Had to document this Korean Chicken because it might be my new fav to top grain bowls + salads!!
1.5 lbs. organic chicken thighs
3 tbsp. coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. coconut sugar (or regular)
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
1 tsp. dried ginger
+Let chicken marinade for at leasttt 30 mins in the fridge.
+On baking sheet, broil on high for 7 mins. Flip them over, broil for another 7 mins.
+Serve with coconut rice, veggies & toasted sesame seeds 🥑
