Don't we all miss the small joys like going to the mall, those evening strolls to the mall, the park, wherever? I never took those for granted and I'm definitely looking forward to them again when all this is over. Life is amazing but it also can change entirely with the snap of our fingers. Like everything else, this too shall pass. ☯️🌿 I'm truly grateful for the luxury of being able to be connected, fed and sheltered and I'm also sending light to the people who are selfless, lowering the numbers, those who need our help, and those who are our heroes...who are serving us. I miss everyone in my life who is full of divine positive energy, can't wait to reunite 💖 If it gets worse before it gets better, so be it. I believe in us. We got this war💪
😕 this quarantine better give me a glo up ✨ because i’m feeling like a lot of things need to change in my life. i haven’t been caring for myself lately and i’m the crustiest i’ve ever been (only when i’m at yoga and that’s out the window now) i think everyone deserves to feel beautiful on their lowest days and i’m sure everyone’s had a shitty time where their hair wasn’t working out, their skin feels drab, you feel like your wardrobe needs a change, etc. as vain as that all sounds (esp now that there’s a crisis) don’t forget to make yourself feel good. mental health and physical health go hand in hand.. and i need that right now.
Shameless shower selfie but I'm eight months postpartum today and Im kind of proud of myself for putting in work to getting in the best shape ever. Still not where I want to be. I'm still working on it and I'm trusting the process but women's body's are amazing and strong. I never thought I'd heal from my c section and I hate the stigma against c sections. It is a very real and valid way of birthing a baby, it's a major surgery and you are valid. Today I'm thanking my body and loving it, because this was ryleighs home for nine months. Thank you for surviving child birth and continue to get stronger everyday. Feeling happy and tingly inside 🌿💗 #8monthspostpartum #csectionrecovery #fitnessjourney #posthotyoga thank you @yogaplusph for being a part of this journey.
