Give them a try and let me know if you liked them. I used Krisda chocolate chips they are very high in fibre and made with stevia leaf extract. Zero sugar and 5g of fibre per 1 tbsp.

Almost fat free, healthy banana muffins with chocolate chips for a little indulgence. The greek yogurt adds protein and keeps the muffins moist. You'll love these!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 bananas
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil
1 egg
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add bananas, honey, vanilla, oil, egg, milk and yogurt to a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until well combined, smooth and creamy. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly into muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached. Cool muffins for 5 minutes then remove and transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Muffins are best served warm and even better the next day.
NOTES
If you want to make the muffins a bit smaller, you can make 15 instead of 12 and each muffin will be around 136 calories. You'll also need to reduce baking time a bit, as muffins will bake faster since they're smaller.

Muffins are freezer friendly! Simply place in ziplock bag or airtight container and freeze up to 3 months. When ready to eat, microwave for 30-45 seconds or thaw out.

➡️Baking Soda is 4 times stronger that baking powder and thus you need only ¼ teaspoon per cup. It is a base and reacts with acids in baking causing a rise. Use it when recipes call for buttermilk, chocolate, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, applesauce, or cocoa powder.
➡️Baking Powder is not as strong as baking soda and needs about 1 teaspoon per cup. Use it when a recipe calls for milk, white sugar, water, cream, anything non acidic.

Wondering how to make these?! Make sure you have the right lid to a food processor @wittykitties 😅
And begin.

Here goes: **Ingredients:** *1 can (15 ounce) black beans, chickpeas or white beans drained and rinsed *3 large eggs
*1/3 cup melted coconut oil, plus some for the pan
*1/2 cup cacao powder ( love @giddyyoyo)
*2 tsp vanilla extract
*½ cup natural sweetener xylitol or monk fruit or coconut sugar
*½ cup chocolate chips by Krisda for a sugar free option **Instructions:** 1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Grease an 8-inch baking pan with coconut oil

3. Place the black beans, eggs, coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sweetener in a food processor and process until smooth

4. Remove the blade and gently stir in the chocolate chips

5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan

6. Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes, or until set in the centre , check with a knife to see it come out clean.
7. Cool before cutting into squares!

Ingredients 🍘
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I used low-fat)
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons very ripe mashed banana
1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1 cup white flour (or use white-whole wheat)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup lightly packed grated zucchini
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts, optional
Instructions 🍡
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease and flour one bread pan.
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract (scale depending on love for vanilla flavor - I like it strong), 1 large egg, coconut oil (measured when melted), and honey.
In a small bowl, mash the banana really well. The banana is very important for binding of the bread and a lower calorie sweetening. The more ripe - the better.
Stir in the banana and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, stir together the oat flour (measured AFTER blending. I used regular old fashioned or quick oats and quickly pulse them in a blender or food processor until they resemble flour. Then measure and add to the bowl), white or white-whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the dry to the wet and mix until just combined. Over-mixing will result in dense bread.
Stir in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips if desired.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with more chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted into the center comes out clean and the bread has begun to slightly pull away from the sides. Barely under-cooking the bread will yield a softer and slightly denser bread. (I pulled mine out at 43 minutes.)
If needed tent some tin foil over the top to keep the top from over-cooking.

This breakfast was delicious! As many of you know, I love love love baked oats.. and I’m always trying new combinations! Just a little white chocolate (I used a @hotelchocolat Reindeer), and @sukrinuk Gold (my favourite all natural sweetener) made these a real #sweettreat ! “Natalie's Low Syn Strawberry and White Chocolate Baked Oats”⠀
Serves: 1⠀
Syns per serving: 3.5 syns plus HEB⠀
Prep: 10 mins⠀
Cook time: 25 mins⠀

Ingredients ⠀
40g oats (HEB)⠀
2 shots/30ml Donut Skinny Syrup (or a good few drops of vanilla essence)⠀
1 large egg⠀
2 tbs fat free fromage frais⠀
2 tsp Sukrin Gold/Sukrin 1 (or sweetener of choice) and a pinch for topping⠀
8.5g white chocolate cut into small pieces (2.5 syns, may vary from brand to brand so please check and syn accordingly)⠀
66g fresh strawberries chopped into small pieces (1 syn) ⠀
Instructions ⠀
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan⠀
2. In a bowl, mix together the oats, egg, Skinny Syrup, fat free fromage frais, and Sukrin, until very well combined⠀
3. Into the oat mixture, gently stir in the strawberries and white chocolate⠀
4. Spoon the mixture equally into a small oven proof dish, and sprinkle a little Sukrin on the top⠀
5. Oven bake for approximately 25 mins until risen, firm and slightly browning ⠀
6. Remove from the oven, allow to rest for 2-3 mins⠀
7. Serve with fat free yogurt/sweetened-flavoured quark for dipping, and fresh fruit of choice (I use fresh strawberries) ⠀

Snack: One of my mini collagen white chocolate @gbutter bars (recipe posted last week) and mini carrot cookies from @farmandoven (first time trying these - they were really yummy! And include two servings of veggies per pack 🙌🏻🥕)
Dinner: Kale chips, roasted carrots, and air fried salmon
Dessert: Half a carton of @eatenlightened marshmallow peanut butter ice cream topped with extra @pbfit.official powdered peanut butter
Everything adds up to 1,655 calories with 163c/52f/150p 👍🏻

So...'Fruity Cereal'?! Any way you cut it, it's an odd one!! What were @optimumnutrition shooting for here? The colourful US breakfast fave, Froot Loops, i'm guessing! Or, perhaps closer, Fruity Pebbles. Well...have they pulled it off? NAILED a fruity cereal classic in a lowly protein snack?! No. No they have not. 😂

Haha...this isn't to say the 3 cute little sprinkled & iced fondant-coated bites per pack aren't fruity. Thay are. They REALLY are. In fact, these have got to be amongst the most intensely fruit-flavoured snacks we've ever had!! 😆 But the fruit flavour is far from the soft, sweet mixed-fruit cereal taste...it's INTENSE, and far closer to candy-style fruit flavours! Love Hearts? Pez? You're in the ballpark!! And as the madly vivid colour of the Cake Bite core here would imply...a fruit punch style red fruit is the overarching note (cherry, raspberry, strawberry...you get the idea!)

Is this flavour unpleasant? Not at all!! 🙌 And we think it's actually complimented perfectly by the far milder sweetness of the white chocolate-esque yogurt fondant coating these US-import Cake Bites are so well known for, not to mention the impressively soft texture of these sweetie-flavoured protein mini-patties! 👌

With 20g protein per pack and less than 5g sugar, these zingy and zany gluten free, nut free bites are a real adventure (we're pretty sure these will be a 'love it or hate it' type of thing...early reviews coming in are already showing strongly divided opinion!!) but EVERYONE really should try these once! When I shared these on my stories yesterday I had a few people message me and ask me if they were healthy. I thought to myself, well yes kind of, except the choc chips.. but what does healthy really mean? Low calorie? Low fat? High fat? Low sugar? No gluten? Vegan? A perfect balance of macros? .

Healthy is balance of good nutrients, and while these do contain conventional choc chips, approx 1 TBS per muffin, they are refined sugar free only sweetened with natural honey, I used spelt flour which is kinder on our gut and contains nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and essential organic compounds that other forms of wheat don’t contain. I love using spelt flour as a replacement for conventional flours, however you will notice a difference in texture. .

INGREDIENTS
.
1¾ spelt flour or traditional flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs, preferably at room temperature
1 cup plain Greek yogurt, I used @yoproau
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
3/4 cup white choc chips.
METHOD
.
Preheat the oven to 170c
grease a 12 cup muffin tin or line with muffin moulds.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda. Mix well with a whisk.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil and honey or maple syrup and beat together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat well, then add the yogurt and vanilla. Mix well. (If the coconut oil solidifies in contact with cold ingredients, gently warm the mixture in the microwave in 15 seconds.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a big spoon, just until combined (a few lumps are ok). Gently fold the raspberries and choc chips into the batter. The mixture will be thick, but don’t worry.
Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups. Bake the muffins for 22 to 24 minutes, or until the muffins are golden and when inserted with a skewer come out clean. Place the muffins on a wire rack to cool.
