Here is a body weight workout to hit the chest and triceps.
1️⃣Dive bomber pushups
2️⃣Bodyweight tricep extensions
5️⃣High Plank Push up variation
Perform each exercise for 40s with 20s rest.
5 sets total 1 min rest in between.
Finish up with regular/elevated pushups until failure.
Keep pushing your body past its limits, even when the only stimulus is your body! Stay safe and take care all! 💪🏻💪🏻

5️⃣Plank sidewalk Push-up
Perform each move for 45s.
Rest for 15s.
Repeat for a total 5 sets with 1 minute breaks in between... May all of you stay strong and healthy in this time of caution!
Trying to stay consistent in this time of crisis... Situations like this bring out a true sense of society, making people more conscious and caring toward others. new place for my cheat meals😁... I don't have a sweet tooth, but I love eating large quantities of protein and sushi😂😂😂... cheatmeals/ high calorie meals are fine as long as you do not exceed your weekly calorie expenditure, that is if you are trying to get lean. But... if you are trying to gain muscle, it is much more efficient to eat in a caloric surplus.
-140 degrees the other day😁... amazing how far technology has come. Perhaps one day we could step in and wake up 10 years in the future lol...
for now though these chambers reduce inflammation and boost recovery from heavy workouts. The extreme cold also causes a boost in growth hormone adding an anti aging effect to some extent. I always feel refreshed after a session... Personally though it is like 3 minutes of forced meditation as pushing your body through such conditions requires conscious mindfulness, allowing me to find peace in my usually packed daily schedule.
