Quarantined and SNATCHED ๐Ÿคช 12 mins ABS you can do ANYWHERE ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ bookmark and save this workout ๐Ÿ”– . Just cuz weโ€™re quarantined doesnโ€™t mean we can be SNATCHED ๐Ÿ˜‚ I dunno about you, but I wanna re-emerge back into society as a bad bitchhhh ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅต plus, with some extra time on our hands, there are no excuses! Weโ€™ve got goals ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ”ฅโ€ผ๏ธ . Hereโ€™s what I did: 1๏ธโƒฃ Walk out + Up Down 2๏ธโƒฃ Plank Back & Forth 3๏ธโƒฃ Leg Lifts + Toe Taps 4๏ธโƒฃ Barbell Leg Lifts (if youโ€™re doing this at home ๐Ÿก use a mop or broom! Hang something weighted, evenly, on it to make it super challenging!!) . 1 min of each exercise, 3 rounds = 12 mins total ๐Ÿ”ฅ . TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO TRY THIS WITH ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ‘ญ . One of the best ways to boost your immune system is to make sure youโ€™re getting in 8 hours of sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด did you know that during sleep, your immune system releases proteins called cytokines, some of which help promote sleep. Certain cytokines need to increase when you have an infection or inflammation, or when you're under stress. Sleep deprivation may decrease production of these protective cytokines. In addition, infection-fighting antibodies and cells are reduced during periods when you don't get enough sleep ๐Ÿคฏ . YOUR BODY NEEDS SLEEP TO FIGHT INFECTIOUS DISEASE ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ . โ˜๏ธ Shoot for 8 hours of sleep a night (I know Iโ€™m guilt of never hitting this number ๐Ÿ™ˆ) โ˜๏ธ 9-10 hours a night isnโ€™t better, but 5-7 hours is much worse! โ˜๏ธ Get in naps if youโ€™re unable to sleep 8 hours a night (this is what I do!) โ˜๏ธ Stick to a regular bedtime and wake-up schedule โ˜๏ธ Avoid screens before bedtime (Iโ€™m guilty of this ๐Ÿ˜ฉ) . ๐Ÿค There are SO many health benefits to getting in an adequate amount of sleep, so donโ€™t underestimate the power if it. Letโ€™s stay healthy & fit!

3 exercises for Sculpted Shoulders ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Bookmark & Save this post ๐Ÿ”– . I love a nice set of toned, shapely shoulders ๐Ÿ˜ they totally change the look of the arms! Fun fact: whenever I used to say โ€œI want nice arms!โ€ I was actually talking about shoulders ๐Ÿ˜‚ I had no idea until I started actually lifting weights! Add in these 3 simple, but effective shoulder exercises into your routine . 1๏ธโƒฃ Rear Delt Pull Apart- 3x10 at 5lbs . This is a common area of the delt that doesnโ€™t get much love ๐Ÿ˜ข so donโ€™t forget about it!! This is the area of the shoulder you see from the back ๐Ÿ‘€. This is a tricky exercise and the muscle is really small, so I like to keep the weight light and focus on just squeezing the back of my shoulders to move the weight. Keep your chest high, neck long, and elbows up. . 2๏ธโƒฃ Dumbbell Shoulder Press- 3x8-10 at 30 lbs . Love this exercise so much! Just make sure you are keeping your neck long while pressing up, donโ€™t over activate your traps ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ I like to imagine the ceiling is falling down on me and I have to press it up to save the entire room ๐Ÿ˜‚ it works! . 3๏ธโƒฃ Lateral Raises- 3x15 at 10 lbs . A staple in my shoulder training! This makes the shoulders pop from the side ๐Ÿคฉ again on these, make sure your form is strict & keep your neck long. If done correctly your shoulders will be on fire ๐Ÿฅต. . Add these 3 simple shoulder exercises to your routine and let me know how it goes!!
