home workouts are very underestimated, you get to workout w/ your bbs, can be barefoot(or naked lmao), plus had a mini dance party(counts as cardio). spend the next couple weeks finding a healthy routine for yourself and getting all that stuff done that you’ve been procrastinating👀 alone time isn’t a bad thing, learn to be at peace with yourself💕

sometimes things gotta go wrong so you can see what’s right💓 trust yourself, trust your instincts. never tell people how you want them to be, let them show their true colors🤍 people can only love you as much as they love themselves, and it shows. show people how to love you by loving yourself. true love and happiness starts from within💖 at the end of the day no one can take away the love you have for yourself, and that shit is priceless. so many broken people just hurting people instead of trying to heal themselves. put that energy into yourself instead of wasting it.
