🛑 2x15 soulevé de terre 20kg
🛑 4x12 abducteur à la machine avec 32kg 🛑 5 Minutes de stepper pour le fun parce que je commençais à avoir mal au genou... Voila voila. Fin de seance vidée, il y a du boulot pour rattraper tout ca 😅

Grab a low riser aerobic stepper and place it next to the stair master.
Do a 5 min warm up. Then crank the intensity to level 12 it higher for 1 min, followed by 1 min level 8. Repeat 3x.
Get off the stepper do 10 per leg incline reverse, forward, curtsy and curtsy lunges (not alternating). Step to the side and do 20 jump lunges. Repeat entire circuit 4 x.

Since professional career athlete time I’ve learn 2 basic rules: in the morning we do anaerobic training, in the evening aerobic. The last fitness researches been confirmed likewise.

Anaerobic workout is gym session with weights. In the morning I mean 6-8 AM when the level of strength and testosterone (for girls and boys) is in the pick. In addition it’s easier to workout with heavy weights in the morning. I start gym sesh at 8 AM. It lasts 60-70 minutes and ends always with 10 min stretch. My schedule for anaerobic training 2vs2 days following by 1 cardio day among.

Aerobic training is cardio, not only running, but also roller skating, swimming, cardio machines, HIIT, boxing. P.S. at home I have stepper, which takes 30 cm place. I advise to do cardio 2 times a week and try to mix. 30-40 minutes with a pulse of 220 minus your age will be ideal for visible results. The optimal time for cardio is 4-6 PM.

This systemic approach I have been using for 3 years and all clients from beginners to professionals are satisfied with the results of this approach in the exploding strength and endurance. You won’t have stagnation. 🇷🇺 в комментариях ⤵️

Many people overdose on cardio in the hope of becoming leaner and neglect to look at a few pointers which can determine how much you need to do. Sometimes more isn’t better and just like weight training you need to be smart with it, to achieve the results you are after.

A few things to take into account are: .
Your current activity levels
.
Your current diet
.
Your training style
.
Your body type
.

Do not chuck all your eggs in one basket and start doing tonnes straight away. Make the process slow, consistent and monitor your progress
.
Some people need to do more cardio that others, that’s just the way it is. Even on a competition diet every individual is different.
.
Some do HIIT
Some do steady state
Some do intervals
Some do a mix of them all
Some lucky buggers do none
.
For myself at present I do 1-2, 20-30 minute interval sessions on the stepper, now the main reason I started doing this is because I stopped training my upper body so my activity levels decreased
.
By incorporating 1-2 a week I can maintain the physique I have and still eat a really good balanced diet... some take aways, some drinks, some sweets. Basically if I want something, I have it and I don’t sweat over it because I enjoy the balance, mentally also.
.
I find that ladies work really well with intervals and if you are a lady I would suggest incorporating 2 sessions a week and then monitor how you get on. .
But with everything being said, you cannot out train a poor diet so don’t expect to do cardio and still eat shit day in day out, that’s not balance 😜
.
So look at the steps above and adjust where needed. Then slowly bring in some cardio. If you are not competing or do not have a set date for say a holiday or a shoot then I wouldn’t recommend doing extreme amounts because then you have to do this constantly and you want your physique to be maintainable and feel good about yourself
.
Intervals I do are 1 minute at a higher level in and 2 minutes steady at a lower lever. My HR is roughly at a guess 115-140 lower and 150-170 higher
.
