Common question - “What do YOU want people to REALLY know about being successful - what’s it like - what’s hard about it??” So, something that makes me upset is when I hear ‘successful’ people START by answering this question with a bunch of negative answers “Its so hard, the sleepless nights, ... Common question - “What do YOU want people to REALLY know about being successful - what’s it like - what’s hard about it??” ✅✅ So, something that makes me upset is when I hear ‘successful’ people START by answering this question with a bunch of negative answers “Its so hard, the sleepless nights, bad people to work with, the travelling is hard, jet lag is hard, it’s hard work, it’s not sunshine and rainbows”. ✋I personally find this really discouraging. For me, honestly, the hardest thing is being away from family, my dogs and hearing about some of the heartbreaking stories that come from community members. Sleepless nights? travelling? jet lag? bad people?... worth it WORTH IT. Sooooooo worth every second for the amazing blessing I got given - my job ! Yeah, okay sometimes you don’t sleep properly...but that’s most mums. Sometimes you deal with “bad people” but that’s most jobs ...and EVERYONE 👏GETS 👏JET LAG 👏. I’m saying this because I don’t want anyone to talk you out of YOUR dreams. If you have a dream, go for it, do you research, be realistic, be as prepared as you can be, learn and ENJOY the journey ❤️ Don’t let other people’s negative opinions change your dreams!

This leads to “I feel like I’m doing it wrong so I won’t do it at all”. Which leaves a bunch of women at the gym who WANT to workout but instead just use the treadmills in fear of being judged. I know this because I’ve been a trainer for almost 10 years and this is the number one thing that is said to me when I ask “why didn’t you do this before”, they say “it’s not because I didn’t want to, it’s because I didn’t know how”. I remember being in primary school and all my friends had their period and I went home one day and cried and mum was like “WHAT’S WRONG” and I said “everyone has their period .. I want MY PERIOD” ... my mum looked ... What happens to you during that time of month?? ✅✅ Ah Yes, THAT time of month. Period time. I remember being in primary school and all my friends had their period and I went home one day and cried and mum was like “WHAT’S WRONG” and I said “everyone has their period .. I want MY PERIOD” ... my mum looked mortified. She was like “Darling, I love you ... but you DO NOT want your period” haha😂 I remember getting it not long after and instantly regretting everything I ever said! 😂👏👏 I was 12. My experience with my period has not been the best, at all for varying reasons. I can get migraines, headaches, pains in my back, pains down my legs and I feel SOOOO tired. Sometimes I don’t feel much at all, but sometimes it’s terrible. My best advice is to just wait every month, see how you feel and act accordingly. If you are in pain and sore, just rest or go for short walks. If you are perfectly fine, feel free to train as usual! Sometimes I’m able to keep training as if nothing has happened and other times I have to fully adjust my routine, but that’s fine. It’s completely up to you ladies, listen to your body!👏🙌 www.kaylaitsines.com/app

Currently 4:50am and I’m wide awake!! Any time I have a speaking event, my sleep the night before is terrible!! I keep thinking my alarm won’t go off so I ‘sort of’ go to sleep haha!
