ABS + ASS // GLIDER PILATES
Ok, my makeshift megaformer workouts have been SUCH a hit! So I wanted to post one for you babes to be able to refer back to at any time.
Be sure to watch each slide all the way through for each variation and timing.
HOW IT WORKS:
Complete the entire leg sequence (slides 1-3) on one leg.
Then do 90 sec of glider burpees before moving on to the next leg.
Complete the entire oblique sequence (slide 5) on one side.
Then do the center ab sequence (slide 6) before moving on to the other oblique.

Perform each move for 60 sec
Rest for 60 sec between circuits
Complete each circuit 2x for a 36 min workout
Complete each circuit 3x for a 54 min workout
Keep tension on the resistance band the entire workout
Only rest between circuits, not during

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2 sets of dumbbells preferably, a heavier & lighter set.
If you don’t have any, get creative: wine bottles, milk cartons, laundry detergent, etc.
HOW IT WORKS
Complete each move for 60 sec
Complete each circuit 2x before moving on
Rest 60 seconds between circuits
1st move of every circuit use your heavier set of weights
2nd move in every circuit use your lighter set of weights
Only rest between circuits, not during!

Happy Friday babes! While it goes without saying, it’s been quite the week. I want to offer up some positivity to keep everyone’s feed a little lighter today.
For many, this is what your work situation is going to look like for at least the near future- just you and your laptop, and probably a glass of wine, bc hello major benefit to working from home. And although that may feel frightening or stressful for some, there are a lot of ways that you and your business can benefit from this.
Think of this as a time to recenter yourself, declutter your mind & your home/workspace, and prioritize your health.
1. Listen to podcasts/read books pertaining to your career field
2. Take that online course you’ve been putting off that could benefit your current business or help propel you into another
3. Create that pitch or proposal to that person/business/brand you’ve been avoiding doing
4. Spring clean your home and make piles to donate to those in need
5. Sit down and look over your finances, where are you over spending? What can you adjust? Budget?
6. Strategize the next 6 months of your life personally, professionally, mentally, & physically, and put pen to paper
7. Cook new healthy recipes
8. Prioritize exercise/sweating every day to keep your immune system strong, no excuses of being too tired after a long day at work
9. Get dressed each day as you would for work, TRUST this has a massive impact on productivity levels. PJ’s off by 8am MAX y’all
10. And above all, do your best to relax and stay calm. A calm body and mind is a healthy body and mind. Stress and panic wreaks havoc on your immune system and only perpetuates that energy to others. This is a time to be safe, make smart decisions, be kind to one another, be kind to ourselves, and know that ultimately we are in this together.
I’m going to be filming tons of at home workouts for you guys next week FOR SURE! Let’s love on one another and lift one another up even at a distance. 💕
