First: kneeling KB snatch. This is a more advanced movement as the emphasis is on speed/ power transitions from the start to the finish. If the weight isn't moving fast enough, you will have a much harder time getting into a stable position under it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Second: band scapula retraction and depression. Over - active upper traps frequently contribute to poor shoulder blade function, so training and building your mid - back may be worth adding into your training. Squeeze your elbows into your sides to keep your shoulder blades flat against your ribs.

Now that my schedule is becoming more normal I’m almost fully adjusted and settled in. Unfortunately my workouts have gone from 6 days a week to 4 days, but I’m still working extremely hard and putting in the necessary work to achieve my goals.😤✊🏽

Working 3, 15 hour days a week takes up some time. I walk and climb around 30+ acres all day so I’m fully enjoying being active consistently and I have access to a weight room if I have time to squeeze in a lift during my shift!

1. Hamstring curls. Make sure to press your hips into the bench in order to activate your cheeks and target the hamstrings. Usually with this movement I find people tend to lift their hips which causes them to use their hip flexors and low back instead of their Glutes and hammies only!
2. Pistol Squats. I wanted to target my booty in this movement therefore I made it a point to go slow and press hard off of my heel while squeezing my cheeks at the top.
3. Cable Deadlifts. I kept these light and stood on a box for a bit more of a stretch. Keep your shoulder blades flexed back together, chest up, and lead with your hips. Hips back getting a nice stretch in the hammies and thrust hips forward while digging your heels into the box to activate the hamstrings and squeeze those buns! .

The primary muscles worked in this exercise would be the quadriceps which are made up of 4 muscles (Rectus femurs, vastus intermedius, vastus medialiss, and vastus lateralis).

This is a great exercise to really get those quads on fire however it does put a lot of stress on the knees. If you have knee problems, I wouldn’t recommend performing this movement.❌
.
💡TIPS
1.Make sure your knees are directly in line with the axis of the machine🧐
2.Place your SHINS behind the pad at the base of the machine
3.Keep your BUTT 🍑 on the seat the entire time
4.Back straight and against the pad
5.Go all the way up and squeeze for a second at the top⬆️
6.I wouldn’t go too heavy due to the stress it places on the knees💥
7.Aim for volume and reps🔥

I usually finish my leg workouts with 5 sets of 20 on this machine. If you don’t feel like you want to throw up after this, than you’re doing it wrong. Kidding lol, but not really…😂

The DB Fly is a great movement to help develop the chest. However, sometimes the risk is not worth the reward. Whenever I do a movement I always access the risk vs reward. Is this movement going to help me more than it can hurt me. With the DB Fly, if we bring the DB down too far, it will put a lot of unnecessary tension on the shoulders. To counteract that all you have to do is go from the bench to floor. The floor allows you to get the range of motion needed, while protecting your shoulders. If you’re someone who does DB Flies and always has shoulder pain while doing them, try this modification. To execute; Keep the elbows slightly bent. Slowly lower the weight to the floor. Once the elbow comes in contact to the floor, Pause for a second, but keep all the weight in the chest. Then lift aggressively back to the starting position. In the video I’m trying to work the lower part of the chest a little more, so I’m turning the dumbbells in and squeezing the lower part of the chest. Whether you do this part or not, be sure to squeeze the chest at the top of the lift.

It’s very important to squeeze the muscles when we train. As you can see in video 1, the muscles contract, ... One of the things I been noticing when monitoring our Members at 19125 Fitness train is that a lot of us don’t squeeze the back during Back Movements. A lot of us are going through the motions. It’s very important to squeeze the muscles when we train. As you can see in video 1, the muscles contract, squeeze, and tighten. You can see in video 2 how here is very little movement in the back muscles. In video 2 I’m just going through the motions, while in video 1 I’m squeezing the shit out of my back.
A couple reasons we don’t squeeze our backs; 1. The elbows flare out entirely too far. The further the elbows are away from the body, the harder the muscle will be to squeeze. Another thing I have noticed is that members are trying to bring the weight in towards their stomach too far, which is causing their wrist to bend and not allowing them to squeeze their back (check out the 3rd and 4th frame to see an example of this.) Whatever the case may be, be sure to squeeze the muscles while we are working. Just going through the movements will not get it done. Train smart!

1️⃣ Sumo deadlifts (back at these after a while off and boy did they feel good🙌🏻 Push through the heels, drive your knees out, and squeeze those 🍞) 5 sets x 8-10 reps
2️⃣ Bulgarian split squats (get nice and deep and drive through the front heel) 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
3️⃣ Stiff legged deadlifts (draw the glutes back while keeping the barbell close the the shins for a good stretch and squeeze at the top) 4 sets x 12 reps
4️⃣ Cable pull throughs (my ride or die glute exercises, so so good! I go as heavy as I can for AMRAP to burn out) 3 sets x about 12-15 reps
5️⃣ 21s on the Abductors (got this idea from @amandalatona the booty queen herself and holy heck and bob🔥 I did 7 reps mid to outter range, 7 reps inner to mid, and then 7 reps full range of motion and that last set was real struggles😅) 4 sets x 21 reps

▪At starting position (left) flex your biceps! Once you've pushed down (right), squeeze your triceps as much as you can and hold for 2 sec. This allows you to do the full range of motion!! 💪
▪Do slow controlled movements and don't go too heavy!
▪Variate between rope/bar & grip (underhand, overhand etc.)


The triceps takes up 2/3 of the upper arm so if you want big guns, kill your triceps 2 times a week! 🔫💯💯
