How long have you been coming to the den? ⠀
Just under two years, its so addictive and the trainers are top notch 🙂⠀
Your favourite thing to do outside training at The Den? I love anything outdoors! Whether that's hiking up a mountain, swimming in the ocean or drinking a glass of red at a winery - its all about balance after all!⠀
Favourite Den moment? Anytime I get the standard 'Mick slap on the back' and hearing 'well done, Zo'. He's a hard man to please - so you know you've nailed it when you get that kind of affection.⠀
Something you aspire to achieve training wise? Finally be able to master the push up and not feel like a baby elephant doing it.
