Basement Chest Workout ⛓ ! ⬅️⬅️ Swipe Left & Save . Joggers by @vqfit . Luckily I’m fortunate enough to have a weight set at my place. I have a bench, free weights, and some bands. It’s enough for me to get decent workouts in. Here is the workout I did for chest . Exercise 1: Incline Press - 3x15 Exercise 2: ISO Incline Press - 3x12 Exercise 3: Incline Flys - 3x12 Exercise 4: Flat Bench - 15/12/10/8 Exercise 5: Decline Push Ups - 3 sets until failure . Since I don’t have the heaviest weight, I’m really focusing on slower reps during this time. If you have this equipment try this out and please comment any questions or concerns you may have!

Try to get things done that you’ve been putting off, and stay in a routine. There are also many ways to still be active. While home workouts aren’t the same, they’re still better than nothing.
