I remember seeing this image and filing it because my stance made my waist looked wider than usual. It took me back to a time when I flew on a plane to Manila, Philippines to compete in a national pageant representing the Filipina community of the U.S. and I was immediately weighed and measured in a bikini. I used to lie about my height (barely 5’4) and do everything that enhanced my measurements. I taped my breasts together for cleavage and added 3 inches of padding to my bra. I wore 5 inch heels to make my legs appear longer and shaded my nose so it appeared more “Caucasian” (this was before contouring became popular.) Everything about that experience told me I wasn’t thin enough, tall enough, or even “white enough”...and therefore needed to change.
.
.
As I scrolled past this pic in my image gallery I forgot why I didn’t share this image! I thought, I’ve shared stretch marks, excess skin, tummy rolls - why am I thrown back by this? Truth is while I’m confident, I’m also slightly insecure. I still strive for that girl in magazines. I still want to “look the part” of a “fitness person you want to follow on social media”. I AM hard on myself. As much as I wish I wasn’t and wish YOU weren’t - we all are, even at our best.
.
.
I still struggle with what I’ve conditioned to believe is beautiful and I’m so thankful for the diversity I see today. Seeing others embrace themselves helps me embrace myself. Everyone has insecurities and I mean EVERYONE. Including the people who post the sexiest selfies or scream “I’m confident!” all the time online. I get you. I am like you. #embraceyourbeauty #noexcusemom

Breast reduction surgery is not just cosmetic. Yes, it has cosmetic aspects to it, but it is much greater than that. I always struggled with the burden of large breasts since middle school, and me being so young with abnormally large breast always felt like my body was a dress code violation. The worst part of my obnoxious cleavage was all of the negative attention and catcalling that came with it. I got so used to my back and neck being in constant pain, that I barely noticed. Hurting became habitual. •

.
We can generally gather enough knowledge on a topic to make a decision by acquiring 80% of what we need to know. Often times it takes 80% of our effort to go that extra 20% and often times it isn’t even worth it. .
♦️
I use this analogy often with clients in regards to fitness goals. We can go 80% of the way there with maintainable ease. They’ll get results, they’ll drop weight and they’ll get in good shape. However, if you want to look like they belong on the cover of a magazine or compete in a competition you’ll have to go the extra 20 and you’ll have to spend about 80% of your effort going that extra 20. (Or you can just learn how to pose well enough to get the extra 20. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Stick chest out, skinny arm, make some cleavage, suck it in.)
.
♦️
Here is where we have to prioritize in our lives. Most things you attempt in life you’ll have 80% of the knowledge, skill or capabilities. If it’s something that you want the other 20% of you have to choose carefully. You can only have like 2-3. .
♦️
My 2-3 shift depending on what’s going on in my life. 🔹My personal fitness goals
.
🔹my relationship
.
🔹my health (staying on top of appointments, getting enough sleep, massages, reducing stimulants, supplement regimen) .
🔹my personal growth (reading, listening to podcasts, attending seminars, etc) .
🔹my career .
🔹 my dogs
These are MY 6 that fight for 100%. Throughout different points in the year 2-3 of them only get 80% from me. .
♦️
My career is very integrated in fitness so those two go hand in hand in ways. If you’re a mom of 3, a wife, a black belt in jujitsu and Work a full time job it may not be realistic for your fitness goals to be one of your 100% activities. Or maybe you dedicate 4 months to it being a 100% activity and let jujitsu be an 80% activity for a little while. Or let your husband know he has to be an 80% activity for a little while. 😂
.
♦️
My point is that nobody can do it all. We all have a couple of things that we’re experts in and that we do really well. Identify yours and don’t go chasing the 20% if it isn’t worth the 80% extra effort. .
♦️
What’s your 100% activity right now?

The current state of the fitness industry would have a normal day look like this..
.
•Wake up at 4:30am to some motivational quote on my alarm clock.
.
•get up and do 30 minutes of fasted cardio.
.
•put that on your insta story so people can see how inspiring you are.
.
•you don’t get to eat until 12 though because Intermittent Fasting.
.
•diet is low fat, low carb, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, organic, grass fed, low GI and with no traces of soy.
.
•refeed is Saturday and doughnuts and burgers are essential inside dietary guidelines of course (see above)
.
•Sunday is a 24 hour fast, cleanse, detox.
.
•train hard in beast mode with light weights focusing on form and minimum 10 different exercises per session.
.
•warmup with bands before every exercise, if it’s not activating you won’t feel it.
.
•try to take pics with as many people at the gym to show how much of a public figure you are and say how much you love BAE.
.
•15 minutes of the stairmaster afterwards minimum.... this must also go on Instagram but don’t have your head in the picture just a shot of your sweaty cleavage in a clothing sponsors crop top.
.
•post a ig story and scribble it out and write recent on it so everyone is aware you have just posted a pic on insta.
.
•Take at least 15 different supplements ranging from pre workout to glucosamine and everything in between ... just recite the benefits off the packet and say how much they have helped your physique.
.
•last task of the day is to reply to all those that have slid into the DMs so you can build quality relationships with other professionals.
.
•on weekends dress in clothes you wouldn’t normally wear to the gym and say how sometimes you wear a dress and have a social life and post it even if you don’t go anywhere.
.
•This is the basic framework for success in the fitness industry and as a fitness model.
.

Anyway, I sung it to myself during this filthy pectoral session.. nearly as filthy as this song called No limit, just like my workout, by, of all people @g_eazy which is ironic as I’m well ard’ and also called G 😯🤷🏻‍♂️ and with the name of that song, and limitless the name of my pre workout by @musclerage (available in all good supplement stores and direct from Musclerage 😇) this “sesh” could only be a killer 😰 ———————————-————————————
**incline bench worked up to a slightly assisted 170kg rep .
**incline smartbell press 3 sets 60kg to failure on each
.
**sled push with initial superman press-ups after each pushturning to 3 normal press-ups once they weren’t so super anymore
.
**dumbbell incline flyes 35kg for 6-8
.
**finishing on dips superset with close incline numbbell press, yes numbbell, as by that stage I was numb 😌 ————————————————————————-

Drug Affinity Complex(DAC) is a delivery technology developed by ConjuChem in order to protect peptides from rapid degrading and metabolism by the kidneys. A peptide is "chopped" up by enzymes called peptidases, usually very rapidly. By attaching the synthetic DAC portion to the peptide, it is able to extend the half life from several minutes up to 7 days. If you look at the structure here, you'll see the DAC includes a "linker" molecule and a maleimide molecule which binds to albumin, a protein found in your blood. Covalent attachment to albumin can block both cleavage by peptidases and various mechanisms of clearance of a variety of peptides. Once in the body, the DAC moiety increases bioavailability, as well. So to sum up: DAC can increase the half life of many peptides like GRF1-29(CJC-1295 is GRF1-29 plus DAC)by decreasing the activity of peptidases. It also increases bioavailability and maintains biological activity. This study definitively shows there is no "bleed" from CJC-1295. I recommend going with this option over certain peptides without DAC so you can enjoy the benefits of the peptide without injecting multiple times a day. #musclechem #supplements #peptides #GH #DAC #growthhormone #science #chemistry #fitness #fitfam #nutrition #gym #ifbb #npc #powerlifting #bodybuilding #burnfat #antiaging #therapyfatloss #science
