Chocolate Waffles
Makes 4 servings .
2 cups Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 cups water
4 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
8 tablespoons Reddi Whip
Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Can substitute pure maple syrup or raw honey, just be sure to add in those extra calories)

1.  Spray waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray and heat.
2.  In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the Kodiak Cakes Mix, protein powder, cocoa powder, and water. Pour into waffle maker and cook to desired doneness.
3. Divide the waffles into four servings and top each serving with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, and syrup. Enjoy!

PEANUT BUTTER + BANANA OAT POWER PANCAKE RECIPE
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup egg whites (4 egg whites)
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon
maple syrup
¾ tsp cinnamon
¼ banana, quartered and sliced
Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:
Combine oats, egg whites, peanut butter, syrup, and cinnamon in a blender and mix until you have a batter. Stir in your banana pieces.

Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over a medium heat. Pour pancake patter into the pan (the batter may be a little runny around the edges, so using a rubber spatula, gently pull the runny edges towards the center of the pancake).

Once the pancakes firms and sets (this will take two or three minutes) flip and cook for another minute or so or until cooked through. Enjoy!

Dry Ingredients
2 cups gf oat flour
2 cups gf all purpose flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 cup gf rolled oats

Wet Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 cups non-dairy milk
.
1. Mix together all dry ingredients except the 3/4 cup rolled oats in a medium bowl and in a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently combine. Fold in the remaining 3/4 cup rolled oats. Do not over mix!
2. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the pancake mixture into a non-stick pan or electric griddle (lightly greased if not using non-stick).
3. Flip when bubbles appear in the middle and the edges turn slightly dry, be careful not to burn. Cook for 1-2 minutes more on the other side. Top with fresh fruit and maple syrup✨💫 #rawmanda

2/3 cup white whole wheat flour⠀

1 tsp. baking powder⠀

1 large egg⠀

1 tbsp. honey⠀

1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake⠀
•⠀
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀
•⠀
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peel beets and cut into smaller pieces. Place them in a baking dish, with a couple tablespoons of water. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes until they are cooked through.⠀

Combine the flour and baking powder in a large bowl and set aside.⠀
Blend the cooked beets and almond milk until smooth. Add the protein powder, egg, and honey and blend again until combined.⠀
•⠀
Add this mixture to the flour mixture. Mix with a hand whisk until you have a classic pancake batter consistency. Do not over mix.⠀
•⠀
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Spray your skillet with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter onto the skillet into 3”-4” pancake shapes. ⠀

Cook for 2-3 minutes, and when the pancakes start to bubble, flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes more. The batter should give you 10 pancakes depending how big you make them.⠀

Optional: Top pancakes with sugar-free syrup, berries, sugar-free cool-whip…whatever your heart desires!⠀

Ingredients:
-4 egg whites
-2 slices P28 bread (available at RevolutioniZe)
-PB2 (available at RevolutioniZe)
- sliced banana
-walden farms no calorie caramel syrup
- walden farms no calorie pancake syrup
-1/2 tsp stevia
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract -1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions: -in bowl, mix 4 egg whites, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, pumpkin spice .
- dip both slices p28 bread (sold at revolutionize) into egg white mixture. -place bread in hot skillet, flip to brown on both sides.
-1 thin sliced banana in hot skillet to CarameliZed each side. In separate bowl, mix the CarameliZed bananas and mash with walden farms caramel syrup.
-in separate bowl, mix TBSP PB2 with 1 TBSP water , sea-salt and stevia . Make thick.

Layer between each piece of French toast, your mashed CarameliZed bananas, PB2, and top with second piece of French toast. Top with some more PB2 , whipped cream and walden farms pancake syrup!

Heat a large non-stick skillet over a medium-low heat and coat the pan with some coconut oil.

Scoop up 1/4 cup of batter and drop them into the pan forming small-medium sized pancakes. Allow to cook until you see small bubbles forming on the top of the pancake, gently flip and cook for another two minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.

COCONUT BANANA PB PROATCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg
1/2 cup eggwhites
1/2 cup rolled oats
2TBS unsweetened almond coconut milk
1TBS fat free Greek yogurt
1 ripe banana mashed
1 TBS stevia (3 packets)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract and butter extract
1/4 cup PB2
1 scoop Peanut butter protein powder
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
10-15 drops coconut liquid stevia

DIRECTIONS:
Mix everything together in a large bowl. For thinner batter use a blender. Pour batter into a skillet with non stick cooking spray on medium heat. Wait for bubbles to rise on pancake and then flip. Makes about 5 medium pancakes at about 200 calories each and 15g protein. Top with 1TBS earth balance crunchy or smooth coconut peanut butter, 1/2 banana, and sugar free maple syrup. Also sprinkle with more unsweetened coconut.

Directions:

Mix together into a bowl the banana, cinnamon and eggs.

heat the coconut oil into a frying pan.

pour mixture into the pan and cook for approx 2 mins on a low heat, flip over and cook again for about 2 mins until pancake is cooked through.
transfer onto a plate and sprinkle with maple syrup and berries.

175 g self-raising flour

20 g Hemp Protein Powder

1 tbsp baking powder

1 egg

300 ml any milk (soy, almond)
150 g blueberries

10 g Acai Powder

2 tbsp sunflower oil

Agave syrup to serve 😜
Place the flour, hemp powder and baking powder in a large bowl and mix well.
Whisk together the egg and mix and slowly pour into the flour, whisking until smooth.
Stir in 75 g of the blueberries and the Naturya Acai Powder.
Heat some of the sunflower oil in a frying pan and drop 5 tablespoons of the pancake mixture into the pan, leaving a space in between. Cook for about 3 minutes, until you see bubble appear in the top, then flip over and cover for a further 2-3 minutes on the other side. Remove from the pan and keep warm while you use the remaining batter.

Pick a bowl, put there 4-5 eggs (for 2), mix it, add 1.5 scoop of protein of your favorite flavour (chocolate is always a way to go but I got a coconut/pineapple flavour now and it tastes great aswell), after mixing eggs and protein shake, add oats and then milk..the mass have not to be too dense or too thin..so add oats and milk wisely! I love to put there bananas or raisins but as I said, its up to you. Then I put it all on the baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10 -15 min. To make it more tasty Im adding strawberries and pancake syrup. Syrup should be sugar free of course so I recommend you the one from Walden Farms (they got awesome products), it tastes so good and its guilt free 😀 💪🏼 Bon appétit 👌🏼

1 egg, wisked
1 banana, mash half + some slices
2 tbs oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein (@bulknutrients )
1tsp @unicornsuperfoods blue spirulina .
Wisk the egg, add the protein, mashed banana, baking powder, oats and a dash of water or milk and mix to combine. Heat your fry pan to medium and spray with coconut oil. Add mixture to pan in 3 pancake circles. Cook for 2 minutes and flip, and continue to cook until golden brown. Serve with 80g @yoproau vanilla yoghurt (half a single serve tub) mixed with spirulina, 1 tsp maple syrup, strawberry blueberry and the leftover banana.

Here’s the recipe you requested 💜
1 cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour)
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp flaxmeal (optional)
a dash of cinnamon
a dash of natural vanilla extract
a dash of pink salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk (any type)
*add milk until desired consistency is reached.
🥄 mix.
Melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a pre-heated skillet or pan at medium heat.
Pour batter into the pan in palm sized dollops. Cook until the pancake bubbles on top and the edges begin to dry, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another minute, or until golden brown.
Once the pancakes are done, remove and set aside. Toss 1 cup of frozen berries into the pan and stir until warmed. Pour onto pancakes and serve (no syrup needed).

This is a life saver on contest prep because it leverages so many low/zero calorie products to give the impression of a decadent meal without many calories at all! - 4 slices #healthylife 35 cal bread
- 1/4 cup #waldenfarms peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 drops vanilla creme #sweetdrops
- 1 tsp #pb2 - 1 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter
- 1 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1 serving #puretein #proteinpowder, white chocolate or vanilla
- 3 tbsp walden farms strawberry jelly
- 14g #capncrunch peanut butter cereal
- walden farms pancake syrup and caramel sauce

Combine pb2, puretein, salt, cream cheese, sweet drops, crunchy peanut butter and walden farms peanut butter in a small dish, and stir well to completely mix till perfectly smooth.

Heat up waffle iron and spray one side of each bread slice. On other side, spoon peanut butter mixture and chunks of jelly. Place other bread slices, unsprayed side down, on top to make sandwiches.

Once waffle iron is fully heated, spray with cooking spray and place one sandwich on top. Press iron down but use a utensil to hold top bread in place to prevent sliding off. After 60 seconds, rotate the sandwich 180 degrees so the side that's less pressed is facing the hinge of the iron, and press down for another 60 seconds or until browned.

Place aside and repeat with second sandwich. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and arrange on plate. Top with cereal, then drizzle with caramel and pancake syrups.

Recipe
1 egg, wisked
1 banana, mash half
2 tbs oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein (@bulknutrients )
Wisk the egg, add the protein, mashed banana, baking powder, oats and a dash of water or milk and mix to combine. Heat your fry pan to medium and spray with coconut oil. Add mixture to pan in 3 pancake circles. Cook for 2 minutes and flip, and continue to cook until golden brown. Serve with 80g @yoproau vanilla yoghurt, 1 tsp maple syrup, strawberry blueberry and the leftover banana (I forgot to put mine on🙊) .

1/3 air popped popcorn
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple
1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Heat all the humid ingredientes plus the protein in the microwave for one minute. Mix your caramel sauce on your air popped popcorn and mix WELL until every popcorn is covered. Place in the oven for about 20 min or until golden at 250 degrees.

• Combine oats, protein powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and baking powder. Mix in mashed bananas, egg white and 1 tablespoon milk.
• Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and coat with coconut oil. Spoon pancake mixture onto griddle to form 3 medium sized pancakes. Cook until the top begins to bubble, then flip and cook through.
• Top pancakes with maple peanut butter sauce and serve.

Splash of Almond Milk ————Method—————— ✔ Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
✔ Mix all cake ingredients together.
✔ Line baking sheet with Parchment Paper.
✔ Pour cake batter onto the Parchment Paper.
✔ Bake 5-10 min until firm. Do not overcook.
✔ While the batter is cooking, mix together the frosting.
✔ Once the cake batter is baked coat the flat pancake with frosting.
✔ Leave a little frosting aside to pour over top the cinnamon roll.
✔ Can cut into 3 strips
✔ Then roll each strip.

1 medium banana (mashed to a bloody pulp)
4 large egg whites
1/3 cup oats, ground into flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Proteinone - caramel cookie crunch whey protein (I get mine at @5starnutritionstatecollege )
Dash of baking powder

Mix all ingredients in the blender. Wait a minute or two while your griddle or waffle iron is heating up. This allows them to puff up!
Spray some type of cooking oil down.
Use about 1/4 to an 1/8 cup of batter for each small waffle.
My recipe made exactly 8 of these little guys. I eat 4 at a time. They blow up thick and they're a little dense. If you want them fluffier and moister, add a TINY bit more baking powder and a little more almond milk. Although the banana keeps them pretty moist as it is.
I also top them with @waldenfarmsinternational zero calorie pancake syrup! So yummy! The macros for these waffles are roughly (per serving)

In a small bowl, mash the banana. Add the egg whites and mix well. Add the cinnamon and NFP Protein, mix well. Gradually add the milk, stirring slowly.

Heat a pan on medium heat and coat it lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter in the pan to form one or two pancakes. Cook 2-3 minutes per side. Top pancakes with fruit, yogurt or maple syrup.

Next I spread 1/2 of one single serving Greek Fage yogurt evenly over 3 pancakes. Slice up your favorite fruits and stack the layers. This beautiful plate is loaded with 🥝 kiwi, mango, strawberry 🍓, blackberry & blueberries. All this for only 355 calories & 28 g proteins ! ☺️
Tip:
I microwave most of the blueberries to give me a natural syrup. 😉

In a Ninja weigh out:
✅150 g canned pumpkin purée
✅40 g white beans
✅37 g egg whites
✅30 g softened butter
✅39 g Walden Farm Carmel Syrup
✅6 drops liquid stevia
✅50 g xylitol .

✅18 g Quattro Carmel Explosion
✅138 g gluten free pancake mix
✅1 1/2 tsp baking powder
✅3 g cinnamon

Optional:
✅6 squares of Toblerone in the CENTER is each cake (macros are extra!)

Method: blend everything for a minute, scraping down the sides, until smooth. Pour into 6 Silpat molds and cook for 12-15 minutes at 350F until puffy and golden. Do not overcook! We like ours a little soft in the middle.

Add extra eggs (~3/cup of mix) and liquid of choice to make a thin batter and let sit overnight. (It’s a great way to use extra batter too!). Make crêpe as usual. You will need to spread the batter, either with a tool or by tilting the pan.

Secret trick? Heat the blueberries in a pan instead of adding cold fruit. You’re not trying to make jam, just warm them until they dark blue-black and smell delicious!

Protein Pancakes for 1☝️:
- 1/3 cup pureed or mashed sweet potato
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used my @teamallmax #AllWhey Gold)
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free oats ground into flour
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp unsweetened milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia to taste

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mix egg or egg whites then add in sweet potato and blend.
2. Add in milk, vanilla extract, Stevia, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt and mix until well combined.
3. Heat a skillet and melt a dab of coconut oil.
4. Pour batter onto medium heat skillet to form individual mini pancakes.
5. Flip after 1.5 to 2 minutes or until cooked throughout.
6. Top with syrup, nut butter or your choice of topping.
7. Enjoy!

Use large frying pan and Heat pan on medium with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Make three even sized pancakes. Cool on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden.

Add a tiny bit of coconut oil to hot pan toss in sliced bananas with a tiny bit of coconut sugar and toast till they are caramelized.

Top with peanut butter and Walden’s pancake syrup.

I upgraded my usual pancakes using California Gold Nutrition Sport Whey Protein. This protein is GMO & cruelty free. It contains 27g of protein & dissolves so easy. It keeps me full for hours before my next meal.

Recipe:

3/4 cup of your favorite pancake mix
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 scoops of CGN whey protein
1 cup of water or almond milk
2-3 tbsp of butter
Maple syrup, greek yogurt &
fresh berries for topping.

Directions: Mix together dry ingredients & whisk in protein powder & then slowly add in pancake mix.
Melt butter over medium heat. Add 2-3 tbsp of batter per pancake. Flip pancake s when bubbles start to form.
Enjoy!! 😋

Ingredients:
8 oz firm tofu
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 tbsp flour of your choice
1/3 tsp salt

Directions:
Crumble the tofu into a large bowl. Smash banana with the fork. Mix all ingredients with tofu.
The batter should be lumpy, not smooth.
Spoon 1 tbsp of the batter on a hot non-stick or cast-iron griddle coated with oil. This is a very thick, almost cakey batter, so you might have to give it a nudge with your ladle to help it spread.
Cook until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake and the bottom is golden-brown. Flip over and cook until golden on the other side.
Serve hot with toppings of your choice.
