My first ever attempt at making an omelette! I made it with 3 eggs (2 whole eggs and 1 egg white). It has cucumber, pepper jack and Colby cheeses in it, and I flavored it with JADA Spices Vegan Lime Chicken Salt and also some paprika. On the side is more cucumber slices and grapes. This was my lunch ... My first ever attempt at making an omelette! 😁 I made it with 3 eggs (2 whole eggs and 1 egg white). La dernière fois on m’avait demandé combien de kcal je mange par jour et je n’en savais rien, je les ai donc calculées cette fois : je suis à 2400 kcal 🍗ce qui me permet de maintenir mon poids et ma shape.

Here are two meals that I will be eating today. My current macros are 335 grams of carbs, 90 grams of fat, and 200 grams of protein. I’ve been on these macros for about 2 years now with the goal of maintaining my physique. My maintenance calories have substantially increased over the years as I have gained muscle and implemented a very successful reverse diet. I never thought I’d be able to maintain my current level of body fat with this much food. It’s like a dream come true 😁.

Meal 1 is an omelette that I messed up when I flipped it. (The one on my story yesterday was beautiful though...can’t win every flip). It’s 3 whole eggs, 150 grams of egg whites, spinach, tomato, and 6 slices of 40 calorie toast. Two of these 40 calorie slices of bread are equivalent to one slice of “regular bread” in terms of size. I like this bread because I rather eat more slices even if overall calories are equal. This meal is a staple for me but I will adjust the egg to egg white ratio depending on how much fat and protein I have available for the day.

Meal 2 is a frozen BBQ chicken pizza from California Pizza Kitchen. The entire pie is 850 calories and has 102 grams of carbs, 48 grams of protein, and 27 grams of fat. I do not eat this everyday but maybe once a week or so.

Overall, I’m a very simple and boring eater but I do fit treats into my macros like pizza every once in a while. Like I always tell you guys, you need to work your fitness goals around your life and not your life around fitness. If I had to completely restrict my favorites foods then what’s the point? That’s the beauty of flexible dieting 😁. Compose 85-90% of your diet with “healthy” foods and it’s ok to fill the remainder with “fun” foods.

Yesterdays first day back on plan was a success! ✔️ lunch was a heinz instant vegetable soup (77 cals) as i was staaarving, plus a chicken salad with chilli and citrus dressing, an apple and 2 clemmies 🍊🍎 afternoon snack was 2 small bits of Magnum chocolate and Protein balls before the gym. Gym was a 5k run - i wanted to see if i could still do it in under 30 mins!!! Absolutely buzzing that i did it in 29.48 and thats with 30 seconds walking in it when i thought i was gunna die!!! 😪 i found it seerrrriously hard - you can see from my heart rate in the last pic! 😂 however im super proud of myself for doing that! Dinner was a 3x egg cheddar and mushroom omelette with salad and oil and vinegar and a protein shake. ✅3 jajka M ✅30 g płatków jaglanych ✅30 g mąki owsianej (zmielonych płatków owsianych) ✅1 duże jabłko (u mnie Golden 😍) ✅cynamon ✅szczypta sody oczyszczonej
⏩ Jajka ubijamy z cynamonem i sodą za pomocą trzepaczki. Dodajemy płatki I odstawiamy na kilka minut do napęcznienia. Połowę jabłka ścieramy na tarce i dodajemy do masy. Drugą połowę kroimy w plastry i układamy po wysłaniu masy na patelnię. Smażymy na minimalnym gazie pod przykrywką.

✅3 medium eggs ✅30 g millet flakes ✅30 g oat flour (grounded oat flakes) ✅1 big apple ✅cinnamon ✅baking soda
⏩ Beat eggs with baking soda and cinnamon. Add flakes and let it sit for a few minutes. Then grate half apple and slice another half. Add grated apple to the egg-mass. Pour the mixture and put the sliced apple. Cook under cover.

⏰8h30 Breakfast : Crêpes de farine de patate douce (farine + 2 œufs entiers et 2 blancs), kiwi, fruits rouges
🏋🏼‍♀️11h15 Post training : flocons d’avoine, 1 scoop de Whey, framboises, beurre de 🥜 🍽13h15 Lunch : Riz complet, cabillaud, poireau, graines de chia, huile de noix
⛱17h00 Snack post playa : Poulet, patate douce, asperges, avocat. 🍽Dîner : Poulet, brocoli, patate douce
🛌Snack pré dodo: omelette blanche, cannelle, purée d’amande

Et voilà pour aujourd’hui 😊 Pour info je suis en PDM et je consomme actuellement 2800 kcal les jours de training. C’est juste pour vous donner une idée, je ne détaille volontairement pas de quantités car nous sommes tous différents et ce qui me convient à moi pourrait être complètement inapproprié pour un autre😉

1️⃣Whey iso @biotechusa goût chocolat : la meilleure pour moi ! Je ne la prend presque jamais en shaker, je préfère la mélanger à mes flocons d’avoine, graine de chia ou purée d’oléagineux pour en faire une crème 😋
2️⃣BCAA zéro @biotechusa goût pomme 🍏 : je les adore, je les bois pendant mon training. Par contre c’est la 1ère fois que je vais tester ce goût 🤷🏼‍♀️
