Low carb mountain bread sausage rolls! -700 grams chicken mince (I mince my own to make sure there isn’t any skin) - 2x zucchini’s grated - light grated cheese -1x packet of mountain bread This will make 8x sausage rolls. Roll mix into mountain bread and spray olive oil or coconut oil ... Low carb mountain bread sausage rolls! 😍😍😍
-700 grams chicken mince (I mince my own to make sure there isn’t any skin) - 2x zucchini’s grated
- light grated cheese -1x packet of mountain bread
This will make 8x sausage rolls.
Roll mix into mountain bread and spray olive oil or coconut oil once on tray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and oven bake for 20 mins on 170c

(She had just eaten a sour lollie🤦🏽‍♀️) being her mum is the best thing that has never happened to me . I was talking to someone today how it just changes you for the better in every way possible. Yes it’s hard work but the most rewarding job ill ever do. I can honestly say I would be lost without this ... (She had just eaten a sour lollie🤦🏽‍♀️) being her mum is the best thing that has never happened to me . I was talking to someone today how it just changes you for the better in every way possible. Yes it’s hard work but the most rewarding job ill ever do. I can honestly say I would be lost without this little soul. We’re best friends and do everything together. She has adjusted to life in the last 15 months like an absolute trooper.
She is so confident and sassy and I never want to knock that out of her and I sure hope society doesn’t either. She did a prep orientation session last week and to sit back and watch her it honestly filled me heart. To say I’m proud of my little monkey is an understatement.
She’s an old soul.
Sometimes I get the mum guilts because I constantly work but I remind myself I’m showing her how to be a powerhouse.
Every mum you speak to feels the guilts in some way or another but it’s life and we feel this because we always think we can do better for our kids.

This is how a conversation at the gym the other morning went down - so, I’ll always have a chat to someone at the gym (let’s face it, Im verrrryyyy good at having a chit chat💁🏽‍♀️) I usually see the same people everyday at gym , so when i see their changes, it’s nice to let them know. Sometimes just a few words can go a long way with someone.
I was chatting to girl I often stop and ask how her training is going and she is looking bloody incredible, so I told her. She didn’t agree. We chatted for a while about body image and how as females we can be our own worst critic at times, we can really beat ourselves down. We spoke about how we do this and we also spoke positively about recognising all our hard work too . Look, I’m a Virgo so it’s in me to be a total perfectionist in all aspect of my life which is completely unrealistic which often frazzles me further 🤷🏽‍♀️ but it give it my best shot everyday .
We never see or view ourselves how others see us . Sometimes we have to wonder why do we put in all the hours of training and clean eating when were only going to put areas of ourselves down?
Isn’t it funny how we walk around and admire people’s bodies but we don’t do it to ourselves ?? We nick pic and break our bodies down rather than admire and uplift ourselves !
Dont get me wrong I know most of us train so we feel good. It gives us energy, focus and motivation but we always have that niggling voice that goes against us regarding body image.
Well tell our friends how amazing they are all the time and mark my word, there isn’t a day my daughter leaves this house without me telling her that her outer beauty matches that inner beauty of hers 🙌🏻❤️shes an equal force ... like we all are in our own way which is beautifully unique !
Let’s make today an uplifting and positive day for ourselves !! Let’s recognise all that we do and salute our efforts ! ————————————————

Abs as usual and loads of booty band floor work... I am already SORE so dreading how I’ll feel tomorrow. It was a massive work out so even just pick a few exercises to do or do this across 2 sessions if you don’t have the time . Whatever works but this took me 2.5 hours ... ————————————————————

We are like most mums and business owners who juggle more than what we think were capable of but we ALWAYS get it done. People see all the “amazing” social media posts but behind the scenes is a lot of hard work, stress, self doubt etc but we pull it together daily and make it happen ! We thrive on this ! ❤️

Blessed for this terror tot everyday. She makes me laugh every hour of the day and also tests my patience almost every hour too ... patience is one thing I’ve never had and I’m constantly reminding myself to be more patient everyday when I’m around her. She makes me laugh every hour of the day and also tests my patience almost every hour too ... patience is one thing I’ve never had and I’m constantly reminding myself to be more patient everyday when I’m around her. Come to think of it I think as life gets busier my patience has probably gotten worse🤦🏽‍♀️ , it’s a daily battle I have with myself . In saying that she is honestly such a good kid , most the time when we’re rushing to get out the door she always asks “Mum can I help you with anything ?” She is so thoughtful and caring.
She always asks me to stop working or if I’m in front of the computer she will always want a cuddle at that particular moment , to distract me from work lol, I’ve had to explain time and time again to her that mummy doesn’t have a 9-5pm job and I think only in the last 6 months she really gets it now .. I asked her the other day, what my favourite thing to do was? And she replied , you love to work! Haha well she’s not wrong, I love what I do but I reminded her my fav thing was to hang out or be around her. One thing I don’t do is , stop and be more in the moment with her as much as I should , which is so important/special for them ... and us.
I use to get the mummy guilts because she always sees me working and my laptop always comes with us but I try and see it now as a positive message I’m giving her. I literally went back to work 5 days after giving birth as well and I use to cart her off with me when she just 5 days old and a little fresh new born... Not ideal and nothing i would ever recommend!
As she gets older it made me find balance amongst the mayhem.
I feel blessed everyday for this little girl I’m lucky enough to call her my own. I wouldn’t change it for the world ❤️ ————————————————————

So simply and easy to make ——-
You can either use mince meat, chicken mince or vegetables . When I do a veggie one I add in cottage cheese for a protein source . -500 grams of your preferred meat
- onion - grated carrot - grated zucchini - mushrooms (Can use whatever other veg you like)
Line oven dish with Mountain Bread sheets and pan fry the above ingredients. Pour even amount across bottom layer then sprinkle light grated cheese- repeat for 2 or 3 layers. Oven bake on 170 degrees for approximately 20 mins til mountain bread is crisp .
NB- mountain bread is found in the wraps section at woolies or Coles ——————————————————
