#Ad One thing I absolutely love about this summer is our spontaneous road trips down the pacific coast. I was soo ready to get out of the house on a family road trip then realized my 10 passenger van was a mess. I can’t go anywhere with my van being messy, I just like that clean feeling before I go out and do something relaxing. Like If I’m going to be going to see amazing views I was going to need to see it without sticky fingerprints on my armrest. With minimal effort, I was able to get our van “road trip ready” with @armorallusa ‘s maximum protection against a 2 hr road trip with our 7 kids. It protects from dust, UV, stains, and dirt. Plus cleans (and safe to use on) plastic, vinyl, rubber and leaves a Medium shine with a non-greasy finish. Swipe left to see what our van looked like 5 minutes before we hit the road.
In this video, I talk to my kids about their African history and ancestors, slavery, and Juneteenth while doing their hair. This is why I love mornings :) yoga led by @osiris8_ @theculturelp
#BabyDovePartner Programming SQL formulas for my new budget, working on my PhD formulas, analyzing data, shooting and editing videos and trying to keep it all high emergency for 7 kids and a husband can get tiring! I’m a very high energy person but at the end of the day I’m the exact opposite. I love having lots of things to do but I also realized I needed to check in with myself more often which is why I started walking 5 miles a day, for my mental health. My sister and I started walking together. She was my support. So I started an online walking support group for everyone around me to have the support of walking 5 miles a day. It is great to know I’m not alone in this journey of walking daily in support of my own mental health.
