It’s no doubt, we are going through some challenging times right now… work and schools have shut down, many are taking a massive financial hit, and not to mention the fear of getting sick. Everything and everyone is impacted by this. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But you don’t have to be driven by fear. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This is NOT the time to panic. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Now is the time to keep moving.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Now is the time to reevaluate and recreate yourself. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Sure, business may be slow, but use this time to work on a new business idea or project, research, or redesign your current model better than before. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Focus on your health. If anything, we have all been given a wake-up call to how important our health truly is. Use this time to read books, listen to podcasts, journal and meditate. Fuel your body with nutrient-dense foods and move your body.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Reconnect with the people you love and care for. I think we can all agree, that this pandemic has given us the gift to be grateful for the people we have. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Now is not the time to hide, fear, or panic. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Can you recreate your gratitude? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Can you reconnect with the people you care about?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Can you expand your mindset and skillsets? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Can you reevaluate and reprioritize what’s most important? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When this all comes to an end, you’re going to look back on what you made of this time. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What are some things you are doing to move the needle in your life right now?⁣

I struggled with DEBILITATING gut issues for years... went from doctor to doctor, did everything from MRI, CT scan, endoscopy/colonoscopy... only to get a label slapped on me of “IBS” aka “irritable bowel syndrome.” ⁣ ⁣ I was told to just “up my fiber,” “take a probiotic,” or offered prescription drugs such as anti-depressants or laxatives... ⁣ ⁣ All just to manage the symptoms. AKA put a BAND-AID over the issue 🙅‍♀️⁣ ⁣ I was eventually sent to a cololrectal surgeon who told me ONLY way I would ever regain function again would be by removing my ENTIRE LATGE INTESTINE...⁣ ⁣ Thank God I didn’t go that route... because today, I’m in the best health of my life... gut issues...
