Ingredients:
• ½ Cup oat flour
• 1 Scoop (32g) @LeanFitBrand chocolate whey protein powder
• 2Tbsp. Raw cacao powder
• 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
• 3Tbsp. Coconut oil, melted
• ¼ Cup unsweetened almond milk
• Shredded coconut or powdered sugar for coating

Method:
Combine oat flour, protein powder, cacao and spice in medium bowl. Add coconut oil and almond milk and mix together with hand mixer or fork until you get dough like texture. Portion and roll into about 12-14 tablespoon size balls and place on parchment paper, place in fridge for about 20 mins. Coat with finely shredded coconut or powdered sugar. Serve.

👉🏽Mix all ingredients together in small bowl and press into 12 mini muffin liners to create small round shape, place in freezer for 20mins to harden and prepare chocolate over double boiler. Remove from freezer and coat in chocolate placing on parchment lined tray when done. Store in fridge for many weeks!! (They won't last that long) Best consumed at room temperature. ✌🏽🌿

•1/4 cup greek yogurt
•2 Tbsp peanut butter
•1 large banana
▪Mix in: chopped dark mint chocolate
🍦🍌
Blend all ingredients until smooth, add to ice cream maker and stir in chocolate at the end. Top with extra, chocolate, PB and buckwheat if desired.
You can also make in freezer by stirring in shallow dish every 30-45 minutes until right consistency also if doing this recommend swapping 1 cup almond milk for 1 cup extra greek yogurt. Serves 2 ✌

Raspberry yogurt popsicles
🍇
•1½ cup plain Greek yogurt
•1 Scoop @LeanFitBrand Vanilla whey protein
•¾ cup coconut water
•1 cup raspberries, mashed

Whisk together Greek yogurt, whey and coconut water until smooth. Mash raspberries in separate bowl. In popsicle molds layer Greek yogurt and mashed raspberries. Freeze until set. Yield 6-8 pops.

🇨🇦 Swirl Protein Balls 🇨🇦
Ingredients:
• ¼ Cup Coconut butter
• ¼ Cup @VitaFiberIMO Syrup (can sub sticky sweetener such as maple syrup or honey)
• 2 Scoops @LeanFitBrand Vanilla Whey
• ¼ Cup Coconut flour
• ¼ Cup Oat flour
• 1-2 Tbsp. Almond milk
• 1-2 Tbsp. Beetroot juice
• Optional: Sprinkles
Method:
1. In saucepan over medium heat combine coconut butter and VitaFiber syrup until melted together.
2. In food processor combine whey, coconut flour, oat flour and coconut butter syrup until crumbly. Split into two equal portions and put one portion back into the food processor and set aside other portion in small bowl.
3. Turn food processor on and using almond milk add a tablespoon at a time until it turns into dough ball. Remove from processor and put the other crumbly portion back into the food processor. Repeat the same step above but using the beetroot juice to get a dark red colour or fuchsia in my case ❣😂 (of course you can always skip the swirl step).
4. Using cookie scoop or tablespoon portion out the balls separately onto parchment paper.
5. Take one white piece and one red piece and form together rolling in between your hands until you get a round shape, repeat. Stab with sprinkles if desired🍁 (maple leaf sprinkles for the win). Store in fridge

Yield: 10 Balls
Calories: 103 | Carb: 6g (8g Fiber/1g Sugar) | Fat: 5g |Protein: 6g
