ich bin bereits wach und mache mich gleich fertig. Ich hoffe die Sonne kommt gleich raus und ich werde einen schoenen Tag habe. Gestern habe ich zum ersten Mal einen Mug Cake gemacht. Wurde aber auch Zeit!! Nachdem ich in München nie eine Mikrowelle hatte, musste jetzt endlich mal die Chance genutzt werden... und es war so lecker und easy! 😍🙌 Gestern hat mich im Postfach noch eine ganz tolle Überraschung erwartet ueber die ich unglaublich dankbar bin. Habt ihr sie schon gesehen?

Now onto the recipe : ✨ VEGAN TUNA SALAD 🐟
1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
2 ripe tomatoes, cubed
1 small cucumber, cubed
2 tbsp chives, ciseled
3 tbsp soy yoghurt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
pepper
👉🏼Method :
1. rinse & drained the chickpeas (if you want a better digestion, you can peel off the skin but that’s an extra 10 minutes!)
2. flake them with a fork (or clean hands)
3. add veggies and mix.
4. add spices and yoghurt and mix again
5. set in fridge about 15 minutes so flavour gets together
✨ WRAP RECIPE 🌯
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Method : simply mix & kneed with one hand until a dough super elastic forms. Adjust flour/water. Set 10 minutes. Then divide in 2 and roll out in very thin wrap (use flour to prevent sticking). Cook 2 minutes each side on hot pan. Keep in clean dishtowel. Use right away or damp the towel with water and microwave 20 sec to make soft again!
Here I served the wrap with cabbage, lettuce avocado & sprout! Hope you enjoy & don’t forget to tag @amelietahiti if u make it !! 💙🤩🐟😄

1 y ¾ de taza de harina de avena libre de gluten
½ cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1 pizca de sal
1 pizca de canela
¼ de taza de azúcar moreno o Stevia al gusto
½ taza de aceite vegetal (puede ser de girasol, semillas de uvas, Coco)
¼ de taza de puré de manzana (pela y ralla 1 manzana y lleva la mezcla 2 min al microondas, deja enfriar)
½ taza de jugo de naranja
¾ de taza de leche de almendras
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla Ralladura de 1 naranja
Método:

COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS:
• 4 tbs peanut butter
• 2 tbs rice malt syrup
• 1/3 cup cacao nibs
• 2 tbs almond meal
• 1/3 cup vanilla @happywayau vegan protein
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into balls, refrigerate to set and enjoy!

SWEET POTATO BROWNIES
• 1 cup mashed sweet potato
• 1/2 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter but you could use almond or cashew etc)
• 1/4 cup cacao powder
• 2 tbs pure maple syrup
• handful of chocolate chips (I used chopped up @pana_chocolate 60%)

METHOD
• preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
• melt the nut butter with the maple syrup in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute
• combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
• pour mixture into tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes
• let brownies cool for 15 minutes before serving

Good morning campers. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Or when your granny gives your overripe bananas, make banana bread. So here is my chocolate peanut butter protein banana bread (lol longest title evaaaa). I reckon I could do a bit more tweaking to really perfect it, but this was a damn good start. Dairy free and refined sugar free (and easily made vegan and gluten free), it’s a winner for everyone.

INGREDIENTS
2 overripe bananas
50g egg whites (@twochicksproducts) sub for 1 flax egg if vegan
150ml almond milk (@alpro)
1 tsp vanilla paste/extract
30g coconut oil (@lucybeecoconut), melted (mine was already melted thanks to this lavely weather)
150g of self raising flour
80g chocolate protein powder (@myproteinuk)
1/2 tsp baking powder
40g dark chocolate, chopped up (@greenandblacks)
40g peanut butter (@meridianfoods)

METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Mash the banana and combine with the egg whites, almond milk, vanilla and coconut oil.
3. In a separate bowl, mix your flour, protein powder and baking powder. Add your wet mix to your dry mix, along with your half your chocolate. Give it a good stir to combine and pour it into your lined tin.
4. Melt your peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, pour on top of the mix and use a fork to give it a bit of a swirl. Sprinkle over the rest of your choc and pop it in the oven for 25-30 mins.

For the roasted rhubarb, just roast fresh rhubarb in an oven preheated to 200C for 30-40 minutes. For the chocolate drizzle, just melt a handful of dark chocolate in the microwave together with some coconut oil. Et voila🌿

To make this recipe #vegan friendly, simply use our vegan protein powder 🍃💪🏼 instead of whey (and ensure vegan friendly brands of cocoa 🍫 & opt for 100% peanut butter 🔍).

Ingredients (makes 1 serving) 📋
• 1 scoop of LDNM chocolate protein powder
• 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon of stevia (or any other sweetener)
• 6 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
.
Directions 👨🏻‍🍳
1.) Put all dry items in a mixing bowl and mix together.
2.) Add the peanut butter and milk.
3.) Whisk all items together until completely mixed and no lumps of powder or peanut butter (if needed, add small drops of extra milk for thicker peanut butters)
4.) Pour mixture in a soufflé dish.
5.) Place dish in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds on medium. Remove the dish and and stir the cooked area around the outside toward the middle allowing the remaining mass of liquid to hit the outside edge.
6.) Heat for 15-20 seconds more, repeat the same step of stirring the outer cooked layer inside. If still liquidy after the first time, heat for 20 seconds. If there were some firm spots, stick to 15.
7.) Allow it to sit for 1 minute. Then run a butter knife around the edge of the dish, turn the dish over onto a plate.
Optional: decorate with melted dark chocolate, almonds or even fresh pomegranate.

Ingredients: ⠀
⚡️2 Tbsp flax meal ⠀
⚡️3 Tbsp water⠀
⚡️1/4 cup coconut flour⠀
⚡️1/4 cup coconut sugar⠀
⚡️3/4 tsp baking soda⠀
⚡️1/4 tsp fine sea salt⠀
⚡️1 cup creamy natural peanut butter (almond butter for paleo)⠀
⚡️1/4 cup maple syrup⠀
⚡️1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and slightly cooled⠀
⚡️1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
⚡️1 cup vegan mini chocolate chips ⠀
⚡️9 large @mydandies marshmallows⠀
⚡️3.75 oz (~ 5 Tbsp) melted vegan dark chocolate ⠀

Instructions: ⠀
1️⃣Preheat the oven to 350F. ⠀
2️⃣Stir together the flax meal and water. Let sit for 5 mins.⠀
3️⃣Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.⠀
4️⃣In another bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil & vanilla.⠀
5️⃣Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture. ⠀
6️⃣Then add the flax egg and stir until the batter thickens. ⠀
7️⃣Fold in chocolate chips. ⠀
8️⃣Scoop 2 Tbsp portions of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten each one slightly and place on a baking sheet.⠀
9️⃣Bake 18-20 min. ⠀
1️⃣0️⃣Remove from the oven and cool completely on the baking sheet. ⠀
1️⃣1️⃣ Once cooled, lay half of the cookies upside down. Microwave the marshmallows on a plate for 10-30 seconds (or hold them over a campfire!) until puffed up. Place one marshmallow on each upside down cookie, and top with another cookie to make a cookie sandwich. Repeat with the rest of the marshmallows. ⠀
1️⃣2️⃣ Once all of the sandwiches are assembled, drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top and let it set before eating. ⠀

Classy Tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies 🚨 Warning ⚠️ these cookies detoxify you, and help you clean up. Vegan Cookies recipe
A traditional, old-fashioned chocolate chip cookie that entirely satisfies that cookie craving, however this detoxify you as well, cookie in disguise. A simple vegan recipe that you'll make time and again!. 1 cups wheat flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup flaxseed oil or coconut oil
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips*

Instructions.
🍪💕 Heat the oven to 350F. Place a piece of parchment over a baking sheet, or lightly oil a baking sheet.
Combine the flax seed and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Place the room-temperature flaxseed oil (Or place the cold coconut oil in the microwave for about 10 seconds) in another bowl. Add the sugars and whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes. It should become light and fluffy and be a light beige color.
Add the flax mixture and the vanilla to the flaxseed oil mix, and whisk well until combined.
Add the flour mix to the oil mixture and stir together with a rubber spatula or wood spoon just until combined - do not overmix. Add the chocolate chips and gently fold into the batter.
Drop by the heaping tablespoon onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating once, until just barely beginning to brown on the bottom. They will look underdone on top. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and let cool 10 minutes before enjoying - if you can wait!
Notes -Make sure the flaxseed oil is not hot or the coconut oil isn’t melted completely as this could result in flat cookies. You want to warm the coconut oil just enough so that it can be creamed, but it should not be melted at all.

8 ounces firm tofu
1 cup cooked black beans
1/4 red onion, diced
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 ripe avocado, sliced (or sub guacamole)
1/2 cup salsa for serving (hot sauce also optional)
1 lime sliced, for serving
1/4 cup pomegranate arils
Corn tortillas (2 per person)
Tofu:
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp salsa
1 Tbsp water

Instructions
Wrap tofu in a clean, absorbent towel and place something heavy on top, such as a cast iron skillet, while prepping toppings.
Cook black beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until bubbly, then reduce heat to simmer and set aside. If unsalted/unseasoned, add a pinch of salt, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder.
Add dry tofu spices + salsa to a small bowl and add enough water to make a pourable sauce. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and unwrap tofu. Use a fork to crumble.
Once the pan is hot, add 1-2 Tbsp oil of choice and the tofu. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes to brown. Then add seasoning and toss to coat. Continue cooking until browned and fragrant - about 5-10 minutes - stirring frequently. Set aside.
To serve, warm tortillas in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel or in a 250 degree oven (optional). Top tortillas with tofu scramble, black beans, onion, avocado, cilantro, salsa, fresh lime juice and pomegranate arils (or desired toppings).
Serve immediately with the best breakfast potatoes or fruit.

The recipe is one that’s in going to be in #TCKfamilytable and so far it’s been a major hit with everyone who’s tried it. When I tasted Baby V’s cake yesterday, I thought it seemed a little dry, then when I was cleaning up after the party I found the bowl of melted butter that should have been added to the cake still sitting in the microwave! OOPS. 🤦‍♀️
I was seriously (ridiculously) on the verge of tears after this discovery, and kept asking ross if he thought everyone secretly didn’t like the cake (oh hi, pregnancy hormone roller coaster)...but then I scrolled through our photos of the day and remembered that she had the very best day ever, and wholeheartedly loved her butter-less cake. 🎂

INGREDIENTS:
DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp @truvibeorganics cacao powder
WET INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk mixed with ½ tsp apple cider vinegar (let sit 5 minutes)
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
3 oz. unsweetened natural apple sauce
1 ½ tsp vanilla
ADD INS:
½ cup vegan chocolate chunks
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre heat the oven at 375 F
In a large mixing bowl add all your dry ingredients.
In a small bowl add the almond milk and apple cider vinegar and set aside
In a separate smaller bowl add your coconut oil (melt in microwave for a few seconds if it is not already liquid) add the rest of the wet ingredients except the almond milk mixture.
Add the almond milk mixture and the other wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl and stir until everything is well combined. Add the vegan chocolate chips and stir them in.
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray (unless it’s a non-stick pan) and spoon the batter evenly into 7 muffins. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
Place in the oven and bake for 23 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean when you poke it into the muffin centers.
Let cool at least 15 minutes before removing from the muffin pan.
NOTES:
This will seem like a really thick batter but trust me that is what makes this so dense and delicious!

INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the bananas and coat them with the peanut butter.
Melt the chocolate (either by using a microwave or place it into a heatproof bowl and put it over a pan of barely simmering water).
Cover the bananas with the melted chocolate and sprinkle them with the above named toppings.
Let the chocolate harden for a couple of minutes, this will take about 5-10 minutes depending on how warm it is in your kitchen. On hot summer days, put them in the freezer for a few minutes.
Cut them into bite-sized sushi pieces with a sharp knife. You can either eat the banana sushi right away or freeze it for an hour and two and enjoy it as easy vegan ice cream bites.

Orange Dreamsicles with Rainbow Sprinkles

WHAT YOU NEED (popsicles):
🍊 16oz @so_delicious dairy-free vanilla yogurt (three 5.3oz containers), 2 cups vanilla unsweetened almondmilk, 4 clementines (peeled), ¼ tsp orange extract, ¼ tsp McCormick Color from Nature natural yellow dye, ¼ tsp McCormick Color from Nature pink dye

For the topping: 🍊 ½ cup dairy-free white chocolate chips + ¼ cup vegan spinkles (optional)

HOW YOU MAKE IT:
🍊 In your Blendtec, combine the yogurt, almondmilk, clementines, orange extract and all-natural dye (optional). Blend until smooth.
🍊 Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. You might have a bit leftover (you can serve this in a cup as a smoothie!)
🍊 Freeze for 15 – 20 minutes, then add wooden popsicle sticks.
🍊 Freeze for another 3 hours at least.
🍊 Serve as is, or top with chocolate and sprinkles: remove the popsicles from the popsicle mold and lay them flat on parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Melt your dairy-free chocolate chips in the microwave, approximately 1 minute, or melt on the stovetop in a small pan. Use a spoon to drizzle it over the popsicles, then sprinkle on the sprinkles!

Yield: 10 dreamsicles.

I had a dinner and it got cancelled so I made full-on vegan chiles rellenos. 1.- Chiles- Char poblanos and/or chiles Californias (in photo are Californias from my garden) over direct flame. Peel and seed. This is for 6 or so. 2.-Puree- Boil 6 yukons with skin and peel when ready to puree. I ... I had a dinner and it got cancelled so I made full-on vegan chiles rellenos.
1.- Chiles- Char poblanos and/or chiles Californias (in photo are Californias from my garden) over direct flame. Peel and seed. This is for 6 or so.
2.-Puree- Boil 6 yukons with skin and peel when ready to puree. I added veg broth, nutritional yeast, about 1/4 cup of olive oil, 3 tbs chipotle adobo and a cup of mushrooms sautéed with garlic. I actually now feel the mushrooms weren’t necessary. Too much flavor for the subtle sauces.
3.- Cashew crema- Soak 1 cup of cashews in water 2 hours. Drain. Puree with enough water for crema consistency. Blend in juice of one lime, teaspoon of distilled white vinegar, 3 tbs chopped cilantro and plenty of salt.
4.- Tomato sauce for plate- Add 3 romas, half an onion, one jalapeño and 1 garlic clove. Bring to boil in medium saucepan with water and boil until tomatoes start to burst. Drain and blend. Add a handful of fresh cilantro and salt to taste. Blend until very smooth.
TO PLATE. Make a base with tomato sauce. Fill chiles with potato puree and top sauce. Drizzle with plenty of cashew crema. Sprinkle with cilantro. THAT SH WAS GOOD. Tag me.
NOTES- 🔹I like the chiles to be HOT (in temperature) so fill then microwave for a minute before eating if they’ve cooled down.
🔹I actually made the sauce with some of the green cherry tomatoes I had from the harvest yesterday and it was delicious and a little tart.
🔹There’s a gazillion vids on how to properly char and peel a poblano. If you over do it they will fall apart. 🔹You could easily add a seeded serrano to the blended cashew crema for more heat. 🔹I’m plant-based still about 95% of the time.

-4 medium sweet potatoes finely diced
-1 package of tempeh finely diced
-2 tomatoes chopped
-1/2 red, yellow, green bell pepper diced
-4 cloves of garlic diced
-lime juice from one large lime
-1 jalapeño diced
-1 hot banana pepper diced
-4 T. Chopped cilantro -1/2 t. Cumin
-sea salt (Pink Himalayan) and pepper

Cashew Cilantro Cream Sauce
-2 cups raw cashews soaked overnight
-2 Heaping Tablespoons of nutritional yeast
-2 T. Braggs Amino
-2 T. Braggs apple cider Vinegar -lime juice from 2 large limes
-5 T. Chopped cilantro -sea salt (P. H.) and pepper

12 corn tortillas
Directions:
1. Place all enchilada filling ingredients in a large pot and heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until soft. About 20 min
2. Preheat oven 350 degrees
3. Combined all ingredients for the cream sauce in a food processor and mix until smooth.
4. To assemble the enchiladas, wrap your tortillas in a moist paper towel and microwave for 45 seconds to warm. Fill each warm tortilla with enchilada filling. Roll the tortilla and place in a large baking dish. Repeat for the remaining tortillas. Top with half of cream sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Add the remaining cream sauce and garnish with chopped cilantro and jalapeños.

Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup brown rice crisps
1 scoop Champion Endurance Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or vegan carob, melted
1/4 cup of coconut flakes

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix quinoa flakes, brown rice crisps, Champion protein powder, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Place brown rice syrup and almond butter in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm and easily stirred, then add vanilla.
3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry mixture and mix well with a spoon.
4. Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. Lightly wet your hands and press the mixture into a thin layer. I prefer the thin bars so I can also use them as a low-calorie snack. Trim the sides.
5. Melt the chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds, stir it, and then heat it for another 30 seconds. Pour mixture over bars evenly. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
6. Place in freezer for 10 minutes until the chocolate sets. Cut into small rectangular bars and store in refrigerator. #plantbased #protein #healthychoices #eatclean #cleaneating

Add 3 heaping cups of shredded unsweetened coconut to food processor + 2 tbsp coconut oil and pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Mix on high for about 10 mins, scraping the sides every so often until you get a liquid consistency. Add the coconut to silicone muffin liners (usually makes a dozen) and put in freezer to set.

 Make chocolate layer by melting 1 cup of @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips in microwave with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Add on top of coconut layer by heaping tbsp and put back in freezer to set.

Keep in fridge or freezer and let them sit out a few mins before eating to soften up! Can always skip the chocolate if you need to make them keto friendly 😉

-2 tablespoons psyllium husk for additional fiber
-1/2 cup oatmeal
(oatmeal and psyllium husk additional/optional not necessary)
1/2 cup dark chocolate
Blend the nuts and dates in your food processor,Place it on the a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let it sit for a bit, melts your dark chocolate in the microwave and then drizzle it over your mixture. Put it all in the freezer and let it sit for 20 minutes. Take it out and cut it. (I added the oatmeal and extra fiber because I’m nursing, but the recipe doesn’t call for it. Especially delicious with avocado, rocket, walnuts, a few drops of walnut oil, then sprinkled with ground up toasted pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds with a little Shony seaweed.
BASIC CASHEW CREAM: Blend 1 cup cashews with 3 cups water until smooth. Use in place of cream in recipes. It thickens as it is heated without the addition of oil and flour or starch.
Add flavours to suit the recipe you are making. It's as easy as that!
TIP: don't microwave as it goes solid.

Recipe:
Serves 2-3 people
 For the sauce;
1/4 cup algarve 
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 
1/4 cup passata
2tbs light soy 
1 small tin of pineapple slices and the juice (230g) 
4 spring onions chopped small 
1 red pepper chopped into small chunks 
For the battered cauliflower 
1 large cauliflower 
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder 
1tsp baking powder 
1tsp vegetable stock powder
pinch of salt and pepper 
1/3 cup cornflour 
2/3 cup plain flour 
enough carbonated water to make a thick batter 
1tbs cornflour as a dry coat first 
Start off by making the battered cauliflower, wash and microwave the cauliflower on full power for 5 minutes. Take it out and dry it off and place it in a zip lock bag and add the tbs of cornflower and shake the bag to coat it. Now make up the batter by adding both flours, baking powder, stock powder, garlic and onion powder. Add in a pinch of salt and pepper then slowly add in the carbonated water until it makes a thick batter. Add this to the bag and give it another shake. Next take a tray and place a rack over the top and spay it with oil so the cauliflower doe not stick. Place in the oven 200c fan for 20-30 minutes until it turns golden brown. 
Now the cauliflower is in the oven lets get the sauce started place the algarve, soy, vinegar, the juice from the tin of pineapple and tomato passata in a pan and whisk while bringing to a boil. Turn the heat down so the sauce is simmering then go to chop up your pineapple, pepper and white parts of the spring onion. Add this to the sauce and leave it on a low/medium heat to thicken while you wait for your cauliflower, should be around 15-20 minutes. If your wanting to make rice with this now is a good time to get it boiling. When the cauliflower comes out the oven place it in the sauce and coat it well. Aquafaba of one can of chickpeas
120g vegan dark chocolate
2 tsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup

Chop the chocolate and melt it either in a microwave or in a heatproof bowl on top of boiling water. Drain the chickpeas and save the chickpea water (aquafaba). Add the syrup to the liquid and then use an electronic whisk or a hand mixer to whip the aquafaba. It takes a few minutes to reach the thick consistency.
Let the melted chocolate cool down a bit and carefully fold it into the whipped aquafaba. Add the cocoa powder and mix well but gently.
Put the mixture in two glasses And let it cool in the fridge for at least an hour. Enjoy!

Things you will need:
1) Activated Charcoal powder or tablet (easily available online) 🖤🖤🖤
2) Unflavoured Gelatin (available online)
3) Rose water 🌹 💦
What to do with ingredients
Step 1. Combine gelatin and activated charcoal in a bowl

Step 2. Add warm distilled water and rose water, mix well

Option ( you can put the mix in a microwave oven for 10 seconds to avoid clumps)
How to:
Must test a small patch of skin #ALWAYS

Clean and dry your face before applying this homemade face mask.
You can also place a warm towel over your face to open up your pores or use steam if available
Using your finger tip, apply a thin coat of the mask all over your face, avoiding the eyes and brows.
Apply another layer or two to thicken the mask. You can use the mask only on your T-zone to remove blackheads from the nose.
Let the mask dry completely. It can take a while, so be patient, while the mask pulls the grime out of your pores.
Once it’s dry, peel off the mask in an upward direction. Don’t struggle with the tiny bits of mask still holding onto your skin. You can wash them off with warm water.

Apply a toner and then follow with a moisturizer to keep the skin nourished.

Do it once a week!
Activated charcoal is a toxin-fighting powerhouse! Activated charcoal absorbs toxins and build-up on the skin and helps to naturally detoxify.

Gelatin helps to nourish the skin and helps acts as a binder in this recipe to draw out impurities. It’s the key ingredient that makes this mask peel off.

Ingredients
85g coconut
1 tbs rice malt syrup
1-2 tsp matcha green tea powder
2 drops of dottera peppermint oil

Top layer
2 tbs cacao
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs hardened coconut oil, melted

Blend base ingredients in a blender until a sticky crumb forms and press into 4 silicon moulds and put in the fridge to set.
To make the chocolate mix all ingredients together in a small bowl ( if you get lumpy mixture, place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds) pour on top of the base layer and set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Keep stored in the fridge, these will not be stable at room temperature. .

(FYI, I do not have a gallbladder and have found that fried tortilla chips - although so tasty - do not settle well with me.) ⠀

On a nice bed of field greens I've added some roasted cauliflower. Sometimes I'll add a Gardein *chicken* patty because it's vegan and gluten-free, or black beans, or even some fat-free refried beans. Then I top that with some vegan cheese and cherry tomatoes. My favorite dressing is a tablespoon of plain plant-based yogurt with balsamic vinegar. #namelymarly⠀

This all comes together in a few minutes and is satisfying, healthy, delicious. ❤️ 🥗⠀

● Chocolate Granola:
1/2 cup oats, 1 - 1/2 tbsp orange juice, 15gr. Vegan Chocolate. ( u can make more by adding more of all the ingredients )
Add the oats and the juice in a bowl and mix until it starts to get sticky. Then add the chocolate. ** u can make this in the microwave or in the oven, but u have take it out when the chocolate starts to melt and mix it well so the chocolate goes everywhere** cook them until they start to get a nice color and they are ready to goooo.
● Cinnamon Granola:
1/2 cup oats, 1 - 1/2 tbsp orange juice, cinnamon and 1 - 2 tbsps of agave ( or maple, or if its not vegan u can add honey )

(Even my dad approves) INGREDIENTS: -1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil -1 tsp ground cumin seeds -1 brown onion (diced) -3 cloves crushed garlic -1.5 tbsp curry powder -2 cans tinned crushed tomatoes (400g) -1 can coconut milk ... INGREDIENTS:
-1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-1 tsp ground cumin seeds
-1 brown onion (diced)
-3 cloves crushed garlic
-1.5 tbsp curry powder
-2 cans tinned crushed tomatoes (400g)
-1 can coconut milk (400ml)
-1/2 small can coconut cream
-1 medium sweet potato (450g)
-big handful of green beans
-big handful of spinach
-1 can chickpeas
-extra virgin olive oil spray
-350g block firm tofu
METHOD:
1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the ground cumin seeds and mix together for 1 minute.
2. Add in the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the onion is soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and curry powder and mix for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the canned tomatoes, coconut milk and coconut cream and combine well.
5. Reduce the heat and let the mixture slowly cook, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes.
(You can do the following few steps now or wait until the last 5 minutes of that 20 minutes.)
6. Cut the sweet potato into small cubes and microwave until soft. (my microwave has a potato setting but generally will take 3-5 minutes depending on your microwave!)
7. Slice the green beans and microwave until cooked.
8. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
9. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and spray with extra virgin olive oil
10. Dice the tofu into small cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
11. Add a big handful of spinach into the curry mixture and stir until wilted
12. Add the sweet potato, green beans and tofu into the large saucepan with the rest of the mixture and combine
13. Serve on top of a cup of cooked rice!
This recipe made 5 servings! Perfect for meal prep or a big family dinner 😊🙌😊

Vegan protein snickers ft. @wheybox 👌🏼🥜 Ingredients
BASE
- 50g @whey_box vegan vanilla protein
- 100g GF flour - 20g maple syrup - 15g coconut oil
- Water (as much as needed)
PB layer
- 3 tbs @wholeearthfoods peanut butter
- 2 tbs maple syrup
Chocolate top
- 100g @ombarchocolate chocolate
- 5g coconut oil

Method
- Line baking tray with tin foil/baking parchment and grease with coconut oil. Preheat oven to 180.
- Mix first 4 base ingredients in a large bowl. Mixture should be crumbly.
- Add a little water at a time until it starts to stick, but not too much. - Pour mixture into greased tray and compress. Squish it all in so it packs nice and tight and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Next up mix together maple syrup and peanut butter. If your peanut butter is a little dry, add a a tablespoon of coconut oil and whack mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds. Pop to one side.
- Take base out the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Leave either in tin foil with sides high, or baking tray!
- Whilst base is cooling put chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave and melt, 30s at a time. Keep an eye on this!
- Once base is cool, spread the peanut butter, then pour on the chocolate (this is why you needed those high sides!)
- Place in freezer if you’re impatient like us, or fridge if you have self control until the chocolate has solidified.
- Cut into fingers and ENJOY!

1 cup cooked black beans
2/3 cup oat flour (ground oats)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup pitted dates
3 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
3 tbsp non dairy milk
3 tbsp muscovado (or any sweetener you like)
For chic drizzle:
Mix: Coconut oil, Unsweetened pure cocoa & muscovado.
Top with: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a big bowl then gradually add oat mix while stirring. Mix everything well combined. Transfer batter into a lined square baking pan.

Prepare topping:
Microwave peanut butter & coconut oil for 30 seconds. Mix well & spread on top of brownie batter then top with chopped raw cashews & chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 mins. Allow to cool & enjoy. keep them in the fridge because they get better each day. 😘

Peanut Butter Layer
1 cup natural, unsalted peanut butter
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp powdered stevia
½ cup coconut flour
Chocolate Topping
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
½ cup unsalted, natural peanut butter
1 tbsp powdered stevia

Directions:
1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment or wax paper and clear some space in the freezer for this pan.
2. Make the peanut butter layer: In a medium bowl, add 1 cup peanut butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp stevia and ½ cup coconut flour. Whisk until fully incorporated.
3. Transfer this mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using the rubber spatula, smooth into an even layer. Freeze for 30-45 mins.
4. Make the chocolate topping: in a microwave-safe bowl combine 1 cup chocolate chips and ½ cup peanut butter. Heat in 20-second increments until chocolate is softened and melted. Stir in between heating, until smooth. Add stevia and stir well.
5. 5. Remove the baking pan from freezer and pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer. Using a clean rubber spatula, smooth chocolate into an even layer.
6. Transfer pan to freezer. Freeze for 45-60 minutes, or until hardened. Remove from freezer and slice into 16 squares. Enjoy!

Vegan Double Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes 😍
Ingredients:
-1 spoon flaxmeal -2 spoons almond milk
-1 cup oat flour (if you don’t have, just put the oats in the blender and ground them and you’ll have oat flour) -3 spoons of water -1/2 Cup unsweetened 100% dark cocoa powder (I use @hersheycompany red label)
-1 Zucchini with peel -1 cup sweetener (I used @truvia )
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon iodized salt or himalayan salt
-1/2 cup organic cold-pressed coconut oil
-1 spoon vanilla EXTRACT not imitation -1 bar 72% DARK CHOCOLATE -1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts (or your favorite nuts)

PROCEDURE:
Start preheating your oven at •350 F.
In a small bowl, mix the flaxmeal with 3 spoons of water and set aside (vegan egg). In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (oats, nuts, sweetener, cocoa, baking powder and salt). Now wash your zucchini and place it in a food processor or the blender, add the almond milk and purée it. I like to purée it instead of grating the Zucchini because the consistency will be very moist. Don’t be afraid of adding this veggie. NOONE will ever know there’s a veggie in this dessert 😉
Now melt your coconut oil in the microwave. Then in a bowl, also melt the dark chocolate bar and add the coconut oil and put in the microwave until melted. Stop every 20secs and stir it, don’t let it burn.
Then add this to the Zucchini purée, add the vanilla and stir the vegan egg and combine everything until smooth.
NOW, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl, mix everything together.
Place the batter in the cupcakes molds previously sprayed with oil. Dont fill it till the top if not you’ll end up with a mess, overflowing cupcakes 😆
Bake for 15 mins or more if needed. Insert a toothpick to see if they’re fully baked. The toothpick has to come out clean.
Remember this are moist cupcakes, you don’t want to dry them out.
This is one of my faaaavorite chocolate recipes. If you don’t wanna make cupcakes, it also works perfectly for brownies 😉

1 medium carrot

2 Corn on the cob 🌽
1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1 cup cooked kidney/black beans
1 grilled spring onion
1 avocado
1 bag blue corn tortilla chips
★ - Steam corn until slightly tender - Grill the corn on the cobs and the spring onions on the grill until nicely browned - Heat the beans in the microwave or in a small saucepan until warmed
- Cook the carrots with the veggie stock until tender
- Blend all ingredients for the vegan sauce in a blender until creamy
- Chop pieces of corn and set aside
- Slice avocados in half and cut fine lines in one direction and then in the other to recieve small squares aka pixelated avocado
- Serve corn, tomatoes, beans spring onions and tortillas in a bowl and drizzle generously with the cheeze vegan sauce

Ingredients:
2 scoops Wild West, SLAP! or Yep, It's Vegan Pre Workout

1 packet JELLO

3 packets unflavored gelatin

7/8 cup ICE COLD water

Chill your water in the freezer for 10-15 minutes in a microwave safe bowl. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a separate mixing bowl. Once your pre-workout, jello and unflavored gelatin are mixed well slowly add it to your ice cold water. Whisk it all together until it is well blended. Let the mixture sit until it has thickened up. You should be able to jiggle the bowl and it barely moves, similar to jello. After it has set, microwave the bowl for 1 minute on high and whisk again. Spoon mixture into molds. Place in freezer for 12-15 mins. They will be solid, but gummy to the touch when they are ready. Store them in the refrigerator.

I tweaked this recipe from @kettleandfire and made it my own!

CALORIES/slice: 260
FAT: 20 grams
PROTEIN: 16 grams
NET CARBS: 3 grams
FIBER: 0.5 grams

For the PIZZA CRUST:

2 tablespoons organic cream cheese

1 ½ mozzarella organic cheese

⅓ cup coconut flour

2 large eggs

I also add butter, parmesan and salt on the outer rim of the crust, and sprinkle salt over the center of the pizza

For the TOPPINGS:

¼ cup sugar-free marinara sauce

½ cup organic mozzarella cheese

8 slices pepperoni (or Vegan pepperoni)

I also add organic garlic (freshly chopped), onions and basil

Instructions

To make the pizza crust:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (Do not substitute for tin foil as dough will stick.) Add 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons cream cheese to a microwave safe, medium size bowl. Microwave on medium heat for 90 seconds, stirring the ingredients in the bowl halfway through to properly melt all ingredients.

Stir in coconut flour and 2 large eggs into the bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork. Knead with your hands until mixture becomes dough, about 2 minutes.

With your hands spread the dough on the baking sheet, creating a round shape giving the crust about ¼-inch thickness.

Using a fork, poke holes into crust all over multiple times to avoid bubbles.

Bake for 10 minutes.

To assemble the pizza:

Spread ¼ cup sugar-free marinara sauce onto the crust creating an even layer.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese onto the pizza.

Place 8 slices of pepperoni evenly.

Return the pizza back to the oven for 10 more minutes or until the crust edges and cheese toppings are golden brown.

Add cherry tomatoes and edamame to pasta pot. Stir. And BOOM. A super yummy meal. It is also packed with protein (edamame & chickpea pasta) and entirely vegan. ✨😍

1/2 cup smooth almond butter (can sub for any smooth nut butter)
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder

For the protein packed frosting
2-3 scoops chocolate protein powder
1-2 T granulated sweetener of choice (optional)
1-2 T nut butter of choice (optional)
Dairy free milk, to form batter

For the brownies

Preheat the oven the 350 degrees, grease a small cake or loaf pan and set aside.
In a small microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your nut butter. In a large mixing bowl, add the banana, nut butter and dark cocoa powder and mix very well.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for around 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, at the frosting and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

For the frosting
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Using a tablespoon, add dairy free milk until a VERY thick batter is formed.
Notes
Brownies are best enjoyed out of the fridge. They are freezer friendly too.

225 g / 8 oz dried chick peas (canned will not work! Mixture turns out like mushy hummus!!!)
1 cup parsley leaves , roughly chopped
1 cup coriander/cilantro leaves , roughly chopped
6 scallions/shallots , white and light green part only finely chopped (~3/4 cup)
2 cloves of garlic minced, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp flour (plain/all purpose) OR chickpea flour, 5 tbsp water
Veg oil for frying

1. Soak chickpeas 12 hours+. Drain, add to food processor with remaining ingredinets. Blitz 2 to 3 minutes until chickpeas are very fine grains, looks like smooth guac on outside of food processor.
2. Form balls about 2.5cm / 1” wide (or discs, domes or torpedoes), refrigerate. Fry in oil until deep golden – 4 minutes. Can shallow fry, just turn more frequently – or make in disc shape. Serve with Tahini Sauce! Make wraps with flatbreads, hummus, tabbouleh, lettuce, tomato, onion, hummus and hot sauce. Or make falafel plates! See full recipe on site for more sauce recipes and sides. Keeps 5 days, best reheat in microwave, spray with oil then blast in hot oven 5 min to make outside crispy again.
3. Tahini Sauce: Mix 4 tbsp tahini with 2 tbsp lemon juice, will sieze up. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until sauce is a thick drizzle sauce (I use 4 tbsp). Adjust salt to taste. .

3️⃣In the meantime, heat about 3 tbsp of coconut butter with a tsp sized chunk of frozen pitaya in the microwave for a 30 seconds
4️⃣Stir the coconut butter mixture together. Form 5 small balls with your hands, and flatten them to make ovals.
5️⃣Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and place a coconut butter bit in the middle of each liner.
6️⃣Cover the coconut butter with more melted Hu #vegan #paleo chocolate (about 2.5 bars) and let set in the freezer again until hard.

Here’s my first attempt at a meal prep day! I also made some suppers for the week, but I didn’t take pics of them because they just looked like goop in Ziploc freezer bags (I assume they will be delicious though). These are my lunch and breakfast preps! I did burrito bowls (black beans + chipotle corn + shredded cheese + white rice + lime juice + cilantro with salsa and single servings of guac). These ones I’ll just warm through in the microwave and add the salsa and guac for a quick, tasty, meatless lunch.
I also made breakfast bowls (sliced tomatoes + baby spinach + goat cheese). How I prepare it for breakfast: fry an egg in a pan, and when it’s essentially done, I add the spinach and goat cheese to pan and place the lid over it for just long enough so the spinach gets nice and wilty. Then I put the spinach and eggs over the tomato and top it with sriracha and ginger soy sauce. The breakfast bowls have an easy vegan modifier: prepare one of your favorite egg substitutes per their instructions, and add half a diced avocado in place of the goat cheese.
This meal prep should hopefully be one of the first of many of a similar fashion as I have decided to document my lifestyle changes as I attempt to pull myself out of pretty pervasive depression. It is my hope that my documenting it, it well me hold myself accountable to the choices I want to make, and also, that it might help some of you (or even just one of you a little tiny bit). So anyway, here’s to a new adventure.

RECIPE:
8 heaped TBS natural peanut butter
3 heaped TBS honey (or maple for the vegans)
2 good pinches of sea salt
6 medjool dates pitted (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
2 TBS coconut flour
Good quality dark chocolate for coating
Toppings - cacao nibs and sea salt
Method:
Blend ingredients (not the chocolate) in a blender until combined. Can add a Tbs of hot water if too crumbly. But persist with the blending.
Roll into balls and chill in freezer.
Meanwhile melt chocolate slowly and gently on stove in a bowl above hot water. You can also use microwave and be careful not to burn it.
Grab the balls. Dunk them in the dark chocolate and sprinkle with cacao nibs and sea salt. Place on tray. Return to freezer to set. Enjoy these little peanut bombs of joy! #peanutbutter #darkchocolate #vegan #truffles #sugarfree

To make the ravioli dough, mix 1/4 cup flour, 1 tbsp @betterbodyfoods cacao powder, 1 tsp vegan egg replacement powder (optional), a dash of salt, and 1-2 tbsp of water (start with 1 tbsp and add as needed). Knead out well for 5 mins and let sit at room temp for 1 hour. To make the cream, mix 1/4 cup @tofuttibrands vegan cream cheese, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and 1/8 tsp vanilla. Use a ravioli cut to create 4 ravioli with the dough & cream - scale up recipe if wanting more. Boil the ravioli 2-3 mins until they float. To make the raspberry sauce, microwave 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp water. Mash and strain off pulp.

SPROUTED NUT + SEED GRANOLA BARS:
1½ cups sprouted nuts + seeds (I used a combo of chopped sprouted almonds, sprouted sunflower seeds, and sprouted pumpkin seeds)
½ cup flaked coconut, chopped
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup creamy almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line an 8x8” square pan with parchment & grease with coconut oil.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the sprouted nuts & seeds, flaked coconut, salt & cinnamon.
Stir together the almond butter, maple syrup & coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the almond butter/maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and then use a spatula to press the mixture into an even layer. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting into 10 granola bars.
After the bars are cut, drizzle with melted dark chocolate if desired.
Store the granola bars in a sealed bag or container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or in the freezer for a few months.

▪️1 teaspoon garlic powder
▪️1 teaspoon chili powder
▪️3/4 cup Buffalo sauce, separated

▪️Pepper to taste

For the Tacos:
▪️Flour/Corn tortillas or use a wrap
▪️Romaine Lettuce
▪️Avocado
▪️Vegan ranch to taste
▪️Cilantro or green onion, dices
.
For the Buffalo sauce:
▪️1 1/2 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce
▪️5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
▪️1/3 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
.
▪️1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▪️1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
▪️3/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
.
Directions:
🔻Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F, line a baking sheet with foil
🔺In a bowl, combine Cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder and 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce. Stir to combine. Spread evenly and cook for 20 mins and flip half-ways. (For crispier broil for an additional 2-3 mins)
🔻Five minutes before Cauliflower is done, heat up the remaining sauce in a saucepan or microwave.
🔺Remove Cauliflower from oven, add remaining heated sauce.
🔻Assemble your Tacos with lettuce, Cauliflower mix, avocado, Cilantro or green onion, top with vegan ranch to taste and ENJOY! .

💥 M A C R O S: Approximately 53g Carbs, 3.7g Fat, and 32g Protein (say what⁉️)
📍I N G R E D I E N T S: • 1/3 cup oat flour or buckwheat flour (40g)
• 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten (30g)
• 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons stevia or sweetener of choice
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (4 oz)
• 1/3 cup water (2.6 oz)
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
📝 I N S T R U C T I O N S:
1️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, add out flour, vital wheat gluten, cacao, stevia, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Add the applesauce, water, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients.  Mix until well combined, or until achieving a cake batter consistency.
3️⃣ Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes, in one-minute intervals.  Check every minute until the batter has firmed up just like a cake.
4️⃣ Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy. Pictured topped with nut butter & berries.

Ingredient amounts (in cups - head over to the site to convert to grams though!)

1⁄2 tablespoon cashew butter
1⁄4 cup ground almonds
1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond or rice milk
1⁄8 cup pea protein powder (see below for sub)
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small grated carrot
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract (optional)

Directions: in the video + microwave first for 60 seconds then wait for 20 and microwave for 30-45 more!

Macros per mug cake? 194 kcals, 10 grams protein, 16 grams carbs, or 21 grams fat.

Notes:
1. Add some pecans or walnuts to the cake to make it even more delicious!
2. Free free to make this with grated zucchini instead of carrots - you'll end up with a zucchini bread mug cake!
3. If possible, only sub the pea for another veggie powder because, unlike whey, veggie powders are really absorbent and work well to maintain ‘cakeyness’. That being said, if you absolutely want make this with whey, you can - use 1 tbsp of whey and 2tbsp extra ground almonds (this all instead of the pea) to ensure the end product stays nice and cakey.
