If you have a little bit of what you like daily within your calorie allowance you are less likely to binge after a week or two!!!
Theres 151 calories in this 25g portion of dark chocolate. Is 151 calories out of 1600/1700(or whatever your calories are) calories gonna stop you from losing weight as long as it's within your allowance???......No it's not so stop suffering and start eating the foods you enjoy for long term sustainability and results.
chocolate doesn't make you fat the same as bread doesn't make you fat. Too much (eating over your calorie allowance)of any food,even "healthy" foods is what will make you gain weight. As @jamessmithpt would say "CALORIE FUCKING DEFICIT"💪😁

It was a struggle trying to convince her to eat the calories I set for her. We are still not 100% there but we're getting there one day at a time.
Now eating 3 meals a day she has started to see real changes in her physique,noticing her shape change and seeing these pics today has motivated her even more to push calories a little more.
Previous to the before pic she had lost alot of weight but this created a bad relationship with food. So many notions in her head of good foods and bad foods has made this journey a learning process. The face on her this morning when I told her to eat cereal or rice krispie bars after training 😂😂😂

Ugh......prep is bloody hard on the head never mind the body!!!
I try not to let these thoughts dwell in my head too long!!
It's been a stressful week,working my ass of both in and out of the gym. 2 jobs is a stress on the mind and body. Diet and training is a stress on the body. And a shoulder injury is more stress on the body. All these stresses can take a toll so the worst thing I can do is stress about a number on the scales!!!
So yesterday I took an unplanned rest day,today I did a light hams and shoulder(very light ) session and gonna rest up some more today.
Tomorrow is a new day and the rest will make me push harder over the coming weeks. Here's to 8 weeks out,not looking the way I want to look 8 weeks out but whats done is done. Time to crank it up a gear and get shit done 💪💪
