I remember how long I wasn't happy and some of the reasons why - I was scared all the time of making mistakes, of looking stupid, of failing, I thought I was never enough to be loved, never perfect enough never tall enough, never smart enough, never had enough money, never pretty enough - all those limiting beliefs that I put on MYSELF were what held me back, not the world, not other people.
It was a learning process for me to accept that and start to reprogram myself to take responsibility for the cultivation of my own thoughts - ….but once I started down that road I have been more present, more grateful, more at ease in my own skin - and the most natural byproduct has been true happiness.
It's not about your outfit or your makeup or how much money you make.

It's about how you take care of yourself. How much you value yourself.
When you put your focus on creating a vessel of awesomeness in yourself, watch how people respond to you.

Notice what becomes acceptable to you in the people you spend time with. What really matters.
We attract what we put out. Once I understood that I worked on what was inside.
Caring about how my body FEELS and functions is a far greater goal for me than trying to be a certain size, a certain weight, gain attention from someone etc. - the things that used to trap me in the past and robbed me of happiness.

The REASONS we do things is what makes the difference between the outcomes.

When I look at the pic on the left I remember how stoked I was that I could grab my shin. The grip is super tight, though. Look at the toe how desperately it tries to stay grounded. The front shoulder is holding by sheer will and the right arm seeks the contact to the lower back to force it into its natural curve. And that grip. As if my life depends on it 🙈.

The most obvious on the right is how mores relaxed and at ease it is. Pics can be deceiving *just saying*. Anyway. Front foot stays grounded without any problems. The grip is still tight but not desperate anymore. My upper body is long and upright and more twisted so that my head can twist another 90°. Plus the back arm has enough space to move further.

Can’t wait for the next 12 months 🤩. My goal is to be the tightest, most compact tangled knot ever .. Maybe with a dash of HAWTness. A girl can dream, right? 😂

Want to get better and grow as a lifter? Take a week to train intuitively. That means coming into the gym with no set program, and no plan for the deep details on what you're going to train, other than (maybe) the muscle groups you intend to hit for the day. If you're an experienced lifter who's lived by rigid programming your entire life, that's going to come as a huge shock. But it can also be a great learning tool to force you to understand how to put your knowledge to good use.

Don't count your reps. Don't count your sets. Do isolation work, chase a pump, and focus on muscle fatigue if your goal is hypertrophy. If your goal is to get stronger, base things off of your rates of perceived exertion, not the numbers on the bar and how they relate to your max percentage. If you feel like you don't have it in the tank some days, don't push it. If you feel like you've got extra gas in the tank some days, then have a two-hour workout that includes 8 exercises for one muscle group. Choose exercises that work best for you by feeling – not exercises that are laid out for you in your program. Lots of people fear-monger themselves into thinking that if heralded or popular exercises aren't included in their workouts then their program is inferior. In truth, it all depends on the person and what works for him.

It's a valiant idea to squat or deadlift 3 days per week, but no one talks about the collateral damage that could potentially place on your spine or load-bearing joints. If you haven't tried this yet for a full phase, or at least one week, toy with the idea. Your body will probably thank you, and you'll learn a whole lot in the process. The most important lesson? You're supposed to be in this for the long haul, so you'd better train like it.

Before I started One Heart Coffee I had lost myself. Being in rescue and loving animals so deeply can take an emotional and physical toll on you. When you get tagged in so many posts of dogs needing you on a daily basis how do you turn them away? The reality is so beyond hard. For a long time I said yes to things and drained myself to the point of complete exhaustion. It’s such a battle within yourself when a life depends on you but you’re already spread so thin. I was working two jobs, going to school, and running a rescue. I was completely miserable. I would see dogs who needed the most help get overlooked over and over again because they weren’t “perfect” or highly adoptable by many. To me, those are the dogs that need us most. That’s the point to rescue. I one day decided enough is enough and I needed to create a new type of way to help these dogs. This is how “One Heart Coffee” was born as a subscription box. I’d be lying if I said I don’t question myself at times and that it’s always easy. Sometimes I forget to be grateful for the little accomplishments. I’m so thankful to everyone that has shared, tagged, commented, made a purchase, sent me a dm, left a review, and believed in me and my dreams when sometimes I doubted myself. I’ve literally cried reading all the reviews people have left. My goal has always been to Save all the Animals in the World. I will not stop until I meet this goal. I will build something bigger than me. This isn’t just a subscription box; to me, it’s the start to an awfully big adventure for those who need me to be their voice. I used to go to the gym late at night, almost every night. Never in a million years would I even consider lifting in the morning or during the day because of how much of a night owl I am and how groggy I've always been in the morning, but these last few weeks I've been waking up at 5:30am, eating better ... I used to go to the gym late at night, almost every night. Never in a million years would I even consider lifting in the morning or during the day because of how much of a night owl I am and how groggy I've always been in the morning, but these last few weeks I've been waking up at 5:30am, eating better breakfasts, and getting a solid hour workout in before the sun is even fully up. Not only have I been getting my size back, but I've been noticing an increase in productivity as well as feeling more energetic and rejuvenated than I would've felt if I had gotten that extra hour or two of sleep. I have a long way to go before I reach my fitness goals (need to put on another 14.7 lbs of muscle while still being able to complete a 1.5 mile run in under 10 minutes) but I'm committed and fully prepared to sacrifice. I'm training like my life depends on it, because pretty soon it will.

Also, to keep it real- I just had my second round of day three bloodwork done. Later this week I’ll go get more blood drawn. Maybe something is wrong. Maybe I nursed Sawyer for way too long and it will take a while to get back on track (that’s another post for another day 😂), maybe this or maybe that. What that means is- I’m not getting pregnant and it has been over a year of trying. We’ve had multiple “chemical” pregnancies ( or very early losses, depends on your perspective ) but nothing that’s successfully sticking around. I can only imagine how shitty, painful, and gut wrenching it is to have a loss that occurs later. These very early ones suck and are super frustrating and send my anxious mind down all the rabbit holes that ever were. People who struggle or who have struggled with fertility, consider this one of those good, long, squeeze hugs. I’m posting my fridge in the pretty picture not for sympathy, but as a “hey, this is something we’re going through, and if you’re going through it too, you’re not alone” because I always appreciate the people who are open and honest. I appreciate the people in my real life who have shared their struggles with me as well as the social media people who’ve chatted with me about their journeys. Also, I keep this account as a way to look back and remember and document stuff, because the baby book and journaling is too hard. So. There it is. Beautiful light and also some dark (and an ugly fridge). .

This is a product I made called , “Exit”
This will get everything out of you.
Say that your ready for that #health life, drink the Exit. You may be in the bathroom for like three days. It depends on how toxic you are.
It comes in this green bottle with the product in it. Add warm filter ( no sink/tap water) water and shake it until it’s all mixed up. Let it sit for about 10 minZ and you should be able to see through it. Shake it as much as you want.

Stand up and slowly ingest it. Don’t stop to long maybe just to catch your breath. MAKE SURE YOU ARE STANDING!!!!
Why, bc you want the Exit to completely travel your intestines. If you sit, you will have a Badddddd experience.

After you ingest the Exit, walk around for about 20 minZ to make sure that the Exit is in you. Also stretch: put your arms over your head and push upwards like a morning stretch.

This is a one time thing bc you can hurt yourself.
I suggest you wear sweatpants or a long T-shirt so it’s easy to make it to the bathroom. You do not want to be struggling trying to sit on the toilet because it will be a wrap!

The point of this post isn’t to say these meals above are magic, or that you can’t do it other ways — or that every meal you eat has to be some sort of variation of protein and vegetables.

Let’s roll with that.

I do really believe that your success long term depends on you finding certain meals you like going back to. There’s evidence to suggest people who eat the same meals daily do better.

But common sense would tell us if you don’t like those meals, you’ll never stick to it.
-
Meals made of lean proteins, plants, and other foods that have been around forever and your body is designed to thrive off of.
-
If you can make these meals taste good without adding much in terms of sauces, butters, or oils on top, you’re on the pathway to better heath and fitness.

More energy, less fat, more tone, and you’ll feel better too.

And as long as you’re not sabotaging this with constant snacking, overconsuming alcohol or other liquid calories or binges, a lot of your progress on the nutrition side is taken care of.

Each of these meals below can be made for under 400-500 calories and 40-60 grams of protein (or more). And if that’s true, these types of meals, when tweaked properly, can serve as templates to get you as lean, toned, muscular or just plain old looking healthy as you could possibly want.

And if your concern is boredom, well, I guess my answer to that is 80-90% of the time food was never meant to be all that exciting. Not to say taste doesn’t matter, but you should find a way for these taste great — and the more you eat them, the more they will.

So many different tastes and options fall under these 6 meals that can help you lose fat, because they keep calories low and protein high, while fueling your energy for workouts, preparing good meals and for enjoying life more.

However with that being said, EVERYONE can either lose or gain weight by tracking their calories. Everyone. No exceptions. I’ve heard some people say before “Ah I’ve tried the whole counting calories thing before, it just doesn’t work for my body.” Then they usually go on to say how they’re gonna try some detox or 30 day challenge, or some other ‘fad’ diet next. Counting calories is not a fad. It’s how we provide energy for our body and function in life. This goes back all the way since the creation of humans; it’s not like calories are just some made up thing created by scientists in recent years. If your body doesn’t respond to tracking calories, then please donate your body to science so they can run tests on you because you may be some otherworldly specimen who can singlehandedly end world hunger 😅

Sarcasm aside, I know those people mean well but that really is one of the most ridiculous statements you can make regarding nutrition. If you’re someone who’s happy with your physique and just trying to maintain or maybe gain at a slow pace, then tracking calories may not be necessary for you depending on how serious you wanna be. But if you’re struggling to lose weight or gain weight and don’t know what else to try, then counting calories is the only 100% surefire way to make sure you’re doing what you need to do to make progress. Finding the appropriate amount of your calories for your goal is a task itself, but that’s where a good coach can come into play. Bottom line, if you track you calories and are consistently eating less than your maintenance, you will lose fat. There is no other way around it. The people that claim it didn’t work for them either didn’t do it long enough, weren’t following the right amount, weren’t being honest about adherence, or just weren’t tracking correctly.

The rate at which plastic breaks down depends upon the conditions and the type of plastic. It breaks down faster if exposed to physical abrasion and sunlight. Then there's a lot to do with how thick the plastic is, how dense the plastic is, and does it have UV stabilisers. But even if that bag breaks down over the course of six months or a year, it might well have had a lot of environmental impact before that. It is really hard to quantify just how much plastic is in the ocean, but the latest figures estimate there are up to 51 trillion particles or 236,000 tonnes.

That says around 40 times the plastic that's in the ocean is going in every year. So there's a whole bunch that has to be going somewhere else. There are two types of plastics that float: polyethelene, which is used to make milk jugs and plastic bags, and polypropolene, which is used for things like bottle caps, straws and dairy containers. As they travel out to sea plastics get ground down into small, hard cubes, which can be eaten by marine animals.

Animals get wrapped up in monofilament fishing line nets, plastic bags, balloons, and straps. A research has estimated that between 5,000 and 15,000 sea turtles are entangled each year by derelict fishing gear washing ashore in northern Australia alone.Anything that is long or flexible or sheet-like is the worst.
The second biggest issue is the impact of eating plastic — it is estimated around 90 per cent of seabirds are doing so. These plastics can cause blockages of the gut or perforation of the intestines.

ANYWHO! A couple MACRO FAQ’S for ya brains:

1️⃣What's the best way to start counting but not obsessing? I LOVE this question! I shied away from macros for SO long because I was fearful that I'd get obsessed. Even when I competed I didn't count macros, but now that I do, I really do see a huge benefit and less "fear" of carbs, etc which most people do struggle with thanks to the media. Carbs are your friend and a necessity in building muscle in my experience. I still did wait quite some time before tracking them after I felt strong enough in my recovery from disordered eating and body dysmorphia.

I'd suggest beginning with a range of macros to follow so that you're creating something sustainable, not strict. Depending on client goals, I tend to stick with a 5g-15g range per macro (for example: hitting say, 300-315g carbs) and adjust when necessary. I would also recommend giving yourself 1-2 days a week where you have untracked meals/whole days and if you ever feel like you're depriving yourself or are low on energy, take that as a sign that maybe your body needs more of something. Also remember to give your body adequate time to adjust to your macros before adjusting. I find that if you increase carbs after - say - a low carb diet, you will retain water that you might mistake for fat. Making disclaimer that if you begin to count macros and it begins to negatively affect your social life, mindset and relationship with food and your body, take a step back and re-evaluate what matters in your life. Food is just a part of life, it's a social thing, it tastes good and it allows your body to operate optimally, and that's that; it should never be your whole life.

2️⃣Thoughts on how much protein you really need? It truly depends on your goals and where you're at individually when it comes to body comp. There isn’t really a health issue water can’t help with. One question I always ask my clients is ‘how much water do you drink?’. The other day I had a client tell me that they drink 1 small bottle of water every few days 😱 I was literally gob smacked. But it’s not uncommon, many of my other clients OFTEN tell me they only drink 2 glasses of water throughout the day. Our health is built on proper hydration. Once we’re properly hydrated our organs are able to function optimally and the body can do its job better. If I let my water intake slide, I definitely feel the effects; I feel more tired, the headaches start to come, I can’t concentrate for long, I get irritable, puffy, the list goes on.
One of the easiest ways i make sure i get enough water is i drink a big glass as soon as I wake up. I’ll often add a dash of apple cider vinegar or a big squeeze of lemon as it helps to wake up the digestive system.
I also always carry this water bottle around with me to remind myself to drink water throughout the day. I personally aim to drink 1.5-2 of these each day + I’ll drink kefir or fermented green juices and beautiful herbal teas like ginger or peppermint throughout the day as well.
So how much water should you drink? That’s up to you, it also depends on your activity level, how much you sweat, how thirsty you get, your size etc. but in general you should be aiming for slightly yellow wee. If it’s too yellow, you’re dehydrated. Light yellow wee = proper hydration.

Yes, I too want my pains alleviated, however, I want to stick it out just long enough to get the lessons and move on to MY next. I don’t think I can say that I’m ready to evolve, more so as I need to evolve. The next phase of my life depends on me shifting. But isn’t that scary? Isn’t that exciting! Excited to face the next phase in life and accepting that it comes with its own trials & tribulations. The latter is the scary part!!!

The things I’ve been through in life have positioned me in such a way that my evolution is a requirement to birth my purpose. But what exactly does that mean? Lord I see you working, I see you moving, I hear ya talking but you keep putting me on hold mid-conversation. Isn’t that so like God? Giving you a partial picture to get you gassed up or showing you the full picture leaving out the details. O you, couldn’t tell me I was gone lose it all God? You just gone let it be a surprise!

Nevertheless, my evolution is required to birth the things needed of me on earth. Whatever that is. Evolution for me is simply growth, new mindsets, shifted perspectives, new territory; the ability to grasp more of the future than the past. Now that I’m ready for. How ready? I can’t tell you til I get there.

Over the past few years I have gone through things that have tested my faith. I really shouldn’t be so optimistic after having gone through a mental breakdown in SILENCE. (Hmph, I don’t think I’ve ever confessed that publicly.) You really don’t know what you can handle until you have to handle it, right?

MY evolution is required to take a once broken girl like me to a space in life that I can heal others just like someone helped heal me. My evolution is required because my best relationship with God resides there and I am diligently seeking him. Evolution for me is required to connect me to the people, places and things I need for my next levels in life. So that I can birth the things REQUIRED of me.

I don’t know about you but I’ve always been told that making mistakes was wrong. I can still hear my father warning me, when I was a child, again and again to be careful just in case I said the wrong thing or made the wrong decision. When I was growing up – and even in much of my adult life - it seemed that the worst-case scenario (failure) and the worst fate (punishment, pain, ostracism, etc.) awaited the person who made mistakes (me!). Of course, this petrified me and froze me to the spot. I didn’t want to stand out, I didn’t want to fail, be punished or to experience pain and I didn’t want to let others down. But can we really stop ourselves from making mistakes? What if making mistakes was part of our make-up and was actually one of our greatest learning tools? I, and many others, believe so, however most cultures and, certainly our news outlets and social media (let’s not even discuss our legal systems and politics), don’t seem to agree.  They promote the idea that we must avoid making errors at all costs or suffer seemingly (and often actual) dire consequences handed out by others or often worst by ourselves in the form of shame or guilt. And what if making mistakes was actually one of the greatest learning tools available?  Could we have gotten this wrong for so long?  How many hours, days and even years would we have wasted fighting against one of our oldest human instincts? Like everything else in life, it really depends on your perspective. And so, I would question the way we tackle our learning in general because making mistakes is surely one of the most important tools available, if only used properly and with respect.

Prime your environment for success and you will be ten times less likely to fail. I AM READY TO SUCEED so my foods in the freezer ready to go! 🛑 3. STAY CLOSE TO YOUR GOAL! I myself am checking in with my coach, listening to self development books on the beach, looking at my inspiration pics NON STOP, dreaming of my why NON STOP, and living NOW like I am already where I want to be!!!!! You guys, what we want overall is going to massively challenged, ESPECIALLY once we make that decision to GO FOR IT! Life is like that! It just is. I remember walking up the stairs to class at Cypress one day and said to myself, god no one will marry me, if I look like this? (personal insecurity) Well a few months later, Dec. 2016 was my first visit to the dermatologist, which little did I know would change my life forever. I officially started my journey in Jan. 2017 till July 2017. I am here to share my story, because ACNE IS NORMAL!!! ACCUTANE GODS BLESSED MY LIFE!!! BUT not without going through so much mentally and physically. There are side effects (chapped lips, fatigue, puffy face and etc.) which depends on the person and duration (mine was 7 months). I know from Day 1 to the last day, how painful the whole journey was yet I knew I would do it again (god forbid) if needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! You get the idea -almost everything in life has a positive side, and focusing on these positives injects happiness into your atmosphere. So stop concentrating on how difficult things are and why you don’t want to do them. Focus instead on the benefits these things have and the opportunities they will create for you -the positives.

I get the details and we made it happen. Soff ting. When I get there, I’m chilling in my dressing area and I ask to speak to someone about what the night is all about. They said “lemme get the birthday girl”. They bring in Jen and she says “Hi, I’m the birthday girl, I also own the place-it’s my 40th”. I said “DOOOOOPE! Happy birthday!”. She goes on to tell me that we had met roughly 7 years ago and she was working security at an event with @harryconnickjr that I was at, wherein I also won a poker tournament and got 4 first class trips to Tiger Wood’s resort in the Bahamas (so of course I remembered the event). She said that, that night she went home and told her girls that one day she’d be on the level of all of us celebrity folks. Jennifer is a single mom of two, who not too long ago had to make use of food banks and some winters had no heat (been there). She worked three jobs (one was in the west coast and two jobs were in the east coast), saved enough to send one of her daughters to school in 🇺🇸 (tuition was 140k), and eventually had amassed a small fortune where she was able to buy this dope spot in Newmarket 🇨🇦 called @cachetrestaurantbar. In a year’s time she was able to almost double the revenue! Not only did she do all that, but she tithes 20% and was able to now work with the food bank and help them help other people and is helping to transform the community that she was born and raised in. Jen went from doing security at one of my events to being able to hire me to perform at HER event for her 40th birthday. She plans to retire in 5 years and take on her passion full time. She thought I was doing her a favour, but she inspired me in a way she will never know. To all the folks out there who are going through difficult times in life, let Jen’s story of drive, focus and belief inspire you today. Anything is possible-it depends on how bad you want it! As I hit this milestone on social media I just wanted to highlight a few things.

Social media is an undeniable force in today’s world and an extremely powerful tool. It can be a blessing but it can also be a curse, it all depends on how you use it.
Don’t get dragged into believing the images and statuses that portray perfection, whether that being a lifestyle or idealized body images. Nobody lives a perfect life and there is no such thing as the perfect body.
We need to stop stereotyping beauty. Both women and men have become conditioned to believing in unrealistic standards of beauty set by society, especially because of social media.
Don’t try to emulate someone else’s looks or personality just because Instagram tells you that’s what “perfection” looks like. If you feel good about yourself that is all that matters.

However social media is also a blessing.
It gave everyone a platform to share their talents and skills with the rest of the world to see and learn from, as well as giving them the opportunity to be creative and innovative.
It helped build communities where people surround themselves with others who are like-minded. Social media can be educational, used for the noble causes and act as an effective platform for positive self-expression and online emotional support.

I have not moved over to the quantity side, but rather I see them as equally important now. The degree of importance I think depends on the individual’s unique genetics & metabolism. Personal preference is huge too.

Some people are numbers types and need to count and measure. Some people go by how they feel. They eat the foods that keep hunger down, cravings suppressed and energy high and stable. Both approaches can lead to sustained calorie deficits if you are smart.

It’s the sustained part that is most important. In order to lose weight you must have a calorie deficit. In order to make sure you keep the weight off you must have a balanced hormonal metabolism. You need both and this is what people on either side of the argument miss.

Sure Keto and fasting can create short term calorie deficits. But can you sustain them? Do they balance hunger, energy cravings? Can you do it for life?

My advice to you is pick the diet approach you can own, enjoy and live with that balances your metabolism AND lowers calories. There are a million different ways to achieve that, but it must be achieved.

Fast forward to later that night (after all the whooo haaa of my PPH subsided), and I was lying in a hospital bed alone. Inika had earned herself an admission to Special Care Nursery, for an episode of Work of Breathing and a low grade temp. ⠀⠀
So there I was, first night as a mama of four, and not a little one in sight to kiss goodnight. ⠀⠀
It was an emotional night.
I couldn’t stand up by myself, or walk independently, so I had to wait for the nurses to wheelchair me down to see Inika. I sat with her for as long as I could, until I had to go back to bed, because I was too weak to even sit. It was also the middle of the night, and I hadn’t slept for 2 days nor eaten anything for the same length of time. ⠀⠀
I never would have though our journey would go like this, but it did. All is well - and we will overcome ALL of it and so much more. ⠀⠀
The take away from this? GIVE BLOOD PEOPLE! You never know how many lives you could save. Speaking with @redcrossbloodau today, revealed that it would have taken SIX blood donations to compensate for my 3L loss. SIX! Holy shizer! GIVE BLOOD, like your mamas life depends on it! (📷 @kikiandbully) ⠀⠀

Today's photo and offering thought of the day is dedicated to Analog recording. Pictured is one of the main pièces de résistance that I have in my arsenal, my Studer 16 Track headstack for the Studer A-827 Gold Edition tape machine. While I was transfering some tapes for a client I was reminded of how sonically rich and vivid this recording medium still is and when you get great source material to work with, the listening experience goes even further. In order for this to occur, a high caliber of both musicianship and engineering complicit with each other to create a sonic experience that is all together satisfying to listen to and it is easy on the ears without every loosing punch nor strenght during playback. While I am not about to embark on the endless and unfruitful debate of Analog vs. Digital, I will say that there is still a lot to be discussed and discovered in Analog to push the format even further. If you ask me what flavor of ice cream is best (Analog or Digital), that would be a difficult answer, as it depends on the day, degree of craving and end result that needs to be achieved. Both formats have pro's and con's, just like anything in life. As a side note, I would like to point out that these magnetic heads made at the Studer factory in Switzerland were, rather sadly, the last ones produced before the factory caught on fire, right at the end of their production of Analog machines. The transport handling of tape is incredible, always a joy to make use of this format and of this machine. Running a small business is hard, especially when your livelihood (and the livelihood of others!) depends on it. I have no backing, no business partner, no family to bail me out - at the end of the day it all comes down to me and somehow just MAKING IT WORK. And we did! So for that I am super proud. But I’ve also realised how out of balance my life has been for the past 12 months. I think pushing yourself and trying new things is so important, but it’s also taken a toll on my health. Having a real life store is like having a baby! A big, hungry, expensive baby. But I’ve loved the learning curve! I’ve loved meeting so many ⚡️incredible⚡️ new people and generous customers, and most of all I’ve loved building a small and mighty team who make every day fun (sup @kt_hickey @_lucygiblin_ and of course @zangarilla) BUT NOW. I am so excited to get back to, well...work! Back to what I do best. And that is: drawing again, dreaming up and making new things - forging a path and looking after myself. HAIR-Lo Guys!👋🏽 As promised here is my #hair #regimen I’ve been using the same regimen since I went natural 7/8 years ago( I’ve lost count 🤣) the only difference I’ve perfected my methods & techniques over the years- learning what my hair loves & doesn’t. The products have remained the same, it’s only recently I started experimenting & supporting new product lines (going out of my comfort zone- yikes!) however, I still have my Holy Grail Products & signature hairstyles that are #always a life saver.

My regimen.
I moisturise my hair 1-2 times a week because my hair is mostly in a protective style like a bun or two flat twists with my ends tucked in. I usually take down my protective style mid week to moisturise then style it back into a protective style. I only wear my hair out on special occasions( in a twist out or braid out) only because I’m a lazy natural & it’s just easier for me, besides these are low manipulation hairstyles & gentle on my strands.
I wash my hair every 2-3 weeks it all depends on my schedule & the state of my hair.
I shampoo once a month & In between washes I co-wash( I use a conditioner to wash my hair)
After I shampoo I deep condition to add moisture in my hair, for an hour or so with a plastic bag using my own body heat( I’ve never used a hooded dryer or steamer)
After an hour I pop back in the shower 🚿 and finger Detangling in section( sometimes I use a wide tooth comb) while the deep conditioner is in my hair- once I’m done I rinse the deep conditioner out with COOL water to close my hair cuticles so that the moisture in my hair doesn’t escape.
After deep conditioning I sometimes do an oil rinse to soften, add shine to my hair & seal the moisture in.( an oil rinse is applying oil to the hair then rinsing it out with cool water)
The final step is to add my leave in conditioner & lock the moisture in with my hair butter cream, twist my hair & allow it to air dry. 🔴 I have been using this regimen for years & it has helped me to retain length. It’s not a secret that I’m a single mom of 2 kids, but what was a 5-year-long separation in my marriage has finalized as a divorce. That may sound negative to a great many of you, but I got into kpop and Exo when I began my separation as a lovely distraction. It was essential, beneficial, and some of the best years I’ve had.
I’m happy to say that not only am I finishing with something that was toxic and draining, but after 5 years of focusing on art, my kids, and my job - I have actually met someone that I’m so blessed to be with.
I’m working on fixing myself (yes, I have a lot to work on) and finally getting to where I can move on with my life and not feel like I’m stuck in a rut.
I just want to thank you all for everything. Not only were you all there cheering me on with my artwork and fangirling, the support on my pieces actually made it possible for me to accomplish what I needed to this past month. Thank you for holding me up in so many ways over the past 4 years. I really can’t say thank you enough.

Castaño needed a really long time to settle at our stable, we worked houres over houres and he calmed down more and more. But he's still, after over two years, not totally fine with situations our other horses don't even think about. That's why this picture - or more the moment in this picture - means so much to me. Castaño trusted me that I would keep enemies away from him (even though you can see that he is not 100% comfortable, just look at his ears)

Hear me out, there are seasons in my life where I just want to be forever shredded AND also some seasons when I just want to eat everything ... Abs. Abs. Abs. I think it's safe to say that many people at some point in their life want to have visible abs. And of course some don't care. I'm both of these people... Hear me out, there are seasons in my life where I just want to be forever shredded AND also some seasons when I just want to eat everything without consideration.
With that said, if you're at the point where you want to be able to see your abs , you need to dial in on your nutrition. Unless you are genetically blessed with visible abs all the time ( like some punks I know! I hate you forever Chris! 😘) , the trick to having visible abs is really quite straight forward.
Strip off the fat that is covering the abs by bringing down your body fat percentage. That is done through proper nutrition planned for your goal and of course a training program. At the end of the day, it still boils down to calorie in VS calorie out.
How your abs are formed depends on genetics. Some people have 4 ( Ronnie Coleman), some 6, some 8... some even have a 10 pack!
I personally want thicker abs which is why I always train them with weights. My abs are more visible when they're thicker. It's not everyone's cup of tea but I like it this way.

So if you're doing 100000 crunches a day, long hours of cardio but NOT on a nutrition plan that is created to help you lose body fat, then I suggest you re- evaluate your situation. You either throw in some discipline and determination. .. or throw out the idea of seeing your abs and just eat whatever you want.
Both ways sound good to me. Lol. Besides abs can be overrated. 💪🏾😉

Not only is she slowing gaining fluid in her midsection from the congenital heart defect she was born with, but more recently we found masses on her lungs.

Just over a month ago we were told we should put her down as lung cancer is quick and it’s better to not wait until it causes her distress. We left the vet with what we were told was a black and white problem (tumors in her lung) and given a black and white answer (euthanasia)......... Mal doesn’t know she’s “sick”- she doesn’t act sick or eat like she’s sick or love like she’s sick. Mal just lives....and we decided it wasn’t up to us to decide when she should no longer get a chance to do that..... We decided to live in the gray with her and see what happens..... Every. Single. Day. since that “death sentence” has been a gift I can’t justifiably put into words..... Living life in the gray isn’t easy, but I’ve found a richness and depth unlike anything else and as I near another lap around the sun in just a few short days- my deepest desire is to continue to seek the gray....to go beyond the black and white.....to not let death sentences handed to me by others about ANYTHING dictate how I live my life..... Thank you Mal for being my guru in life. I am honored you have chosen to share this life with me and will continue to cherish you as long as I possibly can....

But that's the part that gets us stuck, is that as humans we really crave understanding. We want to understand 'why' so that we can intellectually put it to bed and file it away as a lesson learned.
I've found that not every partner can offer us that info. Perhaps they're not capable of sharing the truth because that truth may hurt us, or maybe they just run and hide, ‘cause hiding has them avoid adult conversations... It's the cowards way out, but we can't let their inability to show up and their fear to just be honest hold us back from love that shows up for us.

It took me a long time to understand that I can't convince others to love me, speak their truth to me, or to show up... But I also can't expect that of other people when I'm not doing it myself.

So now I live by that metric - to be the best version of me and that is my invitation to everyone in my life to do the same.

Make your metric of what kind of partner you are and how you're living based on whether you're doing the best you can. That way our happiness never depends on others, because we set the standard to how people show up in our lives, and if they can't... Then that just makes more space for people who can. #createthelove

Then I moved to LA, got a 40+ hour job and instead of coming home to indulge I came home and worked another 6+ hours until I fell asleep 🌌 it took me Two full years, over 600 days of this before I was even making enough to be self employed with a crystal business me and a friend created from thin air... and another full year before I even made profits. But I'm not saying this with pride at all. I'm telling you this because YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Anyone can. Anyone. Yet, what we perceive as BALANCE is an ILLUSION.

We never really are BALANCING two or more things at any given moment.
If we zoom in to the present moment close enough, we see that we are actually always fully FOCUSING on one thing.
It’s just when we zoom out that the illusion of balance is being created.
🔹
For example, a juggler 🤹🏻‍♀️ never really BALANCES 3 balls (or 4 or 5).
She always FOCUSES on one ball - the next one coming down .
The remaining balls just fly through the air without her doing anything to them in that specific moment.
It‘s just when we zoom out and look at an interval of a few seconds that it seems as if she is balancing those balls.
In fact, if she really did focus on all balls simultaneously, she’d likely miss the next one coming down.

What we observe as balance is just the result of a REPEATEDLY WELL-MANAGED SHIFT OF FOCUS.
It depends on the level of zoom from which we look at the situation.
• Handstand: change of focus between both hands within milliseconds.
• Work-Life balance: change of focus between areas within hours, days, weeks, and months.
• A balanced mind: change of focus between modes of thinking, concentration and relaxation within minutes, hours, days, etc.
• …
🔹
What we really need to understand is that “being in balance” doesn’t mean that you can’t go all-in on one thing and one thing only.
In fact, going all-in often is the only way to get anything done at all.
The really important and useful questions are these 3:
1️⃣ “What is it that I need to focus on right at this moment?” (and maybe even ignore everything else)
2️⃣ “What is the time horizon within which I’m seeking balance?” (Is it an hour, a day, a week, or even months or years?)
3️⃣ “Hence, how long should I focus on this thing?”
🔻
The answer can look very different for different areas.
But never get caught up in thinking that you should or even can “focus” on several things at the same time to maintain balance. You can’t.

For me personally, having been a dancer my whole life, I never really had to think about it until I tore my hamstring. After that injury, I needed to heal and teach my hammie how to stretch again. Active stretching involves tension and relaxation of the muscle, while passive stretching allows gravity to work its magic. The best thing to do is to combine both techniques and be patient. Progress will come if you stay consistent ❣ There will be days when you will feel like you're going backwards, but progress takes time and what happens in the long-run matters more than day-to-day comparison ❣

Everyone is curious how long I'd be away for. To be honest, I am unsure at this stage how long I would be gone for because I could plan all I want and tell you about it, but it ultimately depends on how well I end up coping with the new role of motherhood and how easy/difficult my baby is going to be.
I have always considered myself an emotionally independent person, but with this new challenge, I'm flung completely into the deep end.
I've been fighting my anxiety surrounding childbirth, being a mum, not being a working woman for the first time in my life and worst of all not knowing what to expect when I pop this baby out. Having a brain that expects not just the worst to happen but EVERYTHING to happen is frightening and overwhelming.

On one hand, I feel the physical relief of not having to go into work with my massive belly and the baby pushing me away from the work table because I'm leaning too hard whilst working (I shit you not). On the other hand my heart absolutely aches because I love my work so much and most of all I love and will miss all my wonderful regulars, people who have supported me through some emotional rollercoaster moments with kind words and advice, showered me with gifts/flowers/candy etc and absolutely spoiling me rotten. I take that as a real positive sign of success in my worklife, that people appreciate me as well as my work and for that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your support all these years and thank you for loving my work. I appreciate you so incredibly much. I sincerely hope you will all still be there when I'm ready to return to my brushes (which I'm crossing fingers it's not going to take too long)

For some of us, we've heard these sayings so much that they almost don't hold as much weight in our hearts as the first time we heard them. We think that just because we've heard these things ... I know that for many generations, many people have been saying, "Jesus is coming, Jesus is coming soon." For some of us, we've heard these sayings so much that they almost don't hold as much weight in our hearts as the first time we heard them. We think that just because we've heard these things many times in our (short) existence on this earth, they're repeated sayings that don't really mean much. But, I'm here to tell you they DO mean much; these words mean A LOT.

Here's why:

Contrary to popular belief, we do not automatically go to Heaven when we pass away. Where we spend our eternity—in Heaven or in Hell— completely depends on our choices here on earth. Did we love the Lord? Did we try to live *clean lives? Did we spend time with our Lord Jesus? Did we serve Him, did we pray to Him, did we pray for other people? Did we tell other people about Him, not just in words but did our lifestyles mirror His goodness, His grace, and His love? Could people see Jesus in us, working through us? Did we operate in love?

I could go on, but I think it's important that we understand that where we spend our lives after death and even after the return of Jesus depends on how we live our lives here.

Many of us don't view Jesus' return how we should. The question isn't, "How long will it take" or, "When will it happen." As the scripture above says, 2 Peter 3:9 ESV "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." We should be thankful that He hasn't returned yet, because we still have time to clean up our lives and do right. After all, this is what this scripture is saying to us. It's not that God is being oh so slow to return, NO. He wants many of us to be saved because right now, most of us are not saved. But this can change.

I said all of this to say, Jesus IS coming. Everyday is a life or death situation. Whether we die before His return or live to see Him coming in the clouds, we need to be saved and live right so we can know that we have a chance of going to Heaven before everything is said and done.

I will soon again race and get paid to race but in the mean time I’m filling voids in markets. I get a lot of scrutiny for doing so many different parts of these builds. And please save the “fuck the haters” dialect as I get judgement from people I respect and learn from. Just because people pass on knowledge or opinion that doesn’t align with yours doesn’t mean you can’t learn from them. I’ve heard from a lot of successful people that I need to focus on one part and I’ll be successful. The problem is I think I’m focused on one part. The truck. If I want something and it’s not available I make it, and the same goes for my customers demands. Sure this is not the easiest road travelled but we’re making it work pretty well. Today I had to put in perspective that I’m 32 years old and my job is to build people’s dream trucks. I get to spend every single day doing what I love to do, and that has an immeasurable value. Sure I could go through life living for the weekend and getting paid to specialize in one area. But I specialize in making trucks and I’m confident that in the next 3 years it will pay the dividends I plan for. One thing I hear a lot and experience is it’s hard to find good people that aren’t out to use people up. As of right now my customer satisfaction rate is near 100% and as long as we keep that momentum we will always have trucks to build. I’m four solid days into this fender set and we’re two days from complete. You know how you build a body in 6 days? You run that long block like your life depends on it. This is the same everywhere. Number ☝🏼 thing you must understand – Do whatever works FOR you & works WITH you. Every BODY is different. Factor your body/goals/lifestyle/happiness. And we all react differently to different methods. -
Easy steps:
1️⃣Calculate your necessary caloric intake for your current goals
2️⃣Calculate Protein: doesn’t need to be any more than 40% & shouldn’t drop below 20% (Best starting point: multiply body weight x 0.8 = grams of P)
3️⃣Subtract P calories from your total & divide them evenly between C & F
4️⃣NOW adjust to see what dat body likes

🔸Example: 2000 cals, 150lbs person
✔️150 x 0.8 = 120 grams of P/day (480 cals)
✔️2000 – 480 = 1520 ÷ 2 = 760 cals each for C & F
✔️So, 190 grams C & 84 grams F
✔️This split would be: 24% P | 38% C | 38% F

Leftover cals for C & F can be divided however you like. #DoYouBoo You may be more carb dependent or maybe more fat. 🤷🏼‍♀️ And some moments in life may be different than others, so readjust. Fat was my hormones’ friend for a minute. (Pictured, the usual bfast recently 😋) Just depends where you’re at. ADJUST.

You probably can’t tell from my Instagram, but I used to have 0 clue about how us humans affect and are related to our environment. Seven years ago, buying free-range eggs seemed like a waste of money. It all changed when I became very ill not so long after and began to open myself to research on ethical consumption, plant-based eating and a more holistic way of living. I’ve not looked back since, and I am so grateful for this shift inside of me. 🥦
2. I was born in a small town next to the highest mountain in Austria. My dad used to be a mountaineer, and when I was really young, I remember him leaving at random times of day to work with the mountain rescue team. He’s only ever worked in the business world after that, but his love for the outdoors hasn’t changed a bit, which I admire. 🏔
3. Having been raised by my dad only and having left home at 15, trusting other females used to be such a struggle for me. Luckily not anymore, but I do feel like I owe an apology to some of my high school teachers for being, let’s call it rebellious. Haha! 🙈
4. In school, maths was my favourite subject. In fact, when I went on to study business here in NZ, Fin did a year of engineering, and I used to do his calculus homework (he switched degrees after and aced it ;)). Even now being a full-time creative, I don’t think that academic side in me has ever really left. 🤓
5. I could people watch for days. Airports are especially fascinating. I reckon it’s one of the only places where a lot of people let go of their emotional shields. Seeing so many feelings come to live in such a cold and rigid environment is beautiful. 😍
6. Despite having been hurt a fair share of times, I wear my heart on my sleeve. I don’t know it any other way. 🙂
7. Dad jokes are essential to life. 💁‍♀️

Here’s the spectrum of nutrition tracking, sorted from more rigid to less rigid. Where should you be? That depends on your goals, dieting history, personality type, and personal preference. Some of you will do better with more structure to your eating, whereas others do better with guidelines as flexible as possible. I have many clients who are following specific protein, carb, and fat numbers, while others are intuitive eating and honoring their hunger and satiety cues. (For me personally, I’ve been intuitive eating for the past two years.) ⁣

Where you do NOT want to be is gluttony 24/7. This means you’re eating everything but the kitchen sink at virtually all times of the day with complete disregard to your body’s energy needs and cravings. Not only is your calorie intake through the roof, but you’re probably not feeling very good. ⁣

You also don’t want to be overly rigid with your eating. Many coaches dole out cookie cutter meal plans and don’t take into consideration their clients’ calorie needs, food preferences, meal timing and nutrient distribution preferences, and so on. While this may work well in the short term - because after all, you simply have to follow the plan! no thinking involved - this can be disastrous in the long run as it creates no flexibility for living life. On the other hand, you can create a flexible meal plan for yourself with the understanding that you can swap out foods and switch things up. ⁣

There’s no single right way to eat, just as there’s no single right way to track your nutrition. But you should consider not just the goal you’re trying to achieve, but also the impact that your style of eating is having on your well-being, mental health, and quality of life. ⁣

Yet, what we perceive as BALANCE is an ILLUSION.

We never really are BALANCING two or more things at any given moment.
If we zoom in to the present moment close enough, we see that we are actually always fully FOCUSING on one thing.
It’s just when we zoom out that the illusion of balance is being created.
🔹
For example, a juggler 🤹🏻‍♀️ never really BALANCES 3 balls (or 4 or 5).
She always FOCUSES on one ball - the next one coming down .
The remaining balls just fly through the air without her doing anything to them in that specific moment.
It‘s just when we zoom out and look at an interval of a few seconds that it seems as if she is balancing those balls.
In fact, if she really did focus on all balls simultaneously, she’d likely miss the next one coming down.

What we observe as balance is just the result of a REPEATEDLY WELL-MANAGED SHIFT OF FOCUS.
It depends on the level of zoom from which we look at the situation.
• Handstand: change of focus between both hands within milliseconds.
• Work-Life balance: change of focus between areas within hours, days, weeks, and months.
• A balanced mind: change of focus between modes of thinking, concentration and relaxation within minutes, hours, days, etc.
• …
🔹
What we really need to understand is that “being in balance” doesn’t mean that you can’t go all-in on one thing and one thing only.
In fact, going all-in often is the only way to get anything done at all.
The really important and useful questions are these 3:
1️⃣ “What is it that I need to focus on right at this moment?” (and maybe even ignore everything else)
2️⃣ “What is the time horizon within which I’m seeking balance?” (Is it an hour, a day, a week, or even months or years?)
3️⃣ “Hence, how long should I focus on this thing?”

The answer can look very different for different areas.
But never get caught up in thinking that you should or even can “focus” on several things at the same time to maintain balance. You can’t.

- Yes. I recently like going to the gym. Sometimes I go for group classes for a little motivation- so much easier when you have someone pushing you.

- Depends on how I feel. I try to do the stair master once a week for cardio and endurance. I hate running so you’ll never see me on the treadmill. I like bodyweight exercises because I feel like I’m really utilising my entire body- #foxyroxyfitness.

- Music and my @apple Watch to keep track of my activity! I’m all about reggaeton and hardcore music; I immediately feel the adrenaline rush when I put on my AirPods! Also I enjoy my workout a lot so it’s easy for me to do something I enjoy. Some days are tough and I don’t complete my workouts but it’s ok- there’s always tomorrow.

- I try to eat healthier on Mon- Thur, getting my meals from @wafuken. Guilty indulgence? Lol snacking on PB Waffles from my fav bakery! On Fri- Sun I usually eat whatever I want because I strongly believe that life is all about Balance. 🍕🌯🍔🍟🍫🍦🍰🍪

Q: How did I lose weight?
- I try to be happy and positive, so my body doesn’t release too much cortisol that can cause weight gain. I stay active but I never ever over-exercise. I rest 2-3 days a week to let my body recover and I feel that it really works! I have more energy and I enjoy my workout so much more! Under-eating is as bad as over-eating and it’s so unsustainable & damaging to the body in the long run. I believe in choosing to be positive, eating well and picking up a type of sport or exercise that you enjoy. It will help you achieve your goals!

Anyways, had a couple questions on how often one should trim their hair in my last post and I always like to say trim as needed but at least try to do it 1-2x a year. Everything depends on the state of your hair so if you’re somebody who is transitioning you would obviously want to trim more often so you can get rid of the damaged ends whether that be trimming every 3-4 months or whatever you see fit. If your objective is to grow out your hair keep in mind that the AVERAGE hair growth is 1/2 inch per month so you would want to trim less than your accumulated growth in that 3-4 month span or however long you wait between trims. Ofc there's also lots of "bad guys" (or not bad, just lost in life + unhappy) who treat women badly & play with their feelings (I had a guy like that in my life last year & I felt so shit about it, but I'm glad I did, cuz now I'm much happier, stronger, less naive& I know my worth much more=I walk away as soon as I get bad vibes etc) but this post is not about them. Guys treat women badly only for as long as the women let them, so those women should look within themselves for unresolved issues.

I want to express my gratitude, cuz I genuinely feel it. Otherwise it would be like wrapping a present& not giving it, right?😅 I feel so thankful for all the nice messages I get from guys from all around the world that I've never met, as well as all the nice things & gestures that guys I've met in real life have done. All the "woah😍" reactions when going out, all the things you do to make sure we are alright, all the roses guys gave us in Montenegro(😂), all the invited drinks & food etc, the list goes on. Nothing goes unnoticed& it's so often that my friends& I think "omg it was so nice of those guys/that guy to do that" etc, so why wouldn't I let you know?

I think I've felt this way extra much now cuz I had a summer full of fun travels & I did so many fun things, that I also met lots of nice ppl.

A lot of women seem so proud& take things that guys do for them for granted. But I'm not like that& neither are my closest friends. We're really humble & always say thank you a million times& tell guys they don't have to do smth for us, but they say they want to.

Some of u might think guys do those things only cuz they're hoping to get laid lol, but it's so not true. Depends on the guy. Listen to your gut& pay attention to how they act, cuz a lot of them just want to be kind& see us enjoy & have a good time. Thank you.💖

I saw this quote and it hit home for me. I use to choose anger, negatively, sadness & depression. I thought the world owed me something because of how my childhood was. I blamed EVERYONE. I would lay in bed in the dark just thinking about how I wish my life was different. Why am I not happy like everyone else? I just didn't get it.

Long story short I knew I was the ONLY PERSON who can change my life. I knew I was the ONLY PERSON who can choose happiness & positively. I read a lot of self help books aka personal development & I still do! It seriously helps me get through a lot of stuff. And I'm def not ashamed of it. It's not always easy but it helps. Just remember YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. 😘

You can’t learn an instrument or a language well in an hour a week.

If you want to change or create something in a timely manner it has to be your focus until you tilt the scales. You have to work tirelessly until you see the results and momentum that come from extreme focus, planning and clearing the “busy” work we are addicted to.

You may even argue that the busy work is your life and can’t be cleared, but there is always a way to get more efficient or eventually hire people who can help create a better plan or who can help with the tasks.

If you are caught in the lie that you can’t and you’re looking for why this is not true for you, that in itself is the thinking that will keep you in the cycle you’re in. I know because I believed this and stayed stuck in my own prison of overwhelm. .
You first have to accept seasons, accept help, accept a new belief and also believe that you can get better with your time. You also have to accept that you are going to work your ass off and eventually it will surprise you just how capable you are and how much joy you can find in it.

I am in a season of rest, recharge, family, friends, food and fun. I was not interested in this season while I was in momentum and I certainly was not ready for it. I was on a mission. While people talked about life balance, I secretly wanted to block them because I had something I had to do and get out.
.
In order to become the woman I am chasing and have the life I see in my vision, that is going to take some very focused seasons.
.
And as for now, my season of focus and building has closed for siesta for a bit. I’m marinating in life. I’m questioning everything. I’m seeing who I am now after the push.
.
Without this season of recharge I can’t reap the harvest. Summer needs winter (even long ones) for renewal.

Don’t get stuck thinking you’re one season. We need them all, but all in their own time.

Where I live in Palm Harbor I have never faced Red Tide in my 9 years, so we decided to go south to Boca Grande and right away the effects were obvious. My breathing and the dogs breathing became noticeably stressed - followed by coughing, a walk on the beach showed the effects on marine life that RedTide has on all living creatures. So what is Red Tide? 🐟 Why are red tides harmful?
Many red tides produce toxic chemicals that can affect both marine organisms and humans. The Florida red tide organism, K. brevis, produces brevetoxins that can affect the central nervous system of fish and other vertebrates, causing these animals to die. Wave action can break open K. brevis cells and release these toxins into the air, leading to respiratory irritation. For people with severe or chronic respiratory conditions, such as emphysema or asthma, red tide can cause serious illness. The red tide toxins can also accumulate in molluscan filter-feeders such as oysters and clams, which can lead to Neurotoxic Shellfish Poisoning in people who consume contaminated shellfish.
🐟 What is a Florida red tide?
A red tide, or harmful algal bloom, is a higher-than-normal concentration of a microscopic alga (plantlike organism). In Florida and the Gulf of Mexico, the species that causes most red tides is Karenia brevis, often abbreviated as K. brevis. To distinguish K. brevis blooms from red tides caused by other species of algae, researchers in Florida call the former the “Florida red tide.”
🐟 How long do Florida red tides last?
Red tides can last as little as a few weeks or longer than a year. They can even subside and then reoccur. The duration of a bloom in nearshore Florida waters depends on physical and biological conditions that influence its growth and persistence, including sunlight, nutrients and salinity, as well as the speed and direction of wind and water currents. Foodborne illness, more commonly referred to as food poisoning, is the result of eating contaminated, spoiled, or toxic food. Although it’s quite uncomfortable, food poisoning isn’t unusual.
If you have food poisoning, chances are it won’t go undetected. Symptoms can vary depending on the source of the infection. The length of time it takes for symptoms to appear also depends on the source of the infection, but it can range from as little as 1 hour to as long as 28 days. Common cases of food poisoning will typically include at least three of the following symptoms: 🤢abdominal pain
🤢diarrhea
🤢vomiting
🤢loss of appetite 🤢mild fever 🤢weakness
🤢nausea
🤢headache

Again, while most cases of food poisoning won’t kill you (though you may feel like dying), there are some symptoms that are much more serious.
