A lil throw back- I never realised how important human connection truly was/is- until you cannot touch another. In fact, did you know that when you hug someone for just 10 seconds, it releases enough biochemical changes like oxytocin to boost your immune system, lower heart health, blood pressure, boost connection- the list goes on. ❤️ so I thought, instead of doing a live tomorrow, perhaps we grab a drink, or water, or tea or whatever is getting you through and we link into a zoom hang out? HOME WORKOUTS 💦
I actually had a really good workout today- mainly with JUST dumbbells!
I did the DAY ONE NO EQUIPMENT workout first- (20 minutes as many rounds as possible- workout posted yesterday, my workout in stories) 🙏
Here is the weights I did after that:
5 Rounds of 20:
Shoulder Press (superset with Arnold press)
Lateral Raises (superset with unilateral raises)
Bent over barbell row

In Australia today, all gyms have been shut down- which means HOME WORKOUTS! We are ALL in this together, I don’t know ANYONE not effected 🙁😔
I get that a lot of you cannot workout in the gym, so I am getting as many of you HEALTHY, MOVING and ACTIVE! 💦

How I feel about 2020 😕
One of the biggest lessons taught in NLP is to be on the cause side- move from being of the effect of something. Why something happened, is happening, how we can control it, learn from it and move forward.
However, the world at the moment can be a hard place to navigate. 😞
It is also incredibly interesting the response we all have- from fear, panic, anger or complete denial. Some dig their head in the sands- others are abusive- some are riddled in anxiety.
No judgment from me, I understand we are all a collection of past experiences, traumas and events. ❤️
Directly, I have seen my close friends lose their jobs, numerous businesses around me close, a lot of companies contacting me for support and promotion.
Numerous sporting events have been cancelled- which goes so much further than the game itself- the camera men, the food stall holders, the ticket checkers, the security, the management, the merchandise, the airlines from the travel- the list is endless!
In my business groups I am watching the list of business women going under, unable to support their families- so this economic crisis is well worth being concerned over.
How do YOU personally respond to stress? 👇🏼
I (personally!) respond by retreating to shut down mode- I essentially sleep with my head in the sand- otherwise my anxiety and stress becomes a spiral. I keep my family close, together. (No school)
👉🏼 during this ‘crisis’ atm- I strongly believe we band together, we support each other and help however we can!

When I first updated about my mermaid hair I had soooo many questions!
The process, does it damage your hair, HOW 🤯 and more- so I thought this time around I would video the process.
Here’s some of the FAQs:
🌸These are called silk weft tracks. ❤️They’re beads on the scalp, then sewn in. 🌸They don’t damage your hair at all. ❤️There is no glue. 🌸It doesn’t hurt. ❤️They last 12 or so weeks before needing to be moved up.
🌸It takes about an hour to move up.
