
Allah swt says :
"Truly, in the creation of the heavens & of the earth,
and the succession of night & day:
and in the ships that speed through the sea with what is useful to man:
and in the waters which God sends down from the sky,
giving life thereby to the earth after it had been lifeless,
and causing all manner of living creatures to multiply thereon:
and in the change of the winds,
and the clouds that run their appointed courses between sky & earth:
these are messages indeed for people who use their intelligence.

Allah's Creation.
[ The Beauty of Allah's Creation ]
• In doing so, man will only be answering the divine call, over & over again reiterated in the Qur'an, the thrust of which is the meticulous study, exploration &
reflection on the perfectly executed order in the universe's hierarchy :
[]
• From the gnat, fly & spider to the sun, moon, stars &
other majestic cosmic objects.
[]
• Man's initial impression of amazement with regard to the awesome sights in the universe, as a result of Allah's supreme artistry, followed by his in-depth study of what is viable thereof, is meant to lead man to an unwavering spiritual awakening, thus prompting all his spiritual & mental faculties to assertively declare :
[]
Allah swt says :
"Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides &
give thought to the creation of the heavens & the earth,
Saying : Our Lord,
You did not create this aimlessly;
exalted are You [above such a thing];
then protect us from the punishment of the Fire."
(Al Qur'an 3 : Verse 191)
[]
Allah Almighty says - for instance :
Allah swt says :
"[And] who created 7 heavens in layers.
You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency.
So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks?"
"Then return [your] vision twice again.
[Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued."
(Al Qur'an 67 : Verse 3-4)
[]
Also :
Allah swt says :
"And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]"
"And in yourselves. Then will you not see?"
(Al Qur'an 51 : Verse 20-21)
[]
• Thus, everything in the universe has been created beautiful, with purpose &
in proportion & measure, both qualitatively & quantitatively.
[]
Allah swt says :
"Indeed, all things We created with predestination."
(Al Qur'an 54 : Verse 49)
[]
• The traces of divine wisdom & plan underpin each & every aspect of creation.
[]
• Only man's ungodly & self-centered tempering with the existing total
artistic setting is able to render things ugly, harmful, evil & obsolete.

[ The Beauty of Allah's Creation ]
• Man is created as the most beautiful creature on earth.
• He is given the power of reasoning & insight.
[]
• He is created as the vicegerent on earth
never to be forsaken by God's words of guidance.
[]
• This is so lest man should lose his way, rebel against the will & plan of his Lord, &
gradually become puffed up with egotism, self-exaltation & innumerable superstitions pertaining to his own existence & existence taken as a whole.
[]
• When these exceptional qualities of man are paired with one's submission to
the Creator, Lord & Cherisher of the worlds, one confidently sets out proving
his worth, elevating his status over that of the angels in the process.
[]
• Conversely, no sooner does one start mishandling & abusing the same qualities & gifts than one starts drifting away from the plane of truth,
debasing his self lower than the level of animals in the process.
[]
• What is more, Adam, the father of mankind, has been created in Allah's own image, as declared by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
[]
• This means that "Adam has been bestowed with life, knowledge, power of hearing, seeing, understanding, but the features of Adam are different from those of Allah, only the names are the same.
[]
Example :
• Allah has life & knowledge & power of understanding, & Adam also has them.
• But there is no comparison between the Creator & the created thing.
• As Allah swt says in the Qur'an :
'There is nothing like Him, & He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer'
[]
Allah swt says :
"[He is] Creator of the heavens & the earth.
He has made for you from yourselves, mates, & among the cattle, mates;
He multiplies you thereby.
There is nothing like unto Him, & He is the Hearing, the Seeing."
(Al Qur'an 42 : Verse 11)
[]
While actualizing his vicegerency mission on earth by means of holding fast to the values & philosophy divinely given, as well as by means of constant constructive interaction with the rest of creation, man is bound to comprehend rightly the mission & purpose of creation (including the creation of his very self), penetrating through some of its highest mysteries with his powers of reason & insight.

[ The Beauty of Allah's Creation ]
• The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has said : Allah is beautiful & He loves beauty.
[]
• It is for this that the whole of Allah's creation has been designed &
created according to the highest heavenly standard of splendor &
order impossible to be ever emulated by anyone.
[]
• According to Ibn al-'Arabi,
the divine beauty through which God is named "Beautiful."
[]
• There is nothing in existence but beauty, for God created the cosmos, that is, infinite beauty. Hence all cosmos with all its objects & events is beautiful.
[]
Allah swt says :
"Such is the Creation of Allah :
So show Me what those other than Him have created.
Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error."
(Al Qur'an 31 : Verse 11)
[]
Allah swt says :
"...(Such is) the artistry of Allah, Who disposes of all things in perfect order..."
"Indeed, He is Acquainted with that which you do."
(Al Qur'an 27 : Verse 88)
[]
Allah swt says :
"Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens &
whatever is in the earth & amply bestowed upon you His favors,
[both] apparent & unapparent?
(Al Qur'an 31 : Verse 20)
[]
• Man stands for an essential part of the intricate picturesque network of creation, serving the Creator's universal plan :
[]
Allah swt says :
"We have certainly created man in the best of stature;"
(Al Qur'an 95 : Verse 4)
[]
Allah swt says :
"It is Allah Who has made for you the earth as a resting place, & the sky a ceiling &
formed you & perfected your forms & has provided for you Sustenance.
That is Allah, your Lord; then blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds."
(Al Qur'an 40 : Verse 64)
[]
Allah swt says :
"Who perfected everything which He created &
began the creation of man from clay."
(Al Qur'an 32 : Verse 7)

What Islam teaches about the origin of life.
[ Intelligent Design, Creationism, Evolution, OR ISLAM? ]
• The Qur'an instructs Muslims to : “Contemplate the Wonders of Creation”
[]
Allah swt says :
"Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides &
give thought to the creation of the heavens & the earth,
[saying], Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly;
exalted are You [above such a thing];
then protect us from the punishment of the Fire."
(Al Qur'an 3 : Verse 191)
[]
• Imagine the precision & timing that allows the world & all that is in it to function. Complex systems run perfectly.
[]
• The earth is specifically designed for human life & life on earth is a delicate balance, from the lofty skies to the depths of the ocean.
[]
Allah swt says :
"The sun & the moon [move] by precise calculation,
And the stars & trees prostrate.
And the heaven He raised & imposed the balance
That you not transgress within the balance.
And establish weight in justice & do not make deficient the balance.
And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures."
(Al Qur'an 55 : Verse 5-10)
[]
• The sun & the moon run on their fixed courses (exactly) calculated
with measured out stages for each (for reckoning, etc...).
• The heaven He has raised high, & He has set up the Balance.
[]
• The earth He has put for the creatures.
• God created the universe & He created humankind.
[]
• Certain sections of all the theories & opinions that are abound agree with the words found in Qur'an & the authentic traditions of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh),
but really that is of no consequence.
[]
• Nor is it important when theories try to disprove the existence of God.
• The sun & the moon are fixed in their orbits & life continues.
[]
• Muslims know with certainty that the world & all that exists was created by God.
• When new discoveries prove this beyond doubt, believers smile &
wait for the other miracles of God to reveal themselves.
[]
• The complexity of life is almost to simple to grasp.
• God is the Creator & Sustainer of the #Universe.

[ Intelligent Design, Creationism, Evolution, OR ISLAM? ]
• The development of scientific disciplines, such as cosmology &
astrophysics  have explained some of the mysteries of God’s creation.
[]
• Cosmic events that were previously part of the unseen now make sense according to modern scientific theory.
[]
Allah swt says :
“Then He rose over towards the heaven when it was smoke, & said to it &
to the earth : ‘Come both of you willingly or unwillingly.'
They both said : ‘We come, willingly.’ "
(Al Qur'an 41 : Verse 11)
[]
• Modern cosmology indicates that, at one point in time,
the whole universe was nothing but a cloud of ‘smoke’,
an opaque highly dense & hot gaseous composition.
[]
• It is now possible for scientists to observe new stars being formed out of
the remnants of the ‘smoke.'
[]
• Dr. Loretta Dunne from Cardiff University says :
“Cosmic dust consists of tiny particles of solid material floating
around in the space between the stars.
It is not the same as house dust but more akin to cigarette smoke.”
[]
• Astronomers studied supernovae SN 2003gd using the Spitzer space telescope,
& found that it had produced tremendous amounts of dust.
[]
• In the creation of humankind we are also now able to see modern scientific evidence that seems to be in accord with the words of God in Qur'an.
• Many elements present in the earth are also contained in the human body.
[]
• The most critical component to land-based life is the top soil;
that thin layer of dark, organically rich soil in which plants spread out their roots.
[]
• It is in this thin, vital layer of soil that microorganisms convert raw resources &
make them available to the myriad forms of life around & above them.

[ Intelligent Design, Creationism, Evolution, OR ISLAM? ]
• God created Adam the father of humankind from mud (clay, soil, earth, or dust mixed with water) & He created his wife Eve from a rib bone.
[]
• The traditions of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh),
relate that God created Eve while Adam was sleeping,
from his shortest left rib & that, after sometime, she was clothed with flesh.
[]
• God then endowed Adam & Eve with the ability to procreate.
[]
Allah swt says :
“God has created every moving (living) creature from water. Of them, some creep on their bellies, some that walk on 2 legs, & some that walk on four.
God creates what He wills.
Verily! God is Able to do all things.”
(Al Qur'an 24 : Verse 45)
[]
“And God said :
‘O Mankind!
Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam) &
from Him (Adam) He created his wife (Eve), &
from them both He created many men & women.’ "
(Al Qur'an 4 : Verse 1)
[]
Allah swt says :
“And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay (water & earth).
Thereafter We made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah
(mixed drops of the male & female sexual discharge)
(& lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the woman).
Then We made the Nutfah into a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood),
then We made the clot into a little lump of flesh,
then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones,
then We clothed the bones with flesh, &
then We brought it forth as another creation.
So blessed be God the Best of creators.”
(Al Qur'an 23 : Verse 12-14)
[]
• In Islam, unlike other religions there are no great debates involving
the separation of science & religion.
[]
• Islam teaches us that great scientific discoveries & break throughs are simply evidence of the existence of God.
[]
Allah swt says :
“The creation of the heavens & the earth is greater than
the creation of mankind, but most of mankind do not realize it.”
(Al Qur'an 40 : Verse 57)
[]
• More than 14 centuries ago
the Qur'an mentioned scientific facts that have only recently been discovered using modern scientific methods & advanced equipment.
