I love using my @moveloops 💫 I’ve been using bands for years to bring my workouts up a notch and I’ve been finding having my Move Loops at home to be so helpful right now when I can’t go to the gym. I’ve always been a big advocate for gym workouts, as I do love lifting heavier weight. That being said, I’m still a big believer in home workouts and you can definitely get a great workout with little to minimal equipment... We have something exciting and (free!) coming to Move Loops soon, so make sure you’re following to find out what it is 👀
Currently editing another home workout for you, what workouts do you want me to post next week?
And do you like this new Follow Along format with the beep, voice overs and next exercise cues? It takes a lot longer for me to edit in but I find it really helpful 🥳
All home workouts with minimal/no equipment are uploaded to @workitwithmg App which you can access through our Pay What You Can system, starting at $4.99 per month (with access to all features, workout programming, recipes, self care tips, daily affirmations, non-diet content and heaps heaps more!) 🥰
Follow, like and share...
Feels pretty useless but I feel like this is all many of us can do right now to support our small businesses that are currently closing all over Australia (and the world).
Shout out to my hair dream team @circlesofhair and skin fairies @theskinfairy_ for making my hair pretty and my face dewy 💓
It’ll be a while since I’ll be back, but I’m not concerned for the state of my hair or skin right now.
Beautician services will be closing in Australia starting tomorrow.
Please follow and support @theskinfairy_
Hairdressers in Australia are still open, and are only allowed 30 minutes appointments.
Please follow and support @circlesofhair
Both businesses work SO hard to be the best in the biz in their fields, and I can’t imagine how hard this time must be for so many small businesses that are under the financial pressure to pay rent and staff wages.
Right now, all we can do is follow, like and share (but if you have other ideas, let me know!)
If you have a small business that has been restricted during this time, please share in the comments section below so we can share and support you ❤️

Pay What You Can for the Work It with MG app has been in development for months and I can truly say it is my proudest moment @workitwithmg ☺️
Our ethos and foundations as a brand and company are based around the belief that fitness is for everybody, not just the privileged.
But this was not reflected in our payment system.
Sure, we had discounts for yearly sign-ups, but when you’re financially stretched, a lump sum payment isn’t going to cut it.
Pay What You Can is a trust based system, that asks our customers to only pay what they can afford for access to the Work It with MG app.
We now offer 3 monthly payment options for the app:
$4.99, $9.99 or $19.95 per month
There is no catch.
ALL payment tiers include access to ALL features within the Work It App - all of the workouts, recipes, stress less tips, daily affirmations, anti-diet content and more!
This payment system will be in place for as long as we can sustain it (hopefully forever! 🥳)
If you’re unsure what tier you fit into, you can think of it like this: when choosing your payment tier, consider your access to savings, employment status and expendable income.
PLUS, you can change the amount you pay each month depending on your current financial situation, as times are changing fast and every dollar counts 💵
We’ve been blown away by your support for this concept and have loved seeing this community band together to make fitness more affordable and more accessible to all - so thank you!
P.S if you can’t afford the subscription please email us for assistance 💓
I am passionate in the belief that movement is for everybody. I really want more people to be able to use the Work It with MG app - one of the few workout apps that doesn’t focus on weight loss, or “progress” photos, or restrictive ways of eating.
But I know that at $20/month, a workout app can get expensive especially if that’s on top of a gym membership. Although we have discounted quarterly and yearly rates available via our website, I know that for many people, it’s preferable to pay month by month.
We also heard from many of you that you really wanted to access the anti-diet content in the Learn section of the Work It with App, but didn’t want to pay the full cost since you wouldn't be using all of the functionality available in the app.
All of this is why we have introduced a more affordable monthly “Pay What You Can” option for the Work It with MG app. You can now choose to pay either $4.99, $9.99 or $19.99 per month for the app. The Pay What You Can option is only available via our website: madalingiorgetta.com.
And remember - if you want to workout with me for FREE, I’ve got lots of non-diet/non-weight-loss workout videos available for you on my YouTube page, along with plenty of anti-diet culture content too! (search: Madalin Giorgetta). I would love to have you join us on the Work It with MG app - where you can learn how to break up with diet culture, connect with your body through movement and eating food that delights all whilst cultivating body acceptance and self-love.
Love, Maddy xx
In 1665, the University of Cambridge temporarily closed due to the bubonic plague. Isaac Newton has to work from home, and he used this time to develop calculus and the theory of gravity.
I’m going to aim small and just teach myself how to make protein balls ok 😂
Are you currently in self isolation?
We don’t have self isolation laws at the moment in Australia, but I am self distancing and trying to limit interactions as much as possible.
I’m still going to the gym at this stage but I’m feeling more and more uncomfortable about it....
I know many of you are currently in self isolation and I hope that I can help you with useful content that will have you eating yummy food and moving your bod.
I love this recipe because it’s:

We just dropped a mini collection @mimikinis and it is one of my favourites 🥰 please enjoy these extremely candid photos Sid was forced to take of me 🥰 (it’s for the business babeee)
Did you guess my 4th ingredient for managing for anxiety?
It’s 1 cup of SLEEP 💤
Yup, managing my sleep has been key to reducing my anxiety.
It’s World Sleep Day and to celebrate I am giving away a Koala Queen Mattress… keep reading to find out how to have the best sleep of yo life!
I made sleep management a key priority for me when I got back to Perth, and was so excited to be contacted by @Koala to try their new mattress.
Liz has a Koala mattress, so whenever Sid and I have a fight, I get to sleep on her Koala.
Jokes, but I do often have twin slumber parties and Liz has the Queen Mattress and the Timber Bed Base and you just know she does her research and has great taste, so I knew I could trust her when she said to get a Koala for myself.
Mattress quality is super important to me.
I am a finicky sleeper at night (think Princess and the Pea style 👸🏼) and I gotta have conditions *just* right.
My simple tips for a good night sleep:
🛏 Invest in a good quality mattress, it makes the world of difference (if you want to try the Koala Mattress before you commit, you can give it a go it for 4(!) months, and If it's not right for you, they’ll give you a full refund!)
📱 No blue light (screens) 1-2 hours before bed. The blue light that’s emitted from our screens can delay the release of sleep-inducing melatonin, making our brains wired and not ready for beddie byes.
☁️ Create cosy bedroom vibes - I love me a fluffy doona, tonnes of pillows, silk eye mask and lavender pillow spray. Princess much? Lmao
📖 Start a bedtime ritual. It could be a warm bath with your favourite candles, a relaxing skincare routine, or your favourite fiction book, whatever calms you down and gets you in the sleepy mood
I’m sleeping so good now that I’m back home and have a new mattress, honestly can’t wait to jump into bed every night!
Do you want to win a Koala Queen Mattress of your own?
All you got to do is comment below and tell me why you need a Koala Mattress in your life 😴

Anxiety, but make it cute 🎂
One of my absolute favourite treatments to help ease anxiety, revealing on Friday 👀
I’ve been really focussed on making this a priority since I’ve been back home and it’s helped me feel so much better, less stressed, less anxious, less moody and just… happier.
You guys knows I have been struggling with my anxiety baaaaaad in the last few months and I often talk about different solutions that can help alleviate anxiety.
For fun, we’re going to talk about anxiety like a cake, (anxiety but make it cute k?) 🎂
A solution to mental illness is never a one size fits all approach.
Neither is it a one solution approach.
Some people need cake and glazed donuts and buttery popcorn and iced vovos and choc peppermint ice cream.
and some people don’t like cake.
I’ve found that coping with mental illness is a multi cake (emphasis on multi!) approach.
We all have different coping mechanisms, and we gotta dine at the dessert buffet to figure out what works for us.
But before we go crazy at the buffet, it's important to make sure our cake has solid foundations and a nice solid sponge.
I know making the spongy part is boring and the sprinkles and icing are way more fun, but, no sponge no cake today.
I’m working on the foundations before I start adding all the sprinkles.
So for me, it’s all about working on my spongy cake layers and then working my way up, but hey, sometimes you gotta stop for a sprinkle or two ok?
🍰 Sponge Cake 🍰
1 cup cognitive behaviour therapy supplemented with touch of medication
1 cup physical health with intuitive nutrition and movement
1 cup social and loving interactions
1 cup management of ... I’ll be revealing my fourth ingredient on Friday, which has helped me feel *so* much better can you guess what it is?
