Just cuz we’re quarantined doesn’t mean we can be SNATCHED 😂 I dunno about you, but I wanna re-emerge back into society as a bad bitchhhh 😏🥵 plus, with some extra time on our hands, there are no excuses! We’ve got goals 👙🔥‼️
Here’s what I did:
1️⃣ Walk out + Up Down
2️⃣ Plank Back & Forth
3️⃣ Leg Lifts + Toe Taps
4️⃣ Barbell Leg Lifts
(if you’re doing this at home 🏡 use a mop or broom! Hang something weighted, evenly, on it to make it super challenging!!)
1 min of each exercise, 3 rounds = 12 mins total 🔥

HOW TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
One of the best ways to boost your immune system is to make sure you’re getting in 8 hours of sleep 😴 did you know that during sleep, your immune system releases proteins called cytokines, some of which help promote sleep. Certain cytokines need to increase when you have an infection or inflammation, or when you're under stress. Sleep deprivation may decrease production of these protective cytokines. In addition, infection-fighting antibodies and cells are reduced during periods when you don't get enough sleep 🤯
YOUR BODY NEEDS SLEEP TO FIGHT INFECTIOUS DISEASE 💭💤💪🏽
☁️ Shoot for 8 hours of sleep a night (I know I’m guilt of never hitting this number 🙈)
☁️ 9-10 hours a night isn’t better, but 5-7 hours is much worse!
☁️ Get in naps if you’re unable to sleep 8 hours a night (this is what I do!)
☁️ Stick to a regular bedtime and wake-up schedule
☁️ Avoid screens before bedtime (I’m guilty of this 😩)
🤍 There are SO many health benefits to getting in an adequate amount of sleep, so don’t underestimate the power if it. Let’s stay healthy & fit!

3 exercises for Sculpted Shoulders 💪🏽 Bookmark & Save this post 🔖
I love a nice set of toned, shapely shoulders 😍 they totally change the look of the arms! Fun fact: whenever I used to say “I want nice arms!” I was actually talking about shoulders 😂 I had no idea until I started actually lifting weights! Add in these 3 simple, but effective shoulder exercises into your routine
1️⃣ Rear Delt Pull Apart- 3x10 at 5lbs
This is a common area of the delt that doesn’t get much love 😢 so don’t forget about it!! This is the area of the shoulder you see from the back 👀. This is a tricky exercise and the muscle is really small, so I like to keep the weight light and focus on just squeezing the back of my shoulders to move the weight. Keep your chest high, neck long, and elbows up.
2️⃣ Dumbbell Shoulder Press- 3x8-10 at 30 lbs
Love this exercise so much! Just make sure you are keeping your neck long while pressing up, don’t over activate your traps 🙅🏽♀️ I like to imagine the ceiling is falling down on me and I have to press it up to save the entire room 😂 it works!
3️⃣ Lateral Raises- 3x15 at 10 lbs
A staple in my shoulder training! This makes the shoulders pop from the side 🤩 again on these, make sure your form is strict & keep your neck long. If done correctly your shoulders will be on fire 🥵.
